New Age Of Summoners

1579 Divine Rule: Thunder

The reason why Ajax was able to sacrifice his skills, souls, law and bloodline was thanks to the system and whatʼs more, he sacrificed them to the [Blessed Refining Cultivation Technique] and not to the heavens.

Hence, Ajax was curious about how an emperor realm cultivator could do it as everyone didnʼt have a system like him.

ʼDing,

When a cultivator reaches the peak emperor realm, many things about the universe that he failed to see before would be unlocked.

ʼDing,

The answers to your questions are inside those secrets that would be revealed after a cultivator reaches the peak emperor realm.

The system didnʼt answer Ajaxʼs questions completely; instead, it gave him a hint and a method on how to get answers to his questions.

ʼI short, the system asked him to become a peak emperor realm cultivator to find out the answers to those questions on my own.ʼ

Ajax was not surprised by the systemʼs words as he had already gotten used to its way of talking.

ʼAnyway, letʼs check out my first Divine Rule and what its exact uses are.ʼ

The system explained how Divine Rules can be awakened and created a lot of excitement for Ajax.

Hence, without wasting any time, Ajax hurriedly checked out the information on his first Divine Rule.

Also, he was curious about how he could use the [Divine Rules].

ʼDing,

Divine Rule: Thunder (1 percent).

Effect: 1) Damage from the attacks related to thunder will be reduced by 1 percent and the cultivator will be completely immune to the first thunder or lightning attack.

2) The attack power of all the thunder/ lightning-type skills, laws, and souls will be increased by 1 percent.

Skills Unlocked: Lightning Manipulation (Demi-God Level).

Lightning Manipulation: The cultivator can summon and control bolts of lightning, directing them towards enemies or using them for various purposes. They can unleash lightning strikes that can electrify opponents, cause massive destruction, or even imbue weapons with electric energy.

Note: 1) All the skills unlocked under a Divine Rule will be at Demi-God-Level.

2) When the Divine Rule reaches 100 percent, all the unlocked skills will be upgraded to God Level.

More Information: The cultivator who possesses the Thunder Rule skill can tap into the primal forces of thunder and lightning. They have the ability to generate, manipulate, and control electricity and thunderstorms to their advantage.

Soon, the system projected a huge amount of information about his first Divine Rule in front of him.

While reading it, Ajaxʼs previous excitement about a Divine Rule disappeared; however, as he continued to read, he became more and more excited and in the end, he had a smile on his face.

ʼCurrently, the awakened percentage of the Divine Rule is only at 1 percent and thatʼs why the first two effects of the Divine Rule didnʼt seem very powerful.ʼ

With a slight smile on his face, Ajax analysed the Divine Rule as he continued, ʼHowever, if I can increase it to 100 percent, then what? Wonʼt it be very powerful?ʼ

ʼMoreover, there is already one Demi-God-Level skill unlocked under that Divine Rule and according to the system, more and more skills would be unlocked as the percentage of awakening for the Divine Rule increases.ʼ

Ajax came to the main thing that excited him about the Divine Rule, ʼIn the future when the percentage of awakening reaches 100 percent, then all the unlocked skills will become God-level skills.ʼ

Just to get two Demi-God-Level skills, Ajax had sacrificed a lot of skills and now, he would be getting more and more Demi-God-Level skills.

So, of course, he was excited about it and asked the system, ʼBy the way, how can I increase the percentage of awakening for the Divine Rules?ʼ

The main problem for Ajax was how to increase that so-called percentage of awakening.

ʼDing,

There are many ways to increase the percentage of awakening for the Divine Rules; however, it is the hostʼs duty to find those ways.

The systemʼs reply was just as cold as ever as it directly asked him to find out the ways on his own.

ʼSystem, you….ʼ

ʼDing,

However, the system will reveal one of the ways to increase the percent of awakening.

Before Ajax could say anything, the system sent another notification that made Ajax stop saying whatever he was planning to say and waited for the method to increase the percent of awakening for the Divine Rule.

ʼDing,

The host can use the Greater World Cores to increase the percentage of the awakening for the Divine Rules.

Soon, the system didnʼt keep Ajax in suspense for long before revealing one of the ways.

ʼWhat? I can use the Greater World Cores. Isnʼt it very costly?ʼ

For a moment, Ajax felt it was costly; however, upon realizing the benefits of the Divine Rules, he felt it was not as costly as he imagined.

ʼAs for whether it was costly or not, I can only come to a proper answer after I use a Greater World Core to see how much percentage of awakening the Divine Rule will be increased.ʼ

Even though Ajax felt it was not as costly as he imagined, he knew that he could only get the correct answer to that question when he used the Greater World Core.

Because the system did not answer exactly how much percentage of awakening would be increased in the Divine Rule by using the Greater World Cores.

ʼCurrently, I only have three smaller world cores and I still need to fulfil my contracts with the cultivators from the Traderʼs Realm. Hence, I canʼt use the World Cores on other things except for that.ʼ

Ajax had already accepted the gifts from those high-level emperor realm cultivators and it wonʼt be a good thing to go back on his word.

Moreover, even if he wanted to go back, the Traderʼs realm would punish him severely for not fulfilling the contract.

Hence, Ajax didnʼt have much choice other than fulfilling the contracts with the cultivators in the Traderʼs realm.

ʼLetʼs calculate exactly how many world cores I need for fulfilling the contracts in the Traderʼs realm.ʼ

With a thought, Ajax kept his thoughts about the Divine Rule away and started calculating the required world cores.

ʼOne smaller world core for the auction hall in the low-level traderʼs realm.ʼ

ʼTwo smaller world cores and a normal world core for the auction hall in the mid-level traderʼs realm.ʼ

ʼFive smaller world cores and three normal world cores for the auction hall in the high-level traderʼs realm.ʼ

First, Ajax calculated the world cores he had promised to send every month to the managers of the auction halls in the three levels of the Traderʼs realm.

For the auction halls alone, Ajax required a total of 8 smaller world cores and four normal world cores.

ʼOther than this, the one-time transaction with the five elemental human emperors in which I have already given one smaller world core and I still need to give four smaller world cores over the span of four months.ʼ

Ajax thought of the five human elemental emperors who exchanged their monthly entry to the floating Island with him for a smaller world core.

Even though he had a lot of time, he decided to just clear the debt between him and the elemental emperors and after that, he would casually enter the Floating Island for the next four months.

ʼAfter four months, if I want to enter the Floating Island again, I can just use a smaller world core and enter it.ʼ

Ajax was not worried too much about entering the Floating Island as he continued to think about his contracts with the powerful individual cultivation in the Traderʼs realm.

ʼNightmare Fiend, Jade Dragon, Blood Vampire, they were generous with their gifts and I already decided to surprise them with the Normal World Cores instead of the Smaller World Cores.ʼ

Ajax wanted to have a good relationship with the three bigshots and had planned to gift them with Normal World Cores because he believed that with the help of these three bigshots, Ajax could collect the required items like plant essence or the treasures that could revive Snow.

Hence, Ajax decided to give them the Normal World Core.

ʼAdding together, I need seven normal world cores and 12 smaller world cores.ʼ

Ajax wrapped up his calculations for the required world cores to settle everything in the Traderʼs realm.

ʼAs long as I put some effort into collecting the world cores it wonʼt take much time to collect them.ʼ

Ajax felt he could collect them in no time because there are still more than half of the Devourer Eagle Kings that were yet to use their ability to open the portals to the normal worlds.

ʼI should collect all the world cores from the worlds that the Devourer Eagle Kings could open their portals to.ʼ

After waiting for an hour, Ajax asked one of the Devourer Eagle Kings to open the portal to the nearest Normal World.

During the past hour, Twilight and a few other elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts went into destructive mode and killed all the demons in the world.

Currently, Ajax could extract the world core at any time he wanted; however, he was not in a hurry to do it.

The reason was simple, he wanted a base where he and his summons could rest while conquering and destroying all the normal worlds around this normal world.

Thatʼs why Ajax didnʼt destroy the world yet and asked one of the Devourer Eagle Kings to open the portal to one of the surrounding normal worlds around that world.
