Chapter 382: Chapter 235 Xu Qing: Jing, what on earth are you doing! Chapter 382: Chapter 235 Xu Qing: Jing, what on earth are you doing! “What do you think? Want to give it some consideration?” Tang Song said calmly, looking at Xue.

“Gulp–” Lin Muxue swallowed her saliva, her tongue sweeping across her dry mouth, feeling ticklish.

She looked at Tang Song’s face, trying to maintain a normal tone as she said, “No need, for me, this is a great opportunity for practice. In fact, I’ve been feeling somewhat bored during this past half year at Rongxin Venture Capital. If I could work at Gathering Emotion Gold, not only would it be a change of environment, but I could also help my best friend. I’d be very happy.”

Next to her, Zhao Yaqian said, touched, “Thank you, Xue.”

The new task Tang Song had arranged for her far exceeded her personal capabilities.

Yet she really didn’t want to disappoint her boyfriend, and she longed to grow.

If Xue, her good sister, could assist her, she would be able to set her mind at ease.

“Don’t say that, Yaqian.” Lin Muxue reached out her hand, and across Tang Song, she grabbed the beautician’s hand, “Tang Song is giving me a better choice, and we get along so well.”

Since she was bending over, her body naturally pressed against Tang Song’s arm.

Watching this scene of sisterly affection, Tang Song’s face showed a slight discomfort.

While his right hand still rested on the beautician’s thigh, his left arm was enveloped by her fullness.

As a sincerely innocent boy, he couldn’t help feeling somewhat embarrassed.

[I’m not that kind of person!]

After some self-reflection, Tang Song’s hand moved slightly.

Lin Muxue’s body tensed, and a faint blush crept over her cheeks.

After a moment, she straightened her back again.

“Tang Song, what position do you think would suit me at Gathering Emotion Gold?” she asked, her watery eyes looking at Tang Song.

She raised her head and puffed out her chest, squeezing her legs together, trying to look more like a professional secretary.

After all, she had studied to be a flight attendant in college, and she had a natural advantage in this area, both in her appearance and demeanor.

At Rongxin Venture Capital, there was no shortage of young and beautiful women, among which some held low ranks but came from notable backgrounds.

For instance, the chairman’s assistant who dressed provocatively and received a friendly greeting from everyone she met.

This opportunity was once in a lifetime. Zhao Yaqian needed help, and Tang Song had invited her on his own initiative.

If she could manage to be Tang Song’s assistant, not only would she be able to make frequent contact with him, but she would also earn respect within the company.

And when it came to opening Mystery Boxes with her classmates, she could casually introduce herself as working for a foreign-funded financial company, as an executive assistant or secretary, which would be so prestigious.

She would definitely stand out as an exceptional and knowledgeable woman!

A win-win, perfect!

Looking at Xue, who was poised and intellectual before him, Tang Song couldn’t help but smile, saying, “I don’t have a great understanding of your work ability, so feel free to pitch yourself.”

Gathering Emotion Gold had a very complete organizational structure, including committees, trust management departments, investment departments, risk management departments, finance, affairs, human resources, and other divisions.

Of course, they were only a branch in Yan City.

“This is what I was thinking, Gathering Emotion Gold is after all a professional, complex financial institution. Being new, I have little influence. If I want to help Yaqian better, I need some boost in status,” Lin Muxue shifted in her seat, drawing closer to Tang Song.

Her tone was soft and hopeful as she continued, “My previous job mainly involved administrative and clerical work, so I definitely wouldn’t be good in the investment department. However, positions like a secretary or assistant are quite fitting.

You’re always so busy with work, I think I could act as your assistant, receiving some documents and materials for you on one hand, and on the other, serve Yaqian better.

Of course, I will also take the initiative to learn the relevant knowledge. In the future, if you want to understand the operations of trust funds, I can report to you.”

Her major in college was “Flight Attendant,” where she mainly studied service psychology, image design, demeanor etiquette, medical emergency first aid, and so on.

A technical or financial job would be challenging for her, Xue.

But if it was about serving people, she could definitely take care of Tang Song comfortably.

She would also be presentable in business discussions outside.

In fact, quite a few of her college classmates had taken this path.

Looking at Tang Song, who remained silent as if hesitating,

Lin Muxue’s heart raced, as she gently held Tang Song’s arm and said sincerely, “The main thing is I hope to bring something new into my life and challenge myself with new work. As for the salary, the minimum standard is fine.”

Although her expression didn’t fluctuate much, her heart was racing as if it might leap out of her throat.

This was the chance to change her life, even more crucial than the college entrance exam!

She had never been so nervous, nor had she ever wanted something so badly.

After watching Xue’s expressions and actions for a while, noting her increasingly eager eyes,

Tang Song felt the time was right and smilingly said, “Okay, that’s a good proposal. Assistant Lin, I hope you can start soon and work hard.”

He never hid his fondness for the appearance of this “Fake socialite,” as his initial interest in her was because she was beautiful and had a good figure.

Having her as a female assistant by his side would be pleasing to the eye and allow him to observe and control her better, enhancing his emotional intelligence.

Finally hearing a positive response, Lin Muxue blushed with a surge of excitement, “Don’t worry, I definitely won’t have any problems! Tomorrow I will resign from Rongxin Venture Capital, and the day after tomorrow, I can start. I will get down to work as soon as possible and familiarize myself with the company’s procedures.”
