New Age Of Summoners

Since Dralf was Darbaudr’s uncle, Ajax didn’t think much and decided to save him even before Darbaudr requested him.

Also, Ajax had another selfish reason when he thought of saving Dralf and it was gaining another strong barbarian as his follower.

From all the scars on Uncle Dralf’s body, Ajax could tell that Dralf was a strong barbarian who had participated in a lot of battles. What’s more, he even had a secret realm of his own.

So, he thought spending a few units of Sacred Astral energy was nothing compared to the benefits he would receive by gaining a strong barbarian like Dralf as his follower.

”Actually, I wanted to ask you about it after you finish the contest, young master. Will it not affect you with the contest?”

Darbaudr feared that if Ajax used his energy to save Uncle Dralf, it might affect Ajax’s performance in tomorrow’s contest. Soo, he decided to request his young master’s help after the contest.

However, what he didn’t know was the demons would be visiting them at the end of the contest. So, it was better for Uncle Dralf to regain his strength to fight against the demons.

”No. It is just a minor thing for me.”

With a slight smile on his face, Ajax tried to place his hand on Uncle Dralf’s head; however, Dralf hesitated a little and looked at his nephew Darbaudr, who promised him that everything was going to be alright.

”Okay.”

Nodding his head, Uncle Dralf allowed Ajax to place his hand on him.

’Inject’

Soon, Ajax started pouring the sacred astral energy at a slow place into Uncle Dralf’s body.

The pale barbarian face of Dralf started becoming normal and after a few more minutes, Dralf’s body looked quite strong while his eyes seemed to be flowing with endless vitality.

’Kacha’

All of a sudden, there is a small breaking sound from Dralf’s body and in the next second, a strong pressure is emitted by that body.

It didn’t stop right there as a maroon coloured soul came out of Dralf’s body.

’This is….a cultivator’s soul?’

It was Ajax’s not first time seeing a cultivator’s soul; however, it was definitely his first time seeing a barbarian’s cultivator soul.

Nevertheless, Ajax was shocked when he saw that just after healing Dralf’s soul and spirit consciousness, he became a king realm cultivator.

”Uncle Dralf broke through to the King realm. Now, we can take revenge on those bastards.”

Darbaudr was also equally shocked just like Ajax; however, in the next moment, he was excited because he could finally take revenge on someone whom he hated to the core.

The cultivator’s soul of Dralf didn’t stop growing as it continued to grow and only stopped after reaching 100 meters in height.

”So that’s what I was lacking to break into the King realm.”

All of a sudden, Dralf, who was closing his eyes until now, finally opened as he looked at Ajax in a new light.

”Thank you, human. I am eternally grateful to you for not only saving me but also helping with such special energy that destroyed the barrier which is stopping me from becoming a King realm cultivator.”

Dralf along with his 100-meter cultivator’s soul deeply bowed to Ajax and profusely thanked him.

”Haha. It’s good that you became a king realm cultivator.”

Ajax nodded his head with a light chuckle.

”If you need any help from me in the future, I will not think twice before completing it.”

Even though Ajax didn’t say anything, Dralf knew why Ajax would go out of his way to help a dying barbarian. So, he said those words from the bottom of his heart because he really meant it.

Not only would he live for another 1000 years but he became very strong to go against the tribe.

Generally, a low-level king realm barbarian is much stronger than a human in the same cultivation realm. So, as long as Dralf stabilized his cultivation, he could kill any low-level human king realm cultivator and might even stand a chance against the mid-level king realm human cultivators.

”I will not hold back when I really need your help.”

Ajax nodded his head with a slight smile on his face and thought, ’Hear comes another king realm cultivator that can help me when I really need.’

According to the stories he listened from Elder Boron, the main character would help a few cultivators with potential when they were at the lowest point of their lives and reap the benefits when they become powerful as they owe him.

If they didn’t help him back when the main character requested their help and by any chance they reject it, inner demons would be born in their hearts as they didn’t keep their promise.

’Inner demons are my assurance.’

This was the thought in Ajax’s head as he nodded his head Uncle Dralf.

”Congratulations, Uncle Dralf. Finally, we can pay a visit to that tribe to say ’hello’.”

As for Darbaudr, no one would be happier than him as he congratulated his Uncle.

”Yes. Finally, we can.”

Dralf nodded his head with great excitement.

’…’

At the side, Ajax was speechless at Uncle Dralf’s words and thought, ’Barbarians are barbarians. As long as they have enough strength, they would not think about anything else and directly rush into the fight.’

Until a few moments back, Uncle Dralf was asking Darbaudr to not do anything funny; however, now, he became just like Darbaudr who was adamant about taking revenge on some tribe or family.

’Anyway, let’s see how powerful the other tribe that Darbaudr and Dralf want to take their revenge.’

Ajax was curious to see the fight; however, he knew he had to participate in the contest.

”Okay then, Uncle Dralf. We will go now as the young master has to register his name to participate in the contest. After that, let’s go and pay a visit to that tribe.”

Darbaudr decided to help Ajax first and pay a visit to his enemy after that as the registration would be completed in a few minutes.
