Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 1102: Chapter 1101: No One Knows a Son Better Than His Mother! (4 Updates)

Ye Haochuan returned home happily with the contract termination agreement. Although Su Yingxue was somewhat worried, she had prepared a lavish dinner for him.

As soon as Ye Haochuan got home, Su Yingxue immediately rushed over with concern, ”Haochuan, are you okay?”

At this moment, Tong Xiuxiang said discontentedly, ”I told you to accompany Yingxue, how did you leave her alone to come back?”

Su Yingxue was worried about disturbing Tong Xiuxiang, so she hadn’t told her.

”Uh...” Ye Haochuan scratched his head and said, ”I went to settle some matters.”

”What matters?” Tong Xiuxiang asked.

Only then did Ye Haochuan take out Su Yingxue’s contract termination agreement and said, ”I went to help Yingxue terminate the contract, now she can have a good rest!”

Tong Xiuxiang said, ”Alright then, Yingxue, just focus on resting for now, take care of your health first. Work or not, it’s not a big deal.”

With Ye Haochuan’s current financial standing, he wasn’t worried about these things at all. He could support them all even if his wives didn’t work. However, Ye Haochuan wouldn’t interfere with their choices. If they had their career hobbies, he was very supportive.

”Okay.” Su Yingxue nodded softly, though there was a hint of disappointment on her face, as she greatly loved the stage and wanted her voice to be heard.

Seeing this, Ye Haochuan said, ”Yingxue, take a break for a while. Then we’ll start our own entertainment company, you’ll be the top star and boss lady, never have to look at anyone’s face again!”

”Really?” Su Yingxue was overjoyed.

”Of course!” Ye Haochuan laughed, ”You still don’t believe me? Starting a company is a piece of cake.”

In her excitement, Su Yingxue kissed Ye Haochuan on the lips and hugged his neck, ”Brother Ye, you’re the best!”

”Eek...” Tong Xiuxiang shuddered and said, ”Could you two be a bit more mindful? I haven’t left yet!”

Su Yingxue immediately blushed furiously.

Tong Xiuxiang chuckled and said, ”Alright, alright, let’s eat first, the dishes are getting cold!”

The three of them sat around the table, eating happily and chatting with a great atmosphere.

After the meal, Tong Xiuxiang said she would like to go for a walk, while Ye Haochuan said he was exhausted from a day’s work and wanted to rest early.

Tong Xiuxiang glanced at him and said, ”Take care of yourself!”

Hearing this, Su Yingxue’s face turned red again, and Ye Haochuan retorted awkwardly, ”Mom, what are you thinking?”

”No one knows a son better than his mother!” Tong Xiuxiang said, ”Don’t I know your little tricks? Yingxue has been working so hard lately, don’t tire her out.”

”Auntie!” Su Yingxue shyly protested and dashed back to her room.

Ye Haochuan pushed Tong Xiuxiang out of the door and said, ”Alright, alright, Mom, your son is a doctor, I know all about what you’re saying. Now, hurry along for a walk or a dance, maybe even find yourself a partner!”

Tong Xiuxiang gave him an icy look and raised her hand as if to hit him, but Ye Haochuan quickly slipped back into his room.

That night, the atmosphere in the house was inevitably wonderful. Ye Haochuan and Su Yingxue spent nearly two hours in passion before gradually falling asleep.

The next day, Ye Haochuan woke up early. Su Yingxue was still sleeping, last night had indeed left her quite exhausted.

Seeing Su Yingxue hadn’t come out, Tong Xiuxiang said, ”I told you not to tire Yingxue out, but you wouldn’t listen!”

”Mom, don’t worry, I’m a doctor, I know what I’m doing!” As the mother and son were having breakfast, suddenly, Xiao Haimei’s call came through.

”Haochuan, I’ll arrive in the Imperial Capital in two hours, do you have time to pick me up?”

”Of course, you’re coming, so I must have time!”

After hanging up, Tong Xiuxiang asked, ”A friend is meeting you?”

Ye Haochuan said, ”Haimie is going to the Imperial Capital and asked me to pick her up from the airport.”

Tong Xiuxiang was pleased, ”That’s wonderful, the more people the merrier, get her and come back soon, I’ll make some good food for you all.”

Ye Haochuan said, ”I reckon Haimie is coming to the Imperial Capital on business, so she might not be able to dine at home.”

”Coming to the Imperial Capital and not returning home, how can that be?”

”Alright, Mom, you know the nature of Haimie’s work, it’s busy. But I’ll definitely try to keep her here a few days longer so she can spend time with you!”

”Now that’s more like it!”

After breakfast, Ye Haochuan changed his clothes, getting ready to head to the airport. Just as he was about to leave, Su Yingxue came out.

”Brother Ye, where are you going?” Su Yingxue asked.

Since Su Yingxue hadn’t met Xiao Haimei yet, and Ye Haochuan hadn’t found a good opportunity to introduce them, now that Xiao Haimei was coming to the Imperial Capital, it was just the right time for them to meet.

Ye Haochuan then replied, ”I’m going to pick up someone, gonna introduce them to you.”

”Oh.” Su Yingxue didn’t think much of it and went off to freshen up.

...

Two hours later, Ye Haochuan arrived at the airport right on time. As the flight was delayed, Ye Haochuan waited for half an hour before Xiao Haimei arrived.

Xiao Haimei was dressed in a black short skirt, with a white cape over her shoulders, and wore dazzling crystal high heels, showcasing her perfect figure without reservation, exuding both sexiness and allure. She drew attention from all the single men at the airport.

As Xiao Haimei came over, she clung to Ye Haochuan’s arm. Given Ye Haochuan’s rather plain attire, it instantly sparked discontent among the onlookers, lamenting that good fortune had favored the undeserving!

”These days, there’s actually a ’rich beauty with ordinary guy’ storyline?”

”Damn, I’m so handsome and still don’t have a girlfriend, why’s that?”

”Maybe he’s just got something impressive in other areas, you never know!”

...

Ye Haochuan paid no attention to others’ idle chatter and strode along with Xiao Haimei under envious stares filled with jealousy and resentment.

On the way back, Ye Haochuan couldn’t help but ask, ”Haimie, is there something important that brought you to the Imperial Capital this time?”

Xiao Haimei responded, ”Yes, I’m relocating the business to the Imperial Capital, which involves a lot of troublesome procedures. When I was in Haishan, I tried to send gifts to the Imperial Capital’s commerce minister through a contact, hoping to expedite the paperwork. However, the minister hasn’t followed through after accepting the gifts, with nothing heard from him for quite some time. So I had to come personally to invite him for a meal and discuss things.”

Regarding business matters, Ye Haochuan was usually hands-off. Hearing Xiao Haimei’s words, he felt a bit apologetic.

”Thanks for your trouble.”

Xiao Haimei replied, ”Oh, we aren’t troubled at all. But you, constantly caught in the struggles of the Xuanmen, should be finding it tougher!”

”Sister Mei always cares about me!” Ye Haochuan chuckled, playfully brushing Xiao Haimei’s smooth, fair thigh.

”Focus on driving!” Xiao Haimei slapped away Ye Haochuan’s hand, saying, ”Haochuan, if you’re free tonight, accompany me.”

Even though Xiao Haimei was a businesswoman herself, going to the Imperial Capital alone to negotiate with the commerce minister seemed daunting. She felt more at ease with Ye Haochuan around.

”No problem!” Ye Haochuan readily agreed, ”Since it’s for tonight, let’s head home first, have lunch at home. My mom misses you too, and we’ll introduce you to someone!”
