Martial Dao: Peace by Force

Chapter 64: Chapter 62: Invincible Beng Jin, Who Dares to Fight Again?

”Hahahahahaha!!!!”

At Xiao Qing’s words, the people from Yu Shang Group burst into laughter. They were clearly using the mockery of Wan Ze to suppress Tie Shizhe’s momentum.

Tie Feiyang was young and hot-headed and was the first to lose his composure. But just as he was about to speak, Wan Ze had already said, ”Fine. I’ll fight you.”

Tie Feiyang froze, looking over in disbelief. He then quickly turned to Tie Qingyang, but Tie Qingyang was silent, his gaze calm. It was impossible to know what he was thinking.

Tie Feiyang grew anxious.

He knew better than anyone how strong this Xiao Qing was!

Although he had no personal connection to Wan Ze, he knew the man was here to help their Tie Family. How could he just stand by and watch him walk to his death? Just as he was about to get up, a hand suddenly pressed down on his shoulder.

He looked up.

The person pushing him back down was none other than Wan Ze himself.

”Mr. Wan, you—”

He desperately wanted to say something. With his back to the crowd, he frantically tried to signal Wan Ze with his eyes. He wanted to tell him that he had brought ten gunmen, and that with a single order, they could rush in and kill everyone from Yu Shang Group. The only problem was he hadn’t yet figured out if Sun Shengji had any other tricks up his sleeve.

”I’m not one for trouble either,” Wan Ze said unhurriedly. ”Since we’re going to have a martial duel, why not add some stakes? If I win, what then, Boss Sun?”

”You think you can win?” Sun Shengji was stunned for a moment, then chuckled playfully. ”Fine. If you can beat Mr. Xiao, my Yu Shang Group will never compete with Tie Shizhe for business again!”

”You’ll keep your word?” Wan Ze pressed.

Sun Shengji laughed, exasperated. ’Does this kid really think he can win?’

He couldn’t understand where the kid got his confidence. Even with his naturally cautious disposition, he simply couldn’t imagine Xiao Qing losing right now.

”I’m a man of my word! If you can win, forget about the business in Holy City—I’ll hand you my own head on a platter!”

”Done!”

Wan Ze agreed.

Sun Shengji was at a loss for words. He really hadn’t expected the kid to be so serious.

’I was just joking, did you actually take me seriously?’

He sneered.

He looked at Xiao Qing, and the two of them nodded.

Xiao Qing rose unhurriedly, a mocking look in his eyes as he faced Wan Ze. ”Some youngsters achieve a little something and think they’re invincible. They get blinded by their own delusions and forget there’s always someone better... I don’t know what benefits Tie Shizhe promised you, nor do I care how much money they gave you. Running into me can only be considered your misfortune.”

”Are you done with your nonsense? If you are, then get over here,” Wan Ze interrupted. He was already standing in an open area.

Tie Qingyang was fiddling with his communicator, seemingly sending a message. He would look up from time to time, his expression urgent.

Xiao Qing’s eyes turned vicious as he sneered, ”I was going to give you a quick death, but you brought this on yourself. Now open your damn eyes and watch closely! See how I’m going to kill you!”

”BOOM!”

A wave of qi blasted the table in front of him over. Xiao Qing pushed off his feet and shot straight for Wan Ze.

”Nice!” The members of Yu Shang Group watching from a distance who knew what they were looking at could see how sublime Xiao Qing’s movement was. If only his left leg wasn’t injured, it would have been even better.

Seeing this, even Tie Qingyang stopped sending his message and watched with a grim expression.

He had just received word that there were snipers nearby.

That was why he couldn’t make a move yet.

If he did, the enemy would most likely choose to shoot Wan Ze at the first opportunity.

And if anything happened to Wan Ze, he absolutely could not withstand Situ Bai’s wrath!

At this thought, Tie Qingyang’s heart sank.

He looked at Tie Feiyang, who gave him a subtle nod. Their men were making their move. Once they cleared the outside, the rest would be simple.

’As long as... Wan Ze can hold out for five minutes!’

’Just five minutes!’

Facing Xiao Qing’s vicious punch, Wan Ze showed no sign of panic. He stepped sideways, causing Xiao Qing’s fist to hit empty air.

At the same time, Wan Ze had already closed in on the man’s side. With a shake of his arms, he struck like an eagle spreading its wings to pounce.

Xiao Qing was surprised by how fast the kid’s reaction speed was. Instantly on alert, he shifted his body and sprang backward.

Fist fighting mostly emphasizes direct attacks and advances, fighting for the centerline. In other words, whoever had the more agile Body Technique had a better chance of seizing the initiative and delivering a thunderous blow.

Xiao Qing himself was a master from a prestigious school. If his master hadn’t died early and he hadn’t been plagued by injuries, his future achievements would never have been so limited. He was well aware of this fact, which was why he was willing to cooperate with Sun Shengji. As long as he saved enough money to heal his leg injury, his future accomplishments would surely surpass even his master’s!

Realizing that Wan Ze was quick-witted and even stronger than he had imagined, Xiao Qing immediately cast aside his disdain. He whipped out his arm like a steel lash, its speed astonishingly fast.

Wan Ze didn’t even try to dodge. The qi and blood in his body thundered, surging through his right arm as if it cost nothing. Following the meridians, his five fingers clenched into a fist.

Iron Mountain Fist!

Beng Jin!

This was the first time he had ever activated Beng Jin in actual combat.

Xiao Qing’s expression changed. He instantly sensed something was wrong and subconsciously tried to dodge.

But no matter how fast he was, he couldn’t react differently at such close range. His arms felt as if they had been pricked by needles. In that instant, his own qi was shattered, and the Beng Jin flooded into him.

In the blink of an eye, Xiao Qing’s arms were dripping with blood, and even the clothes on his chest had been blasted to shreds.

Wan Ze moved decisively to end it. He parted his hands and charged the centerline again, giving his opponent no chance to turn the tables. Empowered by the Dragon Eagle Secret Martial Arts, the Iron Mountain Fist’s Beng Jin struck his chest as fast as lightning.

”CRACK!”

His sternum shattered. Xiao Qing spat out a mouthful of blood; his internal organs had clearly been ruptured as well.

After being hit by Wan Ze’s punch, his face flushed a deep red. He staggered back and forth like a drunkard, and seemed to want to raise a hand to point at Wan Ze and say something.

But his arm only made it halfway up before his body spun twice and fell to the ground with a THUD. He coughed up great mouthfuls of blood.

His eyes were wide open, staring at Wan Ze. His whole body convulsed as he struggled to stay alive, but it was all in vain.

In the span of a single breath, the light faded from Xiao Qing’s pupils.

He was dead.

”So strong!” From seven meters away, Tie Qingyang’s eyes weren’t so old that he couldn’t see clearly. It was just that Wan Ze’s speed was too great—as fierce and violent as a thunderstorm. Looking around the entire hall, no one could have rushed forward to save Xiao Qing.

Even he had never expected events to escalate to this point so quickly.

At first, he really had just wanted Wan Ze to draw their attention.

Xiao Qing’s corpse lay sprawled on the carpet. The entire hall was deathly silent.

”CRUNCH!”

Someone had crushed a soda bottle in their hand, and the fizzing liquid splashed everywhere. But the person didn’t even notice, their eyes still fixed on Wan Ze, who stood in the center of the hall.

But that sound was like a clap of thunder, snapping everyone back to their senses!

Instantly, the deathly silent hall erupted in a tremendous uproar.

Surprise! Excitement! Some people even trembled all over at the sight of blood!

”You!”

Sun Shengji shot to his feet. He was so horrified that his voice came out in a strange tone. He pointed at Wan Ze, his body trembling, unable to speak for a long moment.

”Boss Sun, a bet is a bet. Wouldn’t you agree?” Wan Ze unhurriedly wiped the blood from his fist. He raised his gaze, and a single glance at Sun Shengji was enough to scare the fat man into collapsing to the floor.

”Ah! AHH!!! D-Don’t kill me!!!!”
