Cultivating Disciples to Breakthrough

Chapter 653 Cover Blown!

Following one thousand new disciples entering the sect, everything became rather lively, with the formerly newest disciples happily teaching these new disciples about the sect as seniors. Making sure to inform them about the different special places located all over the Seventh Star Peak, while making sure to warn them about not approaching the core of the sect without permission from the elders.

During this time, Chun Hua also blended into the sect and didnʼt do anything out of the ordinary. Secretly listening in on the conversations taking place all around her while trying to learn as much as possible about the Star Shattering Sect through the senior disciples.

Even if their knowledge about the sect was not at the level of an elder, Chun Hua still managed to gain a lo of information about the Star Shattering Sect from listening to these senior disciples.

The most important thing she learned from this, was that the centre of the Seventh Star Peak was a place where the Peak Experts of the Star Shattering Sect were gathered, a place that she would avoid at any cost to avoid having her cover blown and end up dead.

Other than that, she also managed to learn about some of the more famous elders and disciples of the Star Shattering Sect. The most spoken of elder was Elder Song, who she had seen when he introduced the Star Shattering Sect to them just a short time ago, while the most famous disciple was someone named Chu Yang, a disciple who had managed to break through to the Nascent Soul Realm below the age of 30!

After hearing that there was actually such a talented disciple present inside the Star Shattering Sect, Chun Hua felt like her premotion of there being an expert above the Domain Lord Realm was true. After all, without such a powerful expert, how would such a genius disciple be nurtured properly?

Even where she came from in the central region of the continent, someone breaking through to the Nascent Soul Realm below the age of 30 could already be considered to be among the most talented young geniuses in the central region!

”If Iʼm not wrong, the expert above the Domain Lord Realm should be the Grand Elder called Xuan Hao… But why havenʼt he caught me yet- Wait! Perhaps he is currently outside the sect!?” Muttering this to herself, Chun Hua suddenly had a feeling she understood why she had been able to enter the Star Shattering Sect without being discovered.

If he truly is not here at the moment, I will have to find that place as quickly as possible and leave before he returns!

Coming up with a plan on how to proceed, Chun Hua could not wait for her to be left alone so she could begin searching for the place she had risked her life to find.

Luckily for her, it did not take long for her to find an opportunity to leave the rest of the new disciples without anyone noticing!

The fact that the Nascent Soul Realm Elders had left, and the strongest elder present was only at the Peak of the Core Formation Realm made this far easier.

…

Still focused on keeping an eye on Chun Hua, Xuan Hao of course noticed it when she secretly snuck away before making her way down the Seventh Star Peak before heading back towards the way she had come from.

”Hm… After I sealed up the entire Shattered Star Peaks, the only way to enter is indeed by becoming a disciple of the sect… Looks like her reason for entering the Star Shattering Sect is not related to the sect itself but was instead just to enter the Shattered Star Peaks.” Muttering this to himself while watching Chun Hua, Xuan Hao could not help wondering if there would be more people like her in the future.

Given the things he had seen on the Main Star Peak, the Second Star Peak, the Ninth Star Peak and the Eighth Star Peak, Xuan Hao was sure that the rest of the Star Peaks were also hiding something. The only problem was that it was far harder for him to discover what it was, as it was not as obvious as those 4 Star Peaks.

Digging into the Star Peaks was not an option either, as he had already tried doing that with the Qi Spring Lake at the centre of the Seventh Star Peak. From this, he understood that his strength was still too weak to dig into the Star Peaks at the moment. Maybe even when he reached the Soul Ascension Realm, it would be impossible to dig into the Star Peaks of the Shattered Star Peak…

”But for her to not move deeper into the Shattered Star Peaks… It looks like she is heading towards either the Ninth Star Peak or the Eighth Star Peak…” Watching Chun Hua make her way to the base of the Seventh Star Peak before moving back in the direction of the Eighth- and Ninth Star Peak, Xuan Hao silently left the Seventh Star Peak before secretly appearing a few hundred meters in the air above Chun Hua.

Hiding from a Nascent Soul Realm Expert like Chun Hua was not hard with the help of his domain and Xuan Hao was not at all worried that he would be discovered by the other party.

…

Who in the world is that?!

Unknown to Xuan Hao, Chun Hua moving towards the Eighth Star Peak in the distance below him had already found out about him appearing above her, as she barely managed to stop herself from freezing on the spot and showing anything that might give away the fact that she found out about someone hovering in the air above her.

Not knowing what to do as all sorts of thoughts ran through her head, Chun Hua started panicking internally after discovering that someone was following her, her bright green eyes shone for a brief moment as she looked up into the air while pretending to look around for something.

Iʼm unable to see through the domain of the other party! Is it perhaps the Domain Lord called Shu Yao… Or perhaps the one called Xuan Hao!?

Not daring to look for too long as it might cause some suspicion in the other party, Chun Hua quickly showed a happy expression outwardly before making her way towards the Eighth Star Peak, while deep inside, she was trying to come up with all sorts of ways to escape from her current predicament.

Whoosh~

Reaching the base of the Eighth Star Peak after only travelling for a short time, Chun Hua did not show any hesitation as she began ascending the mountain. Understanding that any hesitation might cause the person following her to take action to capture or kill her.

If I can reach that place, I should have a chance to escape…

Already having a plan on how to proceed, Chun Hua did not take long to reach the Peak of the Eighth Star Peak before she made her way down into the valley of the Half Spirit Race located below.

Thump~!

Landing on the ground below, there was not a single member of the Half Spirit Race present, and the town located not too far away from where she landed was completely quiet.

Around a year ago when the Half Spirit Race joined the Star Shattering Sect, they had at first sent only a single person, but at this point in time, the entire Half Spirit Race had already finished moving from their ancestral home and into the Star Shattering Sect on top of the Seventh Star Peak.

As most of the members of the Half Spirit Race were secretly curious about the outside world and wanted to find out about the things outside the valley, they had spent their entire life inside, this move was not too difficult and had already been completed less than three months ago…

”Hm?” Noticing this quiet town, Chun Hua could not help showing a confused expression on her face for a short moment. Not having expected for it to be empty.

If Iʼm not wrong, the town should have been the home to a non-human race the last time I came here! How come it disappeared!?

Not knowing that the Half Spirit Race had become part of the Star Shattering Sect as she had barely stayed at the Seventh Star Peak for a few minutes before secretly running away, Chun Hua could not help feeling a wave of helplessness wash over her.

I wanted to use the expert of this race to buy some time for myself to escape, but that is no longer possible. Now the only chance I have to escape is by using my last remaining Heaven Concealment Talisman…

Thinking this to herself, Chun Hua showed a determined expression on her face before taking out a small talisman and attaching it to her body.

…

”Hm?”

Watching Chun Hua from above, Xuan Hao could not help showing a surprised expression on his face after seeing Chun Hua suddenly taking out a small talisman and attaching it to Before completely disappearing from sight.

”Ah… No wonder she felt familiar… So, she was the person who entered the ancient teleportation formation back in the primeval jungle!”

Swish-!

Understanding why he felt somewhat familiar with Chun Hua after having seen her use a talisman to hide herself, Xuan Hao did not wait around and directly used his movement technique to move toward the ancient teleportation formation located in the valley of the Half Spirit Race.
