New Age Of Summoners

’Huh?’

However, Ajax can’t use any of his skills or cultivation techniques in his spirit consciousness form. So all his options were locked and he shook his head.

’Swoosh’

However, all of a sudden, he noticed the battle-axe he created from the comprehension he gained from the earlier battle-axes was freely moving in the air as though it was not restricted or suppressed by a killing intent or bloodlust.

’Looks like I still have some hope left to finish the test,’

Just when Ajax was feeling a little down, he became excited and ordered his own transparent battle-axe, ”Come here.”

’Trrinng’

The battle-axe gave a metallic sound and rushed towards him with great excitement.

After reaching grade 2, the battle-axe was able to gain some consciousness and since it is created by Ajax, of course, it would be excited when the chance to help its master comes.

’You are a weapon, not a dog,’

Ajax shook his head when he saw how the battle-axe was behaving; however, he didn’t say anything to it and asked the battle-axe to hover in front of him.

Soon, the pressure on Ajax was lifted and his body became lighter.

’This is it,’

Without wasting any time, he started rushing towards the huge battle-axe fearing it might increase the pressure on him.

As for the huge battle-axe, it shook a little as though it was dissatisfied at something and released even more killing intent to suppress Ajax from moving any further.

However, there was no effect on Ajax as he continued to walk towards the huge battle-axe with an ear-to-ear smile on his face.

”You can’t do anything to my battle-axe because it was born from the same weapon dao as yours,”

Ajax reached the huge battle-axe and with a light touch, he informed it.

”Damn it...you cheat. I am going to revoke the test,”

All of a sudden, the huge battle-axe started changing its words and didn’t accept Ajax’s win.

’...’

Ajax was speechless at the huge battle-axe’s words because he didn’t know what to do.

He can’t use force to suppress the souls of the huge battle-axe. So, he stood there without doing anything.

”What did you say?”

At the same time, another voice resounded in Ajax’s spirit consciousness.

This sound was majestic and Ajax felt it was familiar; however, he was unable to remember where he had heard it.

’So, it is you,’

But it didn’t take much time for him to remember the owner of the voice.

It belongs to none other than his heavens destroyer spear.

Currently, the heavens destroyer spear was more than 10 meters long and it was shining with white light which was almost blinding Ajax’s eyes.

’When did it become this powerful?’

Ajax didn’t know how his spear became so powerful all of a sudden.

Even though he was not feeling any pressure, he knew that the spear’s powerful pressure was suppressing the huge battle-axe.

”Heavens destroyer spear? How did you end up here?”

When it heard the words of the heavens destroyer spear and felt the pressure from it, it shook a little before asking the spear.

”You dare to cheat with my master?”

The spear didn’t give any answers to the battle-axe; instead, it scoffed at the axe.

”No no no….I am sorry I didn’t know it was your master. Please forgive me. I will fulfill my promise,”

The huge battle-axe was so fearful after learning about the presence of the heavens destroyer spear and instantly decided to fulfill its promise.

’What the...’

Ajax was shocked when he saw how fearful the huge battle-axe was in the presence of his heavens destroyer spear; however, compared to the shocked he was excited and thought, ’How can heaven destroyer spear dominate the huge battle-spear when both of them were legend grade?’

This was the doubt in Ajax’s mind.

Usually when both the weapons are in the same grade, then there would be some difference; however, lower stage weapons would not be too fearful like how the huge battle-axe was currently doing.

”Along with the promise, I need you to form a contract with my master,”

The heavens destroyer spear’s majestic voice resounded in Ajax’s spirit consciousness.

’...’

Once again, Ajax was shocked by the heavens destroyer spear’s words and became speechless.

’It feels like the heavens destroyer spear is the master and I am a subordinate,’

Ajax bitterly smiled as he silently stood aside and allowed the heavens destroyer spear to do the talking.

”What?”

Hearing an additional condition, the huge battle axe became shocked and at the same time, it was a little hesitant before looking at Ajax.

According to it, Ajax didn’t do anything exceptional in its test. So, it became a little hesitant.

”You are still thinking?”

Once again the majestic voice resounded which made the huge battle-axe shiver a little before replying, ”I agree...I agree.”

”Good,”

The heavens destroyer spear waited until the contract between Ajax and the huge battle-axe was formed before its huge shining spear form returned to normal.

’What?’

Seeing that the heavens destroyer spear returned to a normal-looking spear, the huge battle-axe became disappointed and thought, ’I should have dragged a little more time. Maybe, then I could have escaped from forming the contract.’

Because it could guess that the heavens destroyer spear was only putting on an act and it could not maintain the powerful form for much longer.

’Let it be...my test is not meant to be cleared by anyone anyway. Since he was able to become the master of the heavens destroyer spear, maybe it’s not a bad choice for me to choose him as my master,’

Soon, the huge battle-axe consoled itself.

’Master, I used up all my energy and I will entering into a deep slumber for sometime,’

As for the heavens destroyer spear, its majestic voice now sounded too weak in Ajax’s head and it continued to say, ’You can’t use the heavens destroyer spear form until I wake up from my slumber.’

With each passing second, the heavens destroyer spear’s sound became weaker and finally, before Ajax could give any reply, the spear hovering beside him fell to the ground in his spirit consciousness.

”Take a good rest,”

Ajax caught it before it could fall to the ground and placed it at a corner.

”Master, can I integrate that battle-axe soul into me?”

After that, Ajax heard the huge battle-axe asked him.

”No”

Ajax instantly rejected it because even though it’s been less than a day since he formed it in his spirit consciousness, he became attached to it.

Moreover, it helped him clear the test for him which gained his respect.

”Okay,”

The hug battle-axe didn’t ask about it further and remained silent.

”So, help me reach the grade 3 weapon dao in the battle-axe,”

Since he had to reach grade 3 in battle-axe dao to complete the mission. He directly came to the point and asked the huge battle-axe.

”Th...that is….,”

When it heard Ajax’s words, the hoarse voice of the battle axe started stammering.

”Huh? What happened?”

Ajax frowned when he heard that stammering and felt that something was not right.

”Before I can help you, I need something else,”

The battle-axe took a deep breath and replied to Ajax.
