Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 647: Chapter 646: You Told Me to Get Lost, So I Did

Hearing what Zhang Ziyi had to say, Su Yingxue was so astonished she couldn’t close her mouth. No more touching? Did this ”more” mean that Brother Ye had already touched her before? Hmph, this Brother Ye, too naughty.

At the same time, Ye Haochuan’s heart burst with delight. This Ziyi, really dares to say anything! But, I like it!

”What I mean is, that jerk is always taking advantage of me, I’ll never let him succeed again...” Zhang Ziyi explained.

However, even to herself, that explanation seemed a bit too doubtful, almost like she was trying to cover something up even more.

”Giggle...”

Su Yingxue giggled, ”Sister Ziyi, you don’t need to explain, I’m not naive. Besides, knowing Brother Ye’s character, how could he possibly leave you alone?”

Zhang Ziyi’s pretty face turned bright red, but she quickly spat out: ”What are you saying? So annoying!”

”How could I have your charm, Sister Ziyi? I’m as pure as Brother Ye, purer than plain tofu even!” Su Yingxue protested.

”I don’t believe you!” Zhang Ziyi spat out again.

”Really, Sister Ziyi,” Su Yingxue smiled, then somewhat melancholically said, ”I wish it were true, but he has no interest in me at all. He’s rested in our dormitory most of these days. I deliberately didn’t lock my door, but he hasn’t once tried to enter my room.”

Damn, so the girl harbored such thoughts, and I didn’t even know, failure, I’m such a failure!

Ye Haochuan regretted enormously.

But soon, he got excited again. Damn it, if there’s meat delivered to your mouth, why not eat it? Once the chance comes, I must seize it well.

”You naughty girl, how can you even say such things? A girl should be reserved, alright?” Zhang Ziyi firmly lectured.

”Heehee, reserved?” Su Yingxue snorted with laughter, ”You could be reserved, Sister Ziyi, but in the end, didn’t you still end up with Brother Ye... hehe...”

”You little brat, growing sharp teeth, are you? See if I don’t tear your mouth apart!” Zhang Ziyi said and began to roughhouse with her.

The two girls horsed around, making Ye Haochuan, hidden under the covers, watch with wide eyes.

Just as he was wondering, Su Yingxue suddenly said, ”Sister Ziyi, let’s pull up this mosquito net. It feels like it’s really in the way.” Saying so, she reached out to draw the mosquito net.

Zhang Ziyi was terrified out of her wits, as that annoying guy, Ye Haochuan, was still inside!

In a panic, Zhang Ziyi grabbed Su Yingxue’s little hand, a thin layer of fragrant sweat on her nose: ”Yingxue, let’s just leave the mosquito net as it is. I’ve just come back and want to rest for a while.”

”Perfect, we should rest together. We haven’t had a heart-to-heart talk in quite a while!” Su Yingxue said.

”This...” Zhang Ziyi was anxious, ”Yingxue, let’s not tonight, shall we? I’m so tired. Let’s have our heart-to-heart another day, okay?”

”Strange, Sister Ziyi, you were so energetic when you came back from your internship before, insisting on having a heart-to-heart talk with me. Why are you changing your style now? Sister Ziyi, this isn’t like you.” Su Yingxue said with a puzzled face.

”This...” Zhang Ziyi then remembered, usually when she came back from internships, she was always the one eager to chat up a storm with Su Yingxue in high spirits. Indeed, her behavior today was quite different from the past.

”Sister Ziyi, you couldn’t be hiding something from me, could you?” Su Yingxue looked at her with suspicion.

”Where do I have anything to hide from you, you’re overthinking it,” Zhang Ziyi replied with a wry smile.

”Well, that’s hard to say, hehe, have the guts to look into my eyes,” Su Yingxue said seriously.

”Just look!” Zhang Ziyi glared with wide eyes, locking gazes with her.

After a few seconds of staring, Su Yingxue suddenly huffed, ”And you say you’re not hiding anything from me? Your eyes clearly spell ’deceit’... Tell me, did you betray Brother Ye and cheat on him with another guy?”

”You silly girl, always spouting nonsense. Do I, Zhang Ziyi, look like that kind of person?” Zhang Ziyi immediately defended herself, but internally she also heaved a sigh of relief, grateful that the girl hadn’t learnt the truth.

”So, what exactly are you hiding from me? Sister Ziyi, if you don’t spill the beans today, I won’t let you off easily,” Su Yingxue declared, puffing out her chest and tilting up her chin.

Left with no choice, Zhang Ziyi fabricated an excuse on the spot, and somehow managed to fool the girl.

However, for some reason, Su Yingxue just wouldn’t leave. She persisted in badgering Zhang Ziyi to share what was on her mind, even going as far as to climb into bed, ready to lift the covers and crawl under.

Zhang Ziyi, scared out of her wits, hurriedly switched off the bedside lamp and climbed into bed first, wedging herself between Ye Haochuan and Su Yingxue.

”Sister Ziyi, why are you in such a rush?” In the pitch-black room, Su Yingxue couldn’t help but grumble.

”Why all these questions? Just, just go to sleep,” urged Zhang Ziyi.

With no other option, Su Yingxue reluctantly climbed into the bed as well.

At this moment, Ye Haochuan, separated on the other side by Zhang Ziyi, was already extremely uncomfortable. Although the bedroom was dark as night, it didn’t impair his vision at all.

Damn it, only a fool would pass up a free lunch!

Ye Haochuan figured that such a great opportunity shouldn’t be wasted; it would be a disservice to himself if he didn’t make something of it!

After a moment of hesitation, Ye Haochuan slowly reached out his hand towards Su Yingxue.

”Ah!” Su Yingxue suddenly exclaimed, her face flushing red as she said, ”Sister Ziyi, what are you doing?”

”What happened?” Zhang Ziyi was momentarily stunned, then quickly realized that the bastard Ye Haochuan must be up to no good.

With that thought, she quietly pinched the scoundrel behind her.

That subdued the bastard somewhat, and Zhang Ziyi finally breathed a sigh of relief, thinking, That will teach you to misbehave!

When she remained silent for a while, Su Yingxue couldn’t help but say, ”Sister Ziyi, what’s wrong? You’ve gone quiet again?”

”Nothing? I just feel sleepy and want to go to bed,” Zhang Ziyi yawned.

”Ah, I’m feeling a bit sleepy myself,” yawned Su Yingxue. ”Sister Ziyi, then I won’t disturb you any longer. You get some rest; I’ll go back to my room.”

With that, she lifted the blanket and swiftly got off the bed.

Finally, Zhang Ziyi completely relaxed, glad to have sent the girl away.

She pricked up her ears and waited for the sound of the door closing from the outside before she hurriedly urged the man behind her, ”You dead man, aren’t you going to quickly get dressed and scram? You almost got us killed just now!”

Ye Haochuan chuckled, got out of bed, put on his clothes, and then, with a roll, grinned and said, ”You tell me to scram, and I’m gone, see? Aren’t I obedient?” After that, he stealthily opened the door and tiptoed out.

”This bad egg...” Watching his comical departure, Zhang Ziyi shook her head in wry amusement and then closed her eyes to sleep.

After Ye Haochuan closed the door, he was about to tiptoe to the balcony when suddenly, in the darkness, someone wrapped around him from behind.
