Charm point maxed out, inheriting game assets

Chapter 1119: Chapter 439: He Has Already Chosen the Path to Death!

The notification sound slowly faded away.

Tang Song’s brows instantly relaxed, and his eyes sparkled with excitement.

[Qualified Leader] This task was triggered just after acquiring the Lanfeng International Hotel, and now it’s finally completed.

During this time, he understood the hotel’s business and operations, strengthened team building and management, and expanded his vision and perspective...

Actually, he felt almost done half a month ago, but the system kept showing it as incomplete, always missing that final step.

He looked at the couple across from him, both flushed with excitement.

In his heart, Tang Song gradually became clear.

This task ultimately was about enhancing his ”leadership charm” to become a qualified enterprise controller.

Proactively recruiting reliable employees and gaining their loyalty and appreciation was also a key task point.

Although the financial department of Lanfeng International Hotel had new employees recruited from DJRH, it still needed reliable ”people of his own” inside.

He had known Sun Youguang for a long time, initially sharing the same office area, chatting more, and was clear about his character and abilities, having heard him mention his girlfriend.

The plan is to get married and buy a house within the next two years.

Renting a secondary bedroom in a remote community along the West Second Ring, with a monthly rent of 500 yuan, daily commuting time is very long.

Life is actually quite tough.

It was because of this idea that he proactively invited Li Juan.

It can be considered as a good deed.

Without immediately checking the reward content, Tang Song beamed a bright smile, his eyes shining as he said, ”How about it? Lanfeng International Hotel is less than two kilometers from here; if you work there, you can rent a one-bedroom arrangement nearby with Youguang, and life can be more comfortable.”

”Thank you, President Tang, for this opportunity!” Li Juan tightly clasped her hands, bowed earnestly, her voice tinged with slight tears.

Then she opened her backpack and took out a resume, handing it over, ”Here’s my resume; you can take a look first, I’m available for an interview anytime.”

Sun Youguang said with reddened eyes, ”Thank you, President Tang! Li Juan has strong foundational skills, and if it’s a general financial position, it shouldn’t be a problem.”

After all, Lanfeng International Hotel is a well-known enterprise, whether it’s stability or salary, it’s far more reliable than a small company.

But every position has its requirements, high demands, and extremely fierce competition.

Normally, a resume like Li Juan’s wouldn’t even pass the initial screening.

Tang Song nodded, took Li Juan’s resume, and flipped through it briefly.

Accounting major from Yan City University of Economics and Trade, 4 years and a half of work experience, only changed jobs once, expected salary is 5.5k.

Noticing Tang Song’s gaze, Li Juan quietly said, ”This weekend is the Intermediate Accountant exam; both Youguang and I will participate, and we should pass smoothly.”

They had been preparing for a long time together, practically guaranteed.

Tang Song nodded, put away the resume, smiled, and asked, ”You are currently not employed, right?”

”Yes!”

”That’s good; what’s the earliest time you can start?”

Upon hearing this, Li Juan and Sun Youguang simultaneously froze, somewhat unresponsive.

The interview hasn’t even happened yet, how come the topic is on when to start?

Li Juan said with a red face, ”Well... naturally as soon as possible, just unsure if the hotel has any objections.”

Her personality was much more outgoing than her boyfriend’s, knowing that this was not the time for niceties.

”Hmm, hold on, I’ll check with the hotel side.” Tang Song took out his phone from his pocket, took a photo of the resume, sent it to the HR Director at Lanfeng International Hotel, and directly dialed their number.

Li Juan and Sun Youguang exchanged a glance, sat up straight, watched Tang Song nervously.

This was related to their lifetime.

If they successfully get this offer, they’d have stable jobs and could even consider buying a house in Yan City.

”Ring-ring—” The call was connected after only two rings.

Tang Song took a sip of coffee, his tone calm and decisive: ”President Xia, I just sent you a resume, the name is Li Juan, arrange her in the accounting settlement group at the financial center.”

”As for specific tasks, she will handle supplier payments and reimbursements.”

Listening to Tang Song, both Sun Youguang and Li Juan’s eyes widened.

It seemed like she would immediately get a job, with even the specific responsibilities assigned.

This wasn’t what they expected.

Also, this tone, it felt... like he was the boss.

Tang Song ”hmm” into the phone twice, then looked at Li Juan and said, ”How about next Monday for starting work?”

Li Juan swallowed and nervously explained, ”There’s an Intermediate Accountant exam on Monday morning, how about the afternoon?”

”Of course!” Tang Song gave a friendly smile, speaking into the phone, ”Starting next Monday afternoon, salary at normal standards, 7k is fine, there’s the phone and email on the resume, you can directly send her the offer.”

Hearing ”7k”, Li Juan took a deep breath, feeling dizzy.

She remembered seeing in the Lanfeng International Hotel’s job listing that the salary was listed between 5 to 7k, meaning President Tang directly offered the highest value.

This is already equivalent to what her previous company’s financial manager was earning.

Looking at the surrounding environment, at Tang Song across, a surreal feeling washed over her, even making her wonder if she was dreaming.

Yet the sharp pain in her palm told her it was all real.

”Hmm, let’s leave it at that, goodbye.”

He hung up the call, and Tang Song patted Sun Youguang on the shoulder, jokingly saying, ”I remember your salary is 7k too, it’s nice for you two to be consistent, and when you get a promotion and raise, give Li Juan a raise too, spare you from losing face at home.”
