Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 566: Chapter 47 Space Battleship! 【Seeking Subscription】_3

She even noticed that the Big Mosquito seemed to be vaguely centering its range of battle around her. She held the key to all of its desires to return to Earth, so even if Earth City were to vanish completely at the moment, Daphne could not possibly die!

This greatly increased Daphne’s chances of survival. After all, being someone who had an understanding of the Big Mosquito’s existence, she had a deep knowledge of its actual battle strength.

However, she wouldn’t yield!

Looking down at the surface beneath her feet, the majority of Earth City, having been swallowed by the flames of war, fueled her rage. She had devoted her efforts and the sweat of her brow to develop this city. The city that she had painstakingly built was now reduced to a sea of flames. What’s worse was that several of her reserve supply buildings were now engulfed in the inferno. How could she not seethe in rage?

”Code 06, 18, 19, regroup in the center. Work with Lord Assassin to launch a counterattack!” She bit her lip, continuing to issue commands.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! -----------

The flames of war kept blazing on.

”Lea... Lead Commander! We’ve lost up to seventy-five aircraft. The enemy’s Flying Monster, which is believed to be ’Lord Assassin’, is too powerful. Most of our lost aircraft were destroyed by it. Teams from other cities are requesting retreat for repairs and recovery, before continuing with the battle,” reported a communications officer from within the central layer of the four hundred plus aircraft.

”No! We can’t concede, we still have our trump card! There’s nothing to fear from this so-called Lord Assassin,” retorted the Commander, his face contorted in anger and a hint of madness.

As the Commander of the Fifth City, how could he potentially let such an ideal situation go to waste? The developers of Earth City beneath him were a loose coalition at best. Although some among them possessed power, this might have been the strongest opponent their city has ever faced. However, this opponent lacked any semblance of unity. If they could just hold on a bit longer, the city’s entire defense system would surely collapse!

When that happens, the powerful Flying Monster will lose its advantage in numbers. Along with the ’trump card’ they held, taking down the enemy would be a piece of cake!

He had absolute faith in his trump card. If they still couldn’t capture this powerful flyer with that, they would have suffered huge losses a long time ago.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! ------

Its sharp wings shear an aircraft in half as Big Mosquito flew by.

”Oh? There’s something amiss over there.”

Jia Yan, who was in the midst of battle, believed that as long as he maintained a high efficiency killing rate, even with his current strength, he could still drive away the entire fleet of enemy aircrafts.

However, after obliterating one of the aircrafts, he suddenly sensed something amiss!

”There’s nothing off about the Security Officer’s aircraft. They have already used up their armaments. I even swatted away what looked like an ’earth missile’ earlier due to a sense of crisis, causing it to explode 10 kilometers away. Aside from this type of weaponry, they shouldn’t have any other trump cards!”

Jia Yan analyzed, as a creature that understood the situation on this planet, he knew that the security officers he was facing were not capable of possessing any formidable weapons. Even though the aircrafts they possess were not considered weak, apart from the powerful missile earlier, they didn’t really have anymore large scale destructive weapons. This was because those weapons violated several wartime laws.

About the formidable weapon earlier, although Jia Yan brushed it off, causing it to explode 10 kilometers away, it seemed to resemble an earth ’Cloud Burst Bomb’ - for a time, it even formed a miniature sun in the night sky. However, such force didn’t pose much of a threat to Jia Yan.

Hence the uneasiness Jia Yan felt couldn’t possibly be coming from these security officers’ aircraft. Simply because even if they did possess formidable weapons, they wouldn’t dare use them in a large-scale battle.

If it wasn’t from the security officers then...

It must be from the belligerent nations!

Jia Yan suddenly realised that on this planet, the only entities that were capable of bringing out a weapon more powerful than the belligerent nations could only be the major war empires!

At the same time, Jia Yan lifted his head high into the sky, his compound eyes shining brightly as he gazed into the night sky.

The pitch black space was filled with twinkling little stars that seemed to blink like eyes; they were especially dazzling.

However, Jia Yan had absolutely no mood to appreciate this scenic view. Only when he had focused his uneasy feelings to its peak did he finally notice what was off.

He finally saw it!

A giant hunk of metallic flying object descended from the lofty heights of the outer space, gradually crossing the endless distance. It pressed down hard towards the vast desert beneath!

It was a battleship!

A battleship from the Auster Empire!

It was also the greatest assurance of the chief commander of the entire Security Officer’s fleet!

A true Battleship!

”Hahaha!! The Auster battleship is here! With its presence, Earth City, and Lord Assassin, how long can your resistance hold up?!” The Chief Commander, who was shielded among Security Officers’ aircraft, finally let out a triumphant laugh.

The monstrous metallic creature that soared down from the sky was over two hundred meters long. Its stunning outer shell was filled with an air of blood and fire. Clearly, this was not a battleship without battle experience - it could even be one with a wealth of battle experience!

It was soaring down from the heavens, the most powerful weapon of war from an advanced alien civilization!

A Space Battleship!
