Realized Game: I Hoarded 10 Billion Defense Towers

In the forum post, many people in the replies agreed with the concept of a Base City.

”Version 4.3 is almost here. Something’s coming soon!” Shen Fei muttered to himself as he read the post.

In his previous life, many cities had indeed started building Base Cities just a few days after the invasion began. But when the Base Cities were only half-built, the Version 4.3 update arrived. With it came the far more powerful and convenient Neutral Cities, which came pre-loaded with incredible stats. All the work done by the cities that had been building Base Cities was for nothing, and they had wasted a massive amount of resources.

However, in this life, Shen Fei was sure that wouldn’t happen.

Version 4.3 will definitely arrive much earlier this time... Even if some cities try to build their own Base Cities, they won’t get far before the update, so they won’t waste too many resources.

Time passed as Shen Fei continued to scroll through the forum posts. All around the world, countless others were doing the exact same thing.

”DAMN IT!!!”

”What about the four Upper-level Ninjas?”

”We’ve lost contact?!”

”Were they killed by people? Or by monsters?”

In a conference room in Japan, a man with a small mustache on his upper lip, having just inherited another 5% of his game abilities, waved his arms in a fury. The Godzilla charging toward Tokyo was now more than halfway there. Yet the four Ninjas he had sent to Qing City in Xia Country had inexplicably lost contact that afternoon.

Now, with this new inheritance of game abilities, the Godzilla rampaging toward Tokyo had obviously grown even stronger. This filled the supreme Commander of Japan with terror amidst his rage.

”The National Treasure Divine Artifact!!”

”You weren’t supposed to die!!” the Japanese Commander muttered fiercely, clutching a round, tray-like item.

During the second wave of ability inheritance, Japan’s National Treasure Divine Artifact had also inherited another 5% of its power—this time, manifesting as the artifact’s tray. The Commander couldn’t understand it. How could four Upper-level Ninjas fail against a single, physically weak Tower Master, especially when he had given them a piece of the National Treasure Divine Artifact that granted a powerful Teleportation ability?

He didn’t care about the four Upper-level Ninjas. What pained him was the loss of the piece of the National Treasure Divine Artifact.

No, I have to send more men! Investigating the situation in Qing City is one thing, but more importantly, the piece of the National Treasure Divine Artifact cannot be lost!

A few seconds later, the Japanese Commander made his decision. They had to go back to Qing City in Xia Country. The National Treasure Divine Artifact could not be lost! And they still had to capture that Tower Master.

This time, we don’t have the teleportation item. They’ll have to go by boat or plane. But with the changes to the planet, conventional travel methods are far less safe. I’ll have to send more people this time!

The Japanese Commander quickly made up his mind. With the second wave of ability inheritance, the number of Ability Users under his command had also grown.

Soon, following the Japanese Commander’s orders, a group of about a hundred Japanese people who had inherited game abilities set out once more. Their destination: Qing City, Xia Country!

「At the same time.」

In Xihong City, over 100 kilometers north of Qing City, a young man in a white tank top and flip-flops was laughing heartily. He was surrounded by ten thousand bare-chested men, each as strong as an ox and holding a submachine gun.

”Get ’em!!”

Wang Dapang was ecstatic. He had just received another 5,000 Tiger and Leopard Cavalry in the second inheritance.

As an unemployed youth, just two days ago, he had been a loser so reviled that he was like a stray dog, not daring to show his face in public and only sneaking out at night to do some plaza dancing. But today, just two days later, he was Xihong City’s richest man... no, wait, he was Xihong City’s foremost Ability User.

As a player who had inherited ten thousand super-strong Warriors, Wang Dapang had already been appointed the honorary director of the Xihong City Tourism Management Office. Furthermore, his ten thousand Tiger and Leopard Cavalry had been fully armed by the Tourism Management Office, with every single man equipped with a submachine gun.

Although their in-game equipment, mounts, Auras, and Heroes had yet to be inherited, the Combat Power of ten thousand Tiger and Leopard Cavalry armed with submachine guns was not to be underestimated. They were completely loyal and moved as extensions of his own will. Even though the armed Tiger and Leopard Cavalry were still bare-chested, everyone agreed they were a powerful force.

At Wang Dapang’s command, the ten thousand Tiger and Leopard Cavalry, who felt no fear and required no sustenance, sprang into action. They were effortlessly clearing out the second wave of monsters that had invaded Xihong City that night. According to the rankings on the live-streamed forum threads, Xihong City’s monster-clearing speed ranked in the top three among all cities.

[Name: Tiger and Leopard Cavalry Elite]

[HP: 30]

[Name: Tiger and Leopard Cavalry Commander]

[HP: 100]

With the Version 4.2 update, Wang Dapang, commanding his troops, could now view the Attributes of his Tiger and Leopard Cavalry on his personal panel. Although they had just been digitized and only had a single stat—HP—it was still satisfying to see. Having stats provided a baseline for comparison and reference.

”But why the hell do I only have 6 HP?! All ten thousand of my grunts are stronger than I am!”

The weakest Tiger and Leopard Cavalry had 30 HP, but to his dismay, Wang Dapang’s own body only had 6. This realization made him so anxious that he immediately assigned 1,000 Tiger and Leopard Cavalry to protect him at all times.

”Hahaha, it’s nothing, it’s nothing! It’s all thanks to my brothers’ support!

”If you can make it, of course you’re all welcome to come to Xihong City!

”With my protection, life in this apocalypse will be a little easier for everyone!

”In *Shuai Zhi Bin Tu*, I still have even more powerful Heroes, equipment, and skills waiting to be inherited!”
