New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1095: Ancient Assassin sect

The 100 spirit beasts that Prophis summoned were none other than the battle beasts and once they started fighting, the assassin sect didnʼt stand a single chance.

All the disciples were getting killed.

All the elders were left alive because Ajax ordered them not to kill but they were not in a position to fight.

Some contracted spirit beasts started consuming the bodies.

As for the divine dragon, it didnʼt bother anyone and destroyed the buildings at a slow pace while enjoying the feeling of destruction.

Those who are unlucky to stay in those buildings, died along with the buildings and those who are lucky enough to jump out of the buildings, were killed and devoured by the battle beasts.

So, basically, there was no way the assassin sect of the Zrochester province was going to survive this.

Within an hour or so, there was nothing left for the divine dragon to destroy as he had already destroyed everything belonging to the assassin sect.

Except for six elders who were still alive, the entire assassin sect was destroyed.

”Twilight”

Soon, Ajax shouted at the divine dragon after taking a glance at the six severely injured sect elders.

”Master?”

Twilight hurriedly flew towards Ajax and landed beside him.

”What did I say? Do not destroy the main halls of the sect as we can take the valuables from it. But what did you do?”

Ajax was furious as he shouted at the divine dragon.

”What did I do?”

Only then the divine dragon looked around and found out there was not a single building standing.

Whatʼs more, even the herb garden of the assassin sect was destroyed.

”Sigh”

Looking at the innocent look in the eyes of the divine dragon which, of course, didnʼt suit the dragon, Ajax sighed.

”Let it be.”

Soon, Ajax shook his head as he looked at the severely injured sect elders and asked.

”So, who is going to answer my question?”

Since the divine dragon is always forgetful of things when it comes to destruction. So, he didnʼt think much about it.

”If you are going to kill us, then just do it. We are not going to say anything.”

”Thatʼs right! We will not answer a thing.”

”I am ready to die. Just kill me.”

All the sect elders didnʼt agree to answer any questions and were strongly opposed except for a single elder who witnessed the torture of the sect leader Gerg.

”I will answer as long as I know.”

Despite knowing the fact that Ajax would kill him, the eighth elder just wanted to escape the torture and he wanted a quick death.

”Good. Darbaudr, we have no use for them. Just make sure they die so easily.”

Ajax revealed an evil smile as he ordered his follower while looking at those elders.

”Damn you, traitor.”

”Arenʼt you ashamed?”

”You will rot in the depths of hell.”

The five elders started cursing the eighth elder before being taken away by the barbarian.

”We all rot in hell. So, whatʼs the point?”

The eighth elder shouted back at them as he looked at Ajax before saying, ”You can ask now.”

”I want to know about your backer. Say everything you know about it.”

Ajax felt funny with the cursing of the five elders that was taken away by the barbarian; however, he didnʼt laugh out loud because he had a serious thing to do. So, he asked the eighth elder to say everything he knew about the assassin sectʼs back.

”We are one of the two branches under the Ancient Assassin sect from the Xacaster sect.”

Soon, the eighth elder started answering as he continued, ”However when compared to the other branch in the Ylercester province, we are quite weak.”

”What about the mission from eight months back? The mission was to massacre the children from the Silver Orphanage. Is it sent by your main sect?”

Ajax nodded his head and asked about the massacre.

”Orphanage? Oh...right! It was not only the Silver Orphanage but the children of the entire Volar or Polar city had to be killed and donʼt ask me the reason because I donʼt know.”

Because Ajax could ask the reason for the massacre, the eighth elder had already said that he didnʼt know.

”So, who knows about it?”

Ajax frowned as he asked with a serious look on his face.

”One, you have to go the other branch of the assassin sect in the Ylercester province or you can directly go the Xacaster province.”

With a light chuckle, the eighth elder continued, ”However, even if you have so many elemental spirits and the contracted spirit beasts, you will be killed the moment you enter the Xacaster province...Haha.”

”Huh?”

Ajax frowned when he saw how the eighth elder was chuckling and asked, ”How powerful is your main sect?”

”Who knows? But there were many king realm cultivators. So, no matter how many different elemental spirits you have, you canʼt win.”

The eighth elderʼs voice became weak with each passing second; however, there was no fear in his eyes as though he already knew long back about his death.

”What about the other assassin sect in the Ylcerster province? You got that massacre mission from there, right?”

Ajax shook the eighth elder a little to wake him up and asked.

”All the missions we receive will be passed through that branch. So, you might find the reason in the sect. But, why waste your time on them? Just to and face the main sect in the Xacaster province….Haha”

The eighth elder didnʼt stop chuckling as he answered all the questions.

ʼDamn it...I have to find out why the massacre happened. How am I be connected to it? Is it because of the system?ʼ

ʼDo they know about the system already?ʼ

ʼIf they are really that powerful, why donʼt they directly come here and take it?ʼ

After his interrogation with the sect leader Gerg and the eighth elder, Ajaxʼs head had few more questions.

And whenever he remembered the sect leader Gergʼs words of ʼYou are the reason for the massacreʼ, he was feeling uncomfortable.

ʼI need to find out and I have to kill the true mastermind and erase all his subsidiary sects and the main sect.ʼ

Ajax clenched his fists as he swore to destroy everything related to the mastermind. Only then, he could have peace of mind; otherwise, his head will always have questions that would haunt him forever.

”Everyone, check for any valuables that are still intact. Mainly, look for the black-coloured status.”

After closing his eyes for a few moments to calm himself and remove the crazy thoughts from his head, Ajax ordered his elemental spirits to check for the valuables.

His main focus was on the assassin godʼs statutes and according to the system, as long as he collected 12 of them, something good will happen.

He already had three of those assassin god statues. So, he was sure there would be more in the sect. So, he asked them to be careful in checking the valuables.

ʼDing,

Congratulations to the host for successfully destroying the assassin sect and removing an evil sect from Zrochester province. A reward is being prepared for the host.

Suddenly, a system notification rang in his head, giving him a pleasant surprise.
