New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1604 [Bonus ] Heavenly Thunderstrike Palm

[Lightning Fire Wyvern Transformation]

After leaving Ajax and others, Draco transformed into a huge wyvern that was covered in lightning sparks.

Compared to the Stormfire Wyverns that Ajax had seen before, Dracoʼs transformation looked quite powerful… especially the lightning sparks around him.

”I will try to kill it as soon as possible before coming to us, Ajax.”

After saying that, Draco selected the most powerful mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith and started fighting it.

”He is using his ultimate move already. It looks like we have to go back after taking care of this group of Darkfire Wraiths.”

It was their squadʼs ironclad rule that once Draco uses his ultimate move, they have to return to their world.

Fangorn could not help but shake his head bitterly and then he looked at Ajax and warned.

”I donʼt know why the leader believes you but donʼt die as it wonʼt do us any good.”

As soon as he said those words, Fangorn didnʼt waste any more time and rushed towards the second mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith.

[Cyclone Dive]

The wings behind Fangorn flapped heavily and created a huge cyclone as he dived into it.

ʼWhooshʼ

Soon, the huge cyclones moved towards the mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith to absorb it.

ʼScoffʼ

As for the two humanoid Wyvern brothers, they scoffed at Ajax but didnʼt forget to warn him to stay alive before using one of their powerful skills.

[Infernal Fury]

[Tempest Fury]

Fyreʼs humanoid wyvern body was completely covered in flames whereas Wyndʼs body was surrounded by many small-sized tornadoes.

ʼWhooshʼ

ʼSlashʼ

ʼPwooshʼ

ʼKachaʼ

The two humanoid brothers had good compatibility with one other as they worked together to kill the low-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraiths.

ʼThey are all good. They are confident in one anotherʼs skills and donʼt hesitate to voice their opinion regarding Dracoʼs plan. At the same time, Draco was also good with his planning and made others believe in him.ʼ

Ajax silently evaluated the teamʼs performance before fighting his opponent, the third mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith.

[Celestial Void Step]

ʼSwooshʼ

With a single step, Ajax had already arrived in front of his opponent. Of course, Ajax circulated the Divine Essence of Nature in his legs to activate the [Celestial Void Step].

To use the cultivation techniques, a cultivator needs to use his essence of nature and since Ajax no longer has the essence of nature, he could only use the Divine Essence of Nature.

As for the consumption for using the cultivation techniques, Ajax didnʼt know yet as his Divine Spirit Consciousness had completely transformed only yesterday.

ʼSwooshʼ

However, before he could attack, two low-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraiths jumped at him.

ʼI only wanted to fight the mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith but you seem in a hurry. So, I will send you on your way.ʼ

[Heavenly Thunderstrike Palm]

Circulating the Divine Essence of Nature according to the knowledge in his head, Ajax activated his Palm Cultivation Technique in both his hands before pushing those two low-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraiths with his palms.

ʼBoomʼI think you should take a look at

ʼBoomʼ

The moment Ajaxʼs palms touched the two low-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraiths, a rumbling sound resounded as the two spectral creatures blasted into nothingness before leaving their Darkfire Crystals.

ʼDing,

The host has killed two low-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraiths.

Even though Ajax didnʼt receive any benefits from the system for killing the Darkfire Wraiths, he had already expected it because the entire energy of these spectral creatures would be stored in the Darkfire Crystal after they were killed.

Hence, the system was unable to absorb the dissipating energy from the Darkfire Wraithʼs body.

ʼHoly….I thought the demi-god palm technique would be powerful; however, I never expected it to be so powerful that it could insta-kill the low-level Emperor Realm creatures just like that.ʼ

Ajax had a shocked look on his face because he had only spent 50 percent of the required Divine Essence OF Nature while executing the [Heavenly Thunderstrike Palm].

ʼDing,

0.5 units of Divine Essence of Nature is consumed.

ʼDing,

0.5 units of Divine Essence of Nature is consumed.

Combined, Ajax had only spent 1 unit of Divine Essence of Nature to kill the two low-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraiths.

When he was using the [Celestial Void Step], the system informed him that he consumed one unit of the Divine Essence of Nature.

Hence, Ajax decreased the energy required in using the Palm Technique; however, who would have thought that even when he used only 50 percent of the strength with his Palm Technique, it would blast the lowly Darkfire Wraiths like that?

ʼIt looks like I have to use even less energy when dealing with the low-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraiths and as for the mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith, I will use 50 percent of my strength.ʼ

After a moment of revelation on how powerful his demi-god cultivation techniques were, Ajax decided not to use his full power to save his Divine Essence of Nature.

At the same time, he didnʼt want to remove the pressure on Draco and others by making things easy for them.

ʼSwooshʼ

On the other hand, the mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith hurriedly distanced itself from Ajax before using one of its attacks.

[Darkfire Bomb]

A few pitch-black orbs that were covered in black flames were released from the mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraithʼs mouth.

ʼEven though I donʼt know what they are, I can say that they are not good.ʼ

[Celestial Void Step]

Ajax didnʼt let those black orbs touch him as he easily dodged with his movement technique and arrived behind the mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith.

ʼ[Heavenly Thunderstrike Palm], 10 percent power.ʼ

ʼBoomʼ

ʼSwooshʼ

ʼ[Heavenly Thunderstrike Palm], 10 percent power.ʼ

ʼBoomʼ

ʼSwooshʼ

Ajax believed that if he used 50 percent or above of his [Heavenly Thunderstrike Palmʼs] power, it would instantly kill the mid-level Emperor Realm Darkfire Wraith.

So, he toyed with it by only using his 10 percent power while observing Draco and others who were going all out in dealing with their opponents.

ʼScreechʼ

Suddenly, the Spectral Creature that Ajax was fighting screeched loudly before exploding into nothing leaving the Darkfire Crystal on the ground.

ʼHuh? It committed Suicide?ʼ
