Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 640: Chapter 639: We Fabricate Evidence!

Seeing the puzzled looks on Chen Yushan and Zhang Zetao’s faces, Ye Haochuan briefly recounted the events.

”This bastard!” Chen Yushan gritted her teeth in anger.

”Now you understand, right? Boss Zhang is going to fight Yu Rongguang to the death. Murder and arson are serious criminal offenses. You’re a police officer; you can’t just not save Boss Zhang, can you?” Ye Haochuan said.

Only then did Chen Yushan come to her senses, and she said to Zhang Zetao, ”Boss Zhang, please stay calm. I understand and sympathize with what you and your daughter have gone through, but that’s not a reason for you to break the law impulsively...”

Before she could finish, Zhang Zetao suddenly lost control of his emotions, ”Stay calm? How the hell can I stay calm? That bastard Yu Rongguang caused my daughter to jump off a building and commit suicide, how can I be calm?”

Chen Yushan raised her voice, ”But if you act impulsively like this, even if you kill Yu Rongguang, will that really give you peace? Don’t forget, your daughter has been saved now. If you kill someone, you’ll have to go to jail next. Do you really want your daughter to see you like that?”

Unfortunately, at that moment, Zhang Zetao was completely consumed by rage and simply couldn’t listen.

”Officer, I don’t care if you get angry, but as for Yu Rongguang, that scoundrel has done too much evil. If the police can’t handle him, I won’t count on you anymore. Even if it means a life behind bars, I have to kill that bastard Yu Rongguang! Little Ma, let’s go!”

Seeing Zhang Zetao and a few of his bodyguards about to do something illegal, Chen Yushan panicked, urgently waving her hand, ”Stop them!”

In an instant, several police officers from the police car pounced upon them, surrounding Zhang Zetao and his bodyguards.

”What’s the meaning of this, Officer?” Zhang Zetao was ready to give up, ”You think stopping me now will keep me stopped forever? That bastard Yu Rongguang has done unforgivable things, why don’t you police go arrest him and rid the people of this menace? Why stop me?”

”But we have no evidence, how can we just arrest someone?” Chen Yushan shouted back.

”No evidence? You can investigate, you can search. We taxpayers pay so much in taxes, are we just supporting a bunch of idlers?” Zhang Zetao became more and more angry and extreme as he spoke.

Just as Chen Yushan was about to argue, Ye Haochuan suddenly interrupted loudly, ”Enough, stop arguing. Now is not the time for debate! Everyone, listen to me!”

Zhang Zetao and Chen Yushan both quieted down, looking at Ye Haochuan.

”The urgent matter at hand is to quickly contain the situation. Especially the matter with Xiaoxiao’s pictures, we must resolve it from the source before it spreads on the internet. So, for this matter, I’m afraid we’ll have to trouble Officer Chen to make an effort.”

Ye Haochuan gave Chen Yushan a wink, worried that she would refuse, and added, ”Please don’t say this isn’t your responsibility, Officer Chen. You’re a woman too, surely you don’t want the harm done to Xiaoxiao to continue spreading?”

This guy really thinks he’s the head of our police station, daring to order me around like that.

Chen Yushan snorted to herself, but considering he was her man, it seemed she had no reason to refuse.

”Alright, I’ll handle it immediately,” Chen Yushan promised briskly.

Ye Haochuan nodded, then turned to Zhang Zetao, ”Of course, Boss Zhang, you can’t just stand by either. You’ll come with me to find Yu Rongguang, but let me make it clear first, it’s not to kill him, but... hehe.”

A sly chuckle made the usually shrewd Zhang Zetao’s mind start racing. What does he mean by that?

”Doctor Ye, what are you suggesting...” Zhang Zetao couldn’t help but ask.

”It’s simple. If there is evidence, we find evidence. If there is no evidence, hehe, we’ll create evidence!” Ye Haochuan laughed sinisterly.

...

At the Yu Real Estate Company building.

”Please stop right there.” A group of security guards directly barred Ye Haochuan, Zhang Zetao, and the others from proceeding.

”Move aside! Go and tell Yu Rongguang to roll out and see me!” Zhang Zetao bellowed aggressively.

The security guards were stunned. Who was this person, daring to address President Yu by his name?

However, seeing his violent temper, coupled with the bodyguards accompanying him, the security guards were even more determined not to let them pass.

One of the security team captains shouted loudly, ”Can just anyone who wishes to see our President Yu actually see him? Go on, get out of here, or else we’ll call the police!”

One of the bodyguards behind Zhang Zetao stepped forward and pushed the security team captain, bellowing, ”Damn it, are you blind or something? This is President Zhang from Zhang Real Estate Company, got it?”

”Zhang... President Zhang?” The security guards were immediately surprised.

The whole world knew that President Yu and President Qu were sworn enemies. How could they not be aware?

”What are you still standing around for? Why aren’t you notifying your President Yu? Do you really want us to smash up your place before you name to bring him out?” Zhang Zetao’s bodyguard yelled.

The group of security guards didn’t dare to waste any more words and hurriedly found a way to contact President Yu’s secretary.

Soon, President Yu’s secretary spoke up, allowing Zhang Zetao to go up alone.

Zhang Zetao refused to comply. As a boss of his status and standing, when did he ever go anywhere without a bodyguard?

”Since President Zhang disagrees, then there’s nothing we can do. We have to ensure our President Yu’s safety, right?” the security team captain said.

”You...”

Zhang Zetao was about to explode with anger when Ye Haochuan chuckled and calmed him down, then said, ”I am President Zhang’s personal doctor, not a bodyguard. Surely you can let me go up with President Zhang, right?”

”This...” The security team captain hesitated.

Ye Haochuan chuckled, ”What’s wrong? Do I look that unsafe? This entire building is staffed by your people. Can’t you handle me and President Zhang?”

After further consultation with President Yu’s secretary, it was okay this time. President Yu’s secretary said indifferently, ”Alright, let the two of them come up together, but make sure to check them thoroughly for anything they might be carrying, like knives or even firearms...”

”Yes!”

The security team captain hung up the phone and then said, ”Sorry, gentlemen, you may go up, but we’ll need to conduct a thorough search first.”

”Power-tripping bastards...”

Zhang Zetao had never been so humiliated before and was about to lash out, but Ye Haochuan pulled him back, gesturing for him to keep calm.

Zhang Zetao then held back his anger.

The security team captain took out a security scanner and swept over both of them, then stepped aside and said to Ye Haochuan and Zhang Zetao, ”Gentlemen, please go ahead.”

Zhang Zetao wanted to bring his own bodyguards, but Ye Haochuan grabbed his hand and whispered, ”Relax, I’m here; they won’t be able to touch a hair on your head.”

Zhang Zetao felt some trepidation, but seeing Ye Haochuan’s utterly calm demeanor, he finally relaxed a little.

With the security guard leading the way, Ye Haochuan and Zhang Zetao took the elevator up and were then taken to an exceptionally luxurious office.

A flat-headed man with a face full of flesh and a potbelly laughed boisterously upon seeing Zhang Zetao, ”Oh, President Zhang graces us with his presence, truly an honor we did not expect. Come, take a seat...”

Enraged, Zhang Zetao rushed up, grabbed him, and roared, ”Yu Rongguang, I’m going to kill you!”
