Worthless Profession: Dragon Tamer

Chapter 634, I Have No Interest in You

Due to the significant disparity in their Attributes, when Lu Fan applied his Enslavement Contract to Ning Shuang’er, the latter had absolutely no power to resist.

After Lu Fan transformed Ning Shuang’er into his slave, he immediately restricted her movements.

Ning Shuang’er now appeared as though all her acupoints had been sealed. Although she could hear and see, she could not move even a single finger.

Ning Shuang’er checked her Attribute Panel and discovered she had become Lu Fan’s slave, with this state lasting for nearly three years! She had no idea whether this state could be removed. In any case, she was now completely at Lu Fan’s mercy, utterly unable to struggle.

With this development, Ning Shuang’er could no longer prevent Lu Fan from doing anything he wished.

Lu Fan realised that this Enslavement Contract was truly Heaven Defying. If he were to become some sort of virginity-stealing bandit, perhaps no one could escape from his clutches.

However, he was not that despicable.

After making Ning Shuang’er his slave, Lu Fan did not do much else. However, Ning Shuang’er naturally did not believe Lu Fan would be able to keep his pants on after everything he had said and done.

“You… you bastard! If you have the courage, just kill me! If I must suffer being humiliated by you before death, I will surely die with my eyes open, becoming a vengeful spirit to haunt you forever and never let you have peace!”

Ning Shuang’er was furious and agitated, her voice so loud it made Lu Fan’s eardrums ache.

Lu Fan rolled his eyes, and he delivered another slap, causing the other side of Ning Shuang’er’s face to swell red as well.

This slap made Ning Shuang’er quiet, no longer daring to shout at Lu Fan.

Lu Fan grabbed Ning Shuang’er by the collar. She thought Lu Fan was about to tear off her clothes and immediately closed her eyes, trembling all over.

However, Lu Fan did not strip her naked as she had expected. Instead, he casually threw her into a nearby thicket.

“Become a ghost? What do you think I am, a child? Even if you did become one, you’d just be an Undead Type Monster coming after me, and you’d still meet your doom!” As Lu Fan spoke his Blade Armour protruded from the bracers on his hand, which he used like a scythe to cut down several clusters of shrubs and throw them over Ning Shuang’er.

Soon, Ning Shuang’er was covered by the thicket. Without careful observation, one would never discover there was a person hidden there.

Such behaviour left Ning Shuang’er completely bewildered.

Her voice still carried fear as she shouted, “What… What are you trying to do!? Is this how you are going to humiliate me? Burying me here to hide from the prying eyes of Heaven!?”

“You still think I’m going to humiliate you? You’re insulting my taste!” Lu Fan brushed the leaves off his hands, his tone dismissive. “You think I have any interest in you? Don’t be ridiculous! I have plenty of girls around me who are more beautiful than you! Senior Sister, Xiao Qiu, Jian Ying, Tao Zi, even my Aunt. Which one of them isn’t younger and prettier than you!?”

“Saying all that crap about ‘fun’ was just me teasing you and humiliating that useless fiancé of yours. I just wanted to see if, after I took you away, he’d feel so cuckolded that he’d cough up blood in rage. As for really doing anything to you, sorry, but I’m genuinely not interested.”

With that, Lu Fan spread his Bone Wings, soared into the air, and said. “I seriously can’t be bothered to kill you. Just fend for yourself here.”

“Oh, and don’t call out to me randomly. If other Players or Monsters discover that you can’t move, your fate will be far more miserable that is it now! You should have heard the story of the ‘Little Dragon Girl’, right?”

“Actually, this world doesn’t have Jin Yong’s works, so you probably don’t know who the ‘Little Dragon Girl’ is.” As he spoke, Lu Fan had already left the area.

Ning Shuang’er indeed did not know who Jin Yong was, nor who the ‘Little Dragon Girl’ was.

However, her current mood was extremely complicated.

Not having Lu Fan do anything to her certainly brought her relief.

But Lu Fan simply leaving like this and saying before departure that he had no interest in her whatsoever, made Ning Shuang’er feel deeply insulted!

She was, after all, the pearl of the Ning Family. In Lu Fan’s eyes, even when she was served up as a delicacy, he found her unworthy?

What made Ning Shuang’er even more frantic was that if Lu Fan had no interest in her from the beginning, why did he say such things when taking her away?

Luo Lixiu had watched helplessly as Lu Fan took her away. Even if she could survive and exit the God’s Tomb Secret Realm alive, what would Luo Lixiu think of her? How could she explain to the Luo Family and the Ning Family? That she and Lu Fan did not do anything, and her innocence was still there?

Who would believe that?

The truth had been muddled by others’ perceptions, and she could not do anything to correct it.

After Ning Shuang’er understood all this, she hated Lu Fan so much her teeth itched, wishing she could kill him.

Unfortunately, she was now firmly controlled by the Enslavement Contract and could not do anything. She could only wait quietly here for the God’s Tomb Secret Realm to end, hoping that after being Transferred out, someone might rescue her.

Lu Fan neither knew nor wanted to know Ning Shuang’er’s thoughts.

Ever since learning that Ning Shuang’er and Luo Lixiu were not the holders of the other key, he had no patience to waste too much time on either of them.

At this moment, he was rushing at full speed towards one of the two pillars of light, hoping to reach the real Divine Tempering Pool before his opponent opened it.

Under Lu Fan’s full-speed flight, two hours later, he finally drew closer to his target.

Only then did Lu Fan discover that the location of this pillar of light was a dense forest filled with purple shrubs and thorny vines. All the plants in this forest were covered with a purple, viscous liquid that was clearly highly poisonous.

However, these strange plants were not particularly tall, so if one had a Flight Skill, one would be able to easily fly over them.

Lu Fan had originally thought this. However, when he flew above the dense forest, the vines in the forest seemed to come alive, rising into the air and reaching out towards Lu Fan to grab him.

Such a sneak attack naturally could not cause Lu Fan any trouble.

Lu Fan simply swung his chain hooks around, severing all these attacking vines.

In such a strange place, after thinking for a moment, Lu Fan speculated that this was very likely the Dark Poison Forest that Li Qingfeng and the others had mentioned about. It was known to be a rather dangerous area.
