Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

”You don’t have to worry, I do not blame you for the current situation and won’t hold your Frozen Wasteland accountable, as for those troublemakers at the borders of the Blue Sea Empire’s- excuse me, former Blue Sea Empire’s territory, will take care of them.”

Whoosh-!

Not bothering to wait for a reaction from the Blood Sea Demon King, Xuan Hao directly tore through space in a simple display of his current profound comprehension of the Dao of Space before stepping through the rift he had created. Leaving behind a more than hundred-meter-long scar in the sky above the capital city of the Blue Sea Empire that began slowly healing on its own.

A scene that caused the Blood Sea Demon King to gulp somewhat nervously, as the terrifying display of strength had worked as intended and properly intimidated him. After all, though it was rather simple to achieve what he had done with his current comprehension of the Dao of Space, to the Blood Sea Demon King, it hadn’t appeared like he had used the Dao of Space to create this tear in space.

Instead, it had looked like he had forcibly torn open space with his physical strength alone, something far more difficult to accomplish and not something that could be accomplished by someone in the Land Creation Realm. Especially with the ease and speed that Xuan Hao had displayed.

Confirming to the Blood Sea Demon King that his earlier thought regarding Xuan Hao being someone at the Star Creation Realm was indeed correct.

Because of this, he couldn’t help feeling thankful that he had made sure to establish a positive relationship with the Star Shattering Sect in the past, as he doubted, he would be able to avoid a potential confrontation this easily if the Star Shattering Sect didn’t look positively on him and the Frozen Wastelands.

As for being targeted for being a demonic cultivator? The Blood Sea Demon King understood that ancient hidden sects didn’t care the slightest bit about something like that, as demonic cultivation was in the eyes of hidden ancient sects just another branch of cultivation. Not something to be looked down upon nor disdained.

Not to mention, in some cases, demonic cultivators might be the more peaceful kind compared to some of the more extreme religious organizations that treated mortals like cattle for harvesting faith. Methods for harvesting faith sometimes being far more extreme than simply having the mortals pray to their god.

A clear example of this being the Church of the Plague God that Xuan Hao had once faced off against, who harvested faith by spreading plagues and bringing about suffering…

While the Blood Sea Demon King was feeling thankful towards Xuan Hao for seeing the situation clearly and leaving the Frozen Wastelands alone, Xuan Hao rapidly moved towards the closest Land Creation Realm battle he could sense. Arriving at the southern border of the Blue Sea Empire, a place that he had never been to before, but now clearly saw had once been filled with rolling hills that had countless small towns and villages dotted between them where mortals and weaker cultivators once resided.

The reason for them no longer residing there being that the once serene environment had turned into nothing short of a hellscape with magma surging up from the ground below and countless fissures that cut straight through the rolling hills.

Any sign of life that had once been present having long since been extinguished. Leaving behind only smoldering ruins that were slowly being swallowed by the magma surging forth from below.

The sheer destruction far exceeding anything possible from someone at the Sea Formation Realm. Making it clear from a glance that this was a battlefield between two people at the Land Creation Realm-

RUUUMBLE-!

And the terrifying shockwaves rushing towards him from afar the second he arrived also made this clear, as the mere residual waves sweeping past carved several new ravines deep into the ground, while the lingering spiritual qi filled with power belonging to the Dao of Fire caused underground magma reserves to surge forth and explode upwards. Creating several smaller new volcanoes. Turning the surrounding environment even more hellish than it had been seconds earlier.

The destruction alone also made it clear to him why those in the Land Creation Realm rarely ever fought with each other, as the sheer destruction alone was far too great and had already rendered the southern border of the Blue Sea Empire’s territory useless for the foreseeable future, as any spiritual herbs or precious spiritual metal mines would have long since been destroyed by the terrifying aftermath of the battle. Taking who knows how long to recover.

Of course, none of this mattered to Xuan Hao, as this wasn’t his territory, the main goal of his presence at this terrifying battlefield was the Land Creation Realm cultivators fighting with each other- or more specifically the one wielding the Dao of Fire in battle against the demonic cultivator trying his best to stop the other party from causing any more damage.

After all, his goal wasn’t to start a battle with the demonic cultivators from the Frozen Wasteland now that he had just had a nice conversation with the Blood Sea Demon King who was more than eager to continue their little alliance.

”Leave, I have no intention of killing you, little demon.”

For this reason, as he arrived close enough to the battle between the Land Creation Realm cultivator and the demonic cultivator from the Frozen Wastelands, he used his divine sense to send a message to the demonic cultivator, who showed a clear look of confusion on his face before a look of understanding appeared as he turned around to leave without the slightest bit of hesitation.

Whether this was because he realized that the one who had just talked to him was someone from the Star Shattering Sect or if the Blood Sea Demon King had reached out to him to inform him about the situation was a mystery, but everything had worked out, as the Land Creation Realm cultivator was left in a state of confusion at the sudden retreat of his opponent before he suddenly noticed Xuan Hao standing at the edge of their battlefield.

”Someone from the Star Shattering Sect really did appear…” Muttering this to himself as he curiously looked towards Xuan Hao.

However, contrary to the expectations of this Land Creation Realm cultivator, Xuan Hao didn’t show any sign of peacefully coming over and forcing him to leave. Instead, Xuan Hao, who intended to be domineering in his approach after having been mistaken for someone in the Star Creation Realm-

RUUUUMBLE-!

Decided to go all out from the start. Fully utilizing the Dao of Space alongside the Dao of the Sword to create a terrifying spatial strike that slashed straight towards the bewildered Land Creation Realm cultivator whose bewilderment soon enough turned into fear as he felt the terrifying power of that single sword strike tearing through the very fabric of space as it slashed down towards him.

Any escape method he might have thought about instantly being sealed off by the terrifying spatial restrictions that followed the terrifying sword strike, as even time itself seemed to slow down around him. Leaving him unable to do anything but brace himself for the terrifying sword strike that not only fully utilized Xuan Hao’s comprehension of the Dao of the Sword and the Dao of Space but also relied on his newly awakened Stellar Dao Body to further enhance the strength of the sword attack and allowed him to mix in his still rudimentary understanding of the Dao of Time to forcibly slow down the time around the Land Creation realm cultivator. Making it even more difficult to escape the sword strike.

At the same time, it also gave the illusion that the might of the sword strike transcended both time and space, an illusion those observing the sword strike also felt, as the demonic cultivator escaping had long since frozen on the spot in the presence of the terrifying sword strike unable to continue leaving as he found himself looking towards the attack with an almost spellbound look in his eyes. Filled with both awe and fear at the terrifying attack.

BOOOOOOM-!

And after what felt like an eternity to the two observers, one watching from afar, while the other faced the attack head on, the sword strike finally reached its target, who barely managed to manifest his spiritual sea alongside the beginnings of his internal world, the small landmass created at the Land Creation Realm.

CRAAACK-!

However, as strong as this landmass was, it didn’t even last for a second under the terrifying attack. Shattering into countless pieces as the attack directly reached the Land Creation Realm cultivator who didn’t even let out a single scream of pain before being erased by the terrifying spatial power within the sword strike.

RUUUUMBLE-!

But even as the Land Creation Realm cultivator was erased from existence, the sword strike continued downwards in a single swift arc. Carving into the ground below with a might that seemed to overturn the earth as a ravine thousands of meters in width was carved into the ground, as the terrifying sword strike continued into the distance before disappearing. The new ravine directly crossed the border between the Blue Sea Empire and the major power that the now dead Land Creation Realm cultivator belonged to.

Even then, Xuan Hao showed not the slightest hint of emotion in the eyes of the now shell-shocked demonic cultivator, who watched with a growing awe for this cultivator from the Star Shattering Sect, as Xuan Hao tore open a spatial rift before disappearing without saying another word. Leaving behind the ravine stretching on far beyond view still exuding terrifying spatial fluctuations from the lingering power of the sword strike that had created it.
