New Age Of Summoners

’Ding,

The host’s understanding of the cultivation technique ’Cloud Steps’ has reached high enough to evolve into a higher version of the movement technique.

’Ding,

It is successfully evolved into level 1 ’Lightning cloud steps’. Please open the technique in the user interface.

When he saw the two system notifications in front of him, Ajax was shocked to the core.

’How can a cultivation technique evolve?’

This was the only thought in his head because according to what he knew there was no record of anyone who evolved a cultivation technique.

Skills and Cultivation techniques were completely two different things. Skills can be evolved with some difficulty; however, cultivation techniques are different.

So, he was completely shocked and without wasting any time he checked the information on his new cultivation technique.

Since there were only a couple of minutes before the 24 hours time was completed, he decided to start checking everything that was upgraded so far.

’Ding,

Cultivation technique name:- Lightning cloud steps

     Grade:- Legend (Low)

Effects:- 1) Can teleport to anywhere within a 10 meters radius.

            2) Three times the peak speed of a cultivator for an hour.

Of course, the first one he would check was none other than the newly upgraded cultivation technique and after learning the effects of the technique, he started laughing but remembering he was under the watch of vagrant cultivators, he stopped laughing.

’This is a legend grade cultivation technique,’

It was his first legend grade technique. So, he could help but felt great excitement and wanted to test the technique; however, he thought he would do it at some other time.

Next, he started checking the effects.

’So, I could teleport now...what a great effect,’

Ajax calmed himself down as he unconsciously smiled from ear to ear.

’Huh?’

All of a sudden, Ajax thought of something and asked the system, ”Can I upgrade the level of the technique?”

Since the technique was only level 1, Ajax felt he could upgrade it to level 2 with the essence of nature.

’Ding,

     Yes.

To his question the system gave a reply; however, before he could smile, the next system notification made him bitterly shake his head.

’Ding,

There are three requirements to upgrade the level of the lightning cloud steps.

   1) Use the first effect 100 times

   2) Use the second effect 10 times

   3) 10000 units of the essence of nature.

There were no words left for Ajax to say to the system as he just shook his head and decided to complete the first two requirements before using the essence of nature to upgrade it.

”Everyone, it’s time to leave,”

Before he could check his two other skills, the guild master appeared in the distance with his contract spirit beast, Livid griffin.

”Yes, guild master,”

No one asked anything as they mounted the livid griffin and sat with a calm expression.

Maybe it was due to the environment, even though they got upgrades in their skills and techniques, they were able to remain calm.

’System, let’s get back to the business,’

As for Ajax, he also calmly sat on the back of the livid griffin and started checking his two newly upgraded skills.

’Ding,

Skill name:- Demon claw (Level 3)

     Element:- Dark, poison.

Effects:- 1) 100 percent ignore defence.

            2) 70 percent chance that the enemy will be poisoned as long as he gets a single scratch from the demon claw

Note:- only applicable to cultivators below elite general realm.

’Ding,

Skill name:- Shadow clone (level 3)

    Element:- Dark

Effect:- Summon a clone made up of shadow which has the battle prowess of around 70 percent of the cultivators.

Special effect:- The cultivators can grant any one of the skills or cultivation techniques which they learned.

Note:- After selecting a skill or cultivation technique, the host can’t change it back and the clone can permanently use it without any problem.

Clone’s skills:- Shadow absorb, Blood absorb, Empty.

Soon, the complete information about the two skills appeared in front of him.

There were not many changes to the demon claw but for the shadow clone skill, there was something that made Ajax quite excited.

’I can grant it one of my skills or cultivation techniques?’

It took him some time to calm down.

Also, after calming down, Ajax didn’t take much time before selecting which one he should grant to his shadow clone.

’System, grant the ’Mysterious spirit cultivation technique’ to my shadow clone,’

Ajax ordered the system as he waited for the system to take care of the things.

As for why he chose the mysterious spirit cultivation technique, it was to have huge spirit consciousness.

In the battle, as long as one had huge spirit consciousness, he would fight longer. Ajax already has many elemental spirits and spirit beasts to help him in fights; however, what he needed now was to have a battle companion that could fight for long hours.

’Ding,

Granting the ’Mysterious spirit cultivation technique’ to the host’s shadow clone.

’Ding,

    Assimilation completed.

’Ding,

From now on, the shadow clone also gets the benefits of level 3 mysterious spirit cultivation technique.

Soon, a series of system notifications rang in his head making Ajax quite shocked.

Because the process was much simpler than he thought and at the same time, the last system notification was too shocking for him to receive.

”Is something wrong, Ajax?”

Elder Ramon noticed that Ajax was shocked for some reason and asked him and for that, Ajax simply shook his head saying it was nothing.

’Level 3 cultvuation technique? So, it will get all the effects of that technique?’

Ajax unconsciously asked the system after coming out of his thoughts.

’Ding,

Yes. The shadow clone can increase his spirit consciousness by killing others just like the host.

Soon, the system gave him a reply making Ajax quite happy.

Until now, he thought, his shadow clone would slowly increase the level of the cultivation technique; however, he didn’t expect that he would directly learn the level 3 technique.

’Instead of getting one or two units of increment in the spirit consciousness capacity, it is better to get 10 percent of increment by killing the enemies,’

Ajax was continuously smiling from ear to ear.

”Everyone, for the next 24 hours, you will focus on increasing your cultivation,”

While Ajax was feeling happy, he heard the guild master’s words, who continued to speak, ”You will be entering the essence pool and absorb as much as possible essence to increase your cultivation.”

Since there is still time for them to reach the next secret realm, the eternal garden, the guild master wanted to explain something to the young cultivators.

The guild master had already planned everything and after cultivating in the essence pool for 24 hours, the special training will come to the last step.

The location of the last step of the special training was inside the guild master’s secret realm and according to his guess, it would take a maximum of two days.

’As long as they perform well in my secret realm, they would become mini-powerhouses in the Zrochester province.’

”Guild master, can I skip this step in the special training?”

All of a sudden, Ajax asked the guild master which made everyone around him shocked.
