Charm point maxed out, inheriting game assets

Chapter 1104: Chapter 434: Tang Song’s Biological Assistant_3

Actually, what he truly feared was that Win-win Technology would fully take over the company’s technical services.

After all, it is a professional technology company, and its technical strength is far beyond his comparison.

If it really came to this, his so-called position as technical director would come to an end.

Shen Yuyan shook her head and sighed, ”The investment terms specify that they have this right. After all, the initial investment was attracted by the traffic and business complementarity, we simply cannot refuse.”

”This...” Wang Ning’s expression changed.

At this moment.

”Knock knock knock!” The urgent knocking on the door sounded.

Immediately, Qin Meixia pushed the door open and entered, her expression both anxious and angry.

”What’s wrong?” Shen Yuyan quickly stood up, a bad premonition surfacing in her heart.

Qin Meixia handed over a document to her, urgently saying, ”Our advertising marketing contract with Mortals Media was rejected by Wei Pingjun! This is what his secretary just gave me!”

Shen Yuyan quickly took the document, flipping through it, and seeing the note ”unreasonable costs” in the approval comments section, her face showed a hint of anger.

After the first 3 million yuan investment from Win-win Technology was received, both parties set up a jointly-managed account as agreed.

Large expenditures exceeding 400,000 yuan require the investor’s signature.

Initially, this was said to increase the security of account funds and prevent a single manager from misappropriating funds.

And their contract with Mortals Media, because of Guo Liuyuan’s connection, was at an absolute friendship price.

As an already established housekeeping company, advertising marketing is crucial.

Wang Ning said nervously, ”Our registered users and monthly active users are still not meeting the targets. If the promotion is not in place, then our VAM Agreement will be in jeopardy.”

Qin Meixia said worriedly, ”And the sales revenue, this month we need to achieve 2.6 million.”

Shen Yuyan took a deep breath, ”Don’t worry, I’ll talk to Wei Pingjun.”

With that, she picked up the landline on the table and dialed directly.

The phone rang for a long time before being answered.

Shen Yuyan tried to remain cordial, ”Chairman Wei, there is something I would like to discuss with you regarding our advertising marketing contract with Mortals Media. We have just opened four branches and our employees have completed initial training. This is the most critical moment...”

After patiently explaining the contract again, Wei Pingjun calmly said, ”I understand President Shen’s concern, but this is the opinion given by our post-investment management team.

Your marketing promotion proportion of total costs is relatively high, and the risk is too great.

This is the first time Youjie Housekeeping has collaborated with this company, so we hope you can be more cautious.”

”The other party is offering the lowest price, and there’s professional new media operations team support! Lowering the contract amount, we certainly wouldn’t get such favorable conditions!”

Both sides argued back and forth for a long time, but ultimately did not reach an agreement.

The call ended.

Shen Yuyan bit her lip hard and turned to say, ”Meixia! Contact Mortals’ sales contact and void this contract, then sign a 390,000 yuan agency contract.”

”Okay, I’ll handle it immediately!” Qin Meixia responded and jogged out of the office.

Wang Ning looked at the angrily fueled Shen Yuyan, muttering a few complaints about Wei Pingjun, and seeing no reaction from her, wisely took his leave.

Soon, she was left alone in the office.

Shen Yuyan paced to the window.

It was a clear day outside, but her mood was extremely low.

The previously signed VAM Agreement primarily focused on the third quarter (July to September) performance, including platform user numbers, monthly active users, and sales revenue.

Given the current situation, the probability of completion didn’t look high.

If the second round of investment funds isn’t secured, then this round of financing would essentially be a failure, and they’d face a cash flow crisis.

At that point, they could only let Win-win Technology take control, potentially losing control of the company itself.

Thinking about this, Shen Yuyan shivered violently, a fine layer of sweat forming on her forehead.

She really couldn’t afford to bear the consequences of failure.

After spacing out for a long time, Shen Yuyan’s gaze changed slightly.

Even if she didn’t want to face it, she was rational enough.

She knew that avoiding reality would be useless.

If things indeed came to this, how should she choose?

Shen Yuyan’s vision gradually blurred, Tang Song’s figure seemed to appear in front of her, calmly watching her.

Maybe giving up, is the only way to get closer to you.

...

a.m.

Rongliu Investment, Chief Assistant’s office.

”Knock knock knock——” A knock on the door sounded.

”Come in!”

The office door was gently pushed open, and Zhang Lili stepped in with a bright smile, ”Luna, I have some news about Chairman Jiang that you asked me to inquire about.”

Lin Muxue exclaimed softly, immediately standing up, ”What does it say? Can we contact that Chairman Jiang?”

The so-called Chairman Jiang is Jiang Yanbin, a director assigned by Rongliu Capital to Meigou International Import and Export Company, and a person from Xiang River.

Previously, Lin Muxue was just trying her luck, asking Zhang Lili to help find out.

After all, the local WOFE in Yan City had just been established, and her position as chief assistant was nominal; she couldn’t get in touch with Jiang Yanbin.

”I recently heard from Stella in the post-investment management department that Jiang Yanbin will be visiting Yan City this weekend, partly to report work to our boss in person, and partly to attend the International Clothing Exhibition in Yan Province as a representative of the organizers.” Zhang Lili smiled, ”I remember you mentioned this exhibition before, wanting to attend, right? Now it’s completely possible.”

Hearing this, a surge of excitement rose from the bottom of Lin Muxue’s feet.

Fortune favors those who seize the moment!

This turned out to be the perfect stage at the Yan Province International Clothing Exhibition!

No matter who comes, they will face the consequences!

After all, she is Tang Song’s personal assistant! And the only one!
