Re-Birth Of A Genius. Creator/Destroyer

Chapter 1783 - 1783 Plan Executed

1783 Plan Executed

The old man became increasingly nervous with every passing second.

Sam stood there unfazed no matter how many punches came at him. Of course, even if it appeared like that, he is actually in a zone where his mind is running at the highest pace possible.

The old man’s technique is indeed very delicate and precise. It is very dangerous as well. It is very hard to dodge it because the old man is fast. Way too fast for any of his peers to match. And no matter how hard they tried to block these hits they are going to fail because the attacks are going to do their damage anyway.

It is one of the perfect techniques that could completely ignore the defense of an opponent.

And it is working better against the elemental attacks as Sam already noticed. All in all it is one good technique. Sam is actually tempted to learn it himself to see what he can do with it.

But he already recognized the flaws that could help him take it down.

Unfortunately for the old man, Sam is equally fast. He is also pretty good with his speed and he managed to track the old man’s movements. Even if he wasn’t able to dodge in his normal neutral state, he is still able to map them and capture the movement.

And the old man’s technique only does damage when it connects and it needs precise and delicate control over energy and muscles.

So, all Sam has to do is disrupt it very slightly. When a punch is coming, all he did is track the trajectory, and intercept it at the elbow or forearm. He used the repel style to dispel the energy and also change the direction of the punch very lightly.

.....

The punch’s speed is gone down and it is going in a direction Sam wanted it to, so now it is pretty easy to defend.

But of course, it is only possible because of Sam’s unique skillset. If it is someone else even if it is some other player, they would have to take out their trump cards just to deal with this old man.

As Sam slowly gained control of the fight, all of a sudden a shadow appeared behind the old man. One of Sam’s shadow undead.

The old man didn’t even flinch as he turned just a bit and kicked the undead out of existence. But that was enough for Sam to make his own move. A kick came with Void style and ripple style in unison as it landed on the arm of the old man.

The muscles tore open. But Sam is actually surprised. With the power output he planned, the damage should have made the old man’s arm fall off, but he managed to negate a lot of the energy output. Sam followed it with another hit, only this time, he didn’t manage to hit.

The kick was stopped by the other party’s punches.

Sam stepped back and dodged the attack. He once again went into the passive position of defending. Of course, this time the old man’s speed reduced quite a bit.

Once again, another shadow appeared behind the old man.

This time, he hesitated, but Sam didn’t have to do anything, he just let the shadow attack the old man who couldn’t resist anymore and destroyed it and in the process, he received another attack.

Once again, he only managed to land one attack.

The battle turned into a battle of perseverance for the old man. Sam has a higher energy capacity, he already figured out the trick to defeating the old man, even if he only managed to deal one blow for every two minutes, his blow is sure to land, and with every blow, the old man is weakening.

And within twelve minutes, the old man is now bleeding from all his limbs, his speed reduced significantly.

Sam shook his hands that are hurting a bit and said.

“This might be the most shameless battle I ever fought. To defeat you I didn’t need to use all of my arsenals, but I couldn’t be as straightforward as I want to be. You are indeed a tough nut to crack.”

“There is nothing shameless about using the flaw you found to win a battle. You didn’t do anything wrong.”

The old man said in a weak voice as he sighed.

He didn’t attack anymore and looked at Sam.

“Just finish me off.”

“I heard that you are best under Divine Plane. Why are you not conjuring the Divine energy you might accumulate? Even if it is not enough to break through I am sure you have some accumulated Divine energy.”

“I don’t have it.”

Sam frowned.

“Why?”

“My spiritual core was tampered with. It was tampered by my clan head, my master to make sure that I stay on this plane forever. I will never be able to accumulate Divine energy.”

Sam sighed as he heard this.

“Your technique? Did you make it?”

“Yes.”

“I admire it. Apart from those flaws, there is nothing wrong with it. Unless it is a person like me, no one else would be able to defeat it.”

“Thank you for your praise. But it is still flawed.”

“I will make it perfect. Trust me.”

With those words, Sam took out his sword and stabbed it into the heart of the old man.

He then used his specter to collect the memories of the old man.

Merc king stood there nervously. It has been more than twenty minutes since the whole operation started. They need to cut their time tight. He immediately ran towards the door as soon as the battle is over.

Inside, a child is sleeping soundly oblivious of what is happening outside. The child is around one year old, still an infant. This must be the sixth child she had.

Merc king ran ahead and picked up the child and came out with the child.

Sam stood at the door and extended his hand.

Merc hesitated before giving the child to Sam. He used his observation ability to check up on the child. There is indeed a little difference in the child’s cell structure compared to a normal child. It is a little girl.

Sam smiled as he looked at the peaceful sleeping face of the girl.

His mission is almost a success.

At this moment, Shijin came running with a blade in his hands.

“I dealt with Chasin…”

He was about to speak and then looked at the dead body of the old man. He widened his eyes and looked at Sam.

“I told you not to kill that old man, why did you do it?” He then turned to Merc King and asked.

“What the fuck are you doing while he is killing him? I told you to stop him.”

Merc shivered in his shoes, he clearly remembered the instructions, but he didn’t dare to even bring it up when Sam and the old man are fighting. The fight visually looked underwhelming but he is experienced enough to know that the fight is actually beyond his means.

If he even spoke a word, he would definitely die. He just decided to throw Sam all the blame and he also didn’t want to just enter the room until the old man is dead. With that old man’s ability, he wouldn’t be able to rest well if the other party is not dead. Subduing is not good enough.

Sam didn’t really care much about that guy’s rambling.

He just looked at the kid and stood there.

“Sam, you are supposed to be at the square at this point. Move it. I will come and join you guys and we will play out the rest of the plan.”

Sam didn’t speak for a moment and just stared at the child. After a few seconds, he took a deep breath and nodded. Let’s go.

Sam ran towards the square of the clan. The open space of the clan grounds is where the final phase of the plan is going to happen.

He appeared there in the most eye-catching way possible. He set everything on the fire in his way.

The golden flames burned everything and anything to the ground.

This made Shijin a bit surprised. He didn’t know of Sam’s fire element after all. He didn’t expect this. He wanted to ask what Sam is planning, but in this short frame of the plan, he shouldn’t meet with him.

As soon as Sam arrived at the square all the forces of the clan gathered there as Shijin directly called for them.

“Intruder, hand over the kid and surrender now. You might have a chance to live. Or you will die a most gruesome death.”

Shijin spoke righteously and he made a slight gesture.

Sam nodded and made his move. He protected the kid and unleashed his shadow undead. The undead went after the groups of people and they started randomly killing. At least it appeared random. But he is actually killing everyone that is not part of Shijin’s faction.

Time passed in a blink of an eye and Sam sensed a presence. At this moment, he made a move and some of the specter souls started attacking a group of people. Shijin is stunned. This move is also not part of their plan.

He looked up and saw his father the clan head appear.

Sam took out a scroll and disappeared from the spot even before the clan head made any more.

Shijin finally heaved a sigh of relief. Apart from a few improvizations from Sam, everything went well.

He had a serious expression on his face, but inside he is excited with joy.
