New Age Of Summoners

1569 Ajax versus the Great Golden Demon Emperor (1)

Initially, the Great Golden Demon Emperor Dilgin thought to torture and kill the young man before taking his Divine Dragon to fulfil the prophecy from the Demonic God.

However, after learning about the young manʼs identity as the [Harbinger of the Destruction], Dilgin changed his thoughts on how to deal with the young man.

Dilgin was collecting the world cores for some reason and as long as he could turn the young man in front of him into his slave, he could not worry about the World Cores anymore and focus on fulfilling the prophecy with the Divine Dragon.

ʼThis young human is someone that could fulfil both my lifelong dreams. I have to keep him on my side.ʼ

Dilgin has never thought that his lifelong dreams needed the help of a young human to fulfil.

Once Ajax becomes the Great Golden Demon Emperorʼs slave, not only could he continue to retrieve the world cores from the worlds but the divine dragon would also become his slave.

ʼIf he doesnʼt choose the second option, I could only kill him as he is not allowed to grow any further to avoid any future troubles.ʼ

At the same time, Dilgin was only adamant about making Ajax as his slave because the young human in front of him was very dangerous and should not be allowed to leave.

Dilgin didnʼt become a Great Golden Demon Emperor in a single night. It took him more than five centuries and countless trials filled with life and death, to make him what he is today.

Hence, he knew very well what he should do with Ajax depending on the choice Ajax chose.

”By the way, I forgot to mention, there is no way for you to escape from this world as I have already sealed the entire space around this world.”

Since the young man with the Divine Dragon was known for having good escaping skills, Dilgin had already sealed the entire space around this world.

Thanks to that, the Greay Golden Demon Emperor was fully confident that he got the entire situation under control.

”Which option do you choose? First or Second?”

Dilgin asked Ajax once again as the 1000 Zeroth Order Demon Apostles were ready to attack Ajax if he chose the first option.

”If my cultivation was Emperor realm, I would have chosen the first option which was to fight you; however, I am still a king realm cultivator.”

Ajax didnʼt answer his choice directly as he continued to say, ”If I fight in my current situation, only death awaits me.”

”Haha…it looks like you got some brains.”

Even though Ajax didnʼt say that he would become his slave, the Great Golden Demon Emperor could tell that Ajax was already scared to fight him.

And the next outcome was nothing but Ajax becoming his slave…at least thatʼs what the Great Golden Demon Emperor thought in his mind.

”Since you have already decided to become my slave, close your eyes and let me leave my Demonic Mark on your spirit consciousness.”

In this world, no one would believe their enemies that wanted to become slaves and the only method was to let those enemiesʼ spirit consciousness imprint with their mark.

As long as the owner felt something suspicious about the slave, he could kill him with a single thought.

Whatʼs more, some powerful demons like Dilginʼs demonic marks have the power that could instantly kill their slaves if they have any evil thoughts towards them.

Hence, as long as Dilgin places his Demonic Mark on Ajax, he could rest assured and complete his lifelong dreams.

”Sure. Please leave your Demonic Mark on my spirit consciousness.”

Ajax didnʼt think much as he nodded his head and closed his eyes while giving permission for the Great Golden Demon Emperor to enter his body to leave his Demonic Mark.

ʼ....ʼ

Diglin was excited for a moment; however, for some reason, he had a bad feeling about Ajax.

Because from what he heard and saw, Ajax was not the type to easily give in.

ʼIf he gave in so easily, that only means he had some plan.ʼ

When this thought came to Dilginʼs mind, his hands unconsciously shivered.

Even though he was a Great Golden Demon Emperor, he feared Death so much because he was so close to completing his two lifelong dreams and he didnʼt want to die now.

”You over there…go and leave your Demonic Mark on his spirit consciousness.”

Hence, Dilgin ordered one of the Zeroth Order Demon Apostles to place the demonic mark instead.

ʼChe…it looks like he already figured that out.ʼ

Seeing that Dilgin sent someone else to place the Demonic Mark, Ajax cursed and shook his head.

Even though Ajax was only a peak king realm cultivator, his spirit consciousness was much stronger than most of the peak emperor realm cultivators.

Once Dilginʼs spirit consciousness enters his body, Ajax was confident in destroying or injuring it severely.

If a cultivator, whether it was a human cultivator or a demonic cultivator, injures his spirit consciousness, his main body would also receive injuries and become weak.

If the spirit consciousness is destroyed, then automatically the main would also die and it was the same with the injuries also.

However, since Dilgin was sending someone else, Ajaxʼs plan would work; however, instead of Dilglin, someone else would die which wonʼt help Ajax in the current situation.

Instead, it would only worsen the situation.

”Sorry, but I donʼt want to become a Slave to someone who is weaker than me.”

Nevertheless, Ajax didnʼt agree with Dilgin sending someone else and voiced out his opinion with a good reason.

”Is that so?”

Dilgin chuckled when he heard Ajaxʼs reply and thought, ʼIt looks like he really had some sort of plan when he chose the second option.ʼ

”Fine then, let him defeat you first and then you can let him imprint his Demonic Mark on your spirit consciousness. What do you say?”

Dilgin thought about it for a moment before suggesting a duel between Ajax and the Zeroth Order Demon Apostle selected by Dilgin.
