New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 1087: Emperor Kill...?

ʼHe...help me….master.ʼ

Stephen was feeling suffocated as he called his master while thinking in his head, ʼIt will be a humiliation for me to die by suffocation.ʼ

For him, prestige was everything and even if had to die, it should be in a proper battle while fighting against his opponent; however, the current way of dying would completely damage his reputation.

ʼI already said not to mess with him. If you die, this province will be a better place.ʼ

Soon, King Stephen heard his masterʼs voice in his head making him even more frustrated.

ʼPl...please master. Th..this old lizard is going to….kill me.ʼ

Nevertheless, he didnʼt stop begging his master for his help.

ʼIf you promise to control your greediness and anger, then I will help you. Because of those two qualities, you will be messing up my plan of conquering this entire world.ʼ

His master scoffed as he asked King Stephen to promise him something.

ʼI...I promise.ʼ

King Stephen didnʼt think much because each second he wasted the longer his suffering would be. So, he promised.

ʼIf you break the promise, I will find someone else and I will make him the Emperor of the province.ʼ

As soon as he finished his words, a golden coloured mist appeared out of King Stephenʼs body and materialised into an old man wearing golden robes.

”What? You are the Emperor Kill...”

”You speak a lot. Now, you can rest.”

Before the old man from the ʼHouse of dragonsʼ could finish his words, the golden robed old man scoffed at him before summoning a golden spear and pierced into his throat.

Supppringly, the golden spearʼs tip opened up like a mouth and swallowed the body before returning to its normal form.

ʼCough...cough.ʼ

As for King Stephen, he started coughing while gasping for breath.

”What was he saying? Emperor Kill?”

After adjusting his breath, King Stephen asked about the last words spoken by the old man from the ʼHouse of dragonsʼ.

”Itʼs nothing.”

As soon as he finished his words, the golden-robed old man disappeared from his place and entered King Stephenʼs head before saying, ʼYou will forget what he said, right?ʼ

Those words sounded cold and King Stephen knew if he said ʼNoʼ, he would be killed right now.

So, he nodded his head and said ʼYesʼ.

ʼGood. I have expended so much energy. I will be resting for the next few months. I hope you donʼt mess up the things.ʼ

Soon, he started giving orders to King Stephen regarding certain things.

ʼWhat should I do if the ʼHouse of dragonsʼ contacts me about them?ʼ

King Stephen didnʼt bother with the other things much as he asked what he had to do if someone from the ʼHouse of dragonsʼ contacted him.

ʼRegarding what?ʼ

Stephen master acted dumb as he asked Stephen.

ʼAbout this old man?ʼ

ʼWhich old man?ʼ

ʼ....ʼ

Hearing his masterʼs reply, King Stephen understood what he had to do and it was ʼHe had to do nothingʼ.

ʼIf someone asks me about it, I will tell them that they didnʼt contact me after giving them a perfect place to do their mission.ʼ

That was the thought in King Stephenʼs head to act like he didnʼt know anything and the ʼHouse of dragonsʼ would definitely think that something must have gone wrong during the mission.

ʼI wonder what made this old man become so weak.ʼ

Earlier, King Stephen was caught off guard and thatʼs the only reason he had to beg his master to help him.

ʼMy only pity is that the masterʼs weapon completely swallowed the old manʼs body; otherwise, all his possessionʼs would have become mine.ʼ

King Stephen shook his head as his greed was still out of control.

ʼI know you bastard is not going to change. The reason why I made his body disappear is that I know you will take his possessions because of your greed.ʼ

Just as King Stephen thought his master had entered into his slumber, he heard his masterʼs curses as he continued to hear, ʼIf you take a single artifact from him, the ʼHouse of dragonsʼ might have their own ways to find out about it. Once the ʼHouse of dragonsʼ declares away your province, at that time, even I canʼt help you.ʼ

ʼNow, I am going for real.ʼ

After finishing his words, his master stopped speaking and entered into his slumber.

ʼCheʼ

King Stephen became annoyed at his masterʼs words; however, he knew his master was being careful and he really canʼt blame him.

However, when he thought about all the possessions of the old man from the ʼHouse of Dragonsʼ, he could not help but think of a possibility that his master must have taken those items for himself.

ʼSighʼ

Nevertheless, he shook his head and went back to his room.

ʼI need to think of a powerful royal family among the three from the Ylercester province for Daphne. I hope one of the young princes from those three royal families lke her.ʼ

While going to his room, King Stephen thought about Daphneʼs marriage.

.....

In the starting territory of the inner section of the Cursed Wilderness.

ʼFinally, I am here.ʼ

Even though he ran for thousands of kilometers, Ajax didnʼt feel out of breath because of his unique cultivation.

”Master Ajax.”

All the guards on the patrol knew about Ajax as they saw him previously once. So, the moment the brown wyverns saw Ajax, they hurriedly greeted him.

”Hello there.”

With a slight smile, Ajax nodded his head as he entered the territory and without wasting any time, he directly entered the place where Darbaudr lives.

”Young master, you are here.”

As a space affinity cultivator, Darbaudr was very sensitive to the fluctuations and from a distance itself, he could tell Ajax was here. So, he hurriedly rushed to meet Ajax.

”What are you doing? Stand up?”

Darbaudr was giving him a knightʼs salute. So, he helped the barbarian stand up.

”How many battle beasts do we have here?”

They casually spoke for a few minutes before Ajax asked about the battle beasts.

”Follow me, young master. I will show you.”

With a mysterious smile on his ugly face, the barbarian king asked Ajax to follow him.

”So mysterious? Haha.”

Looking at the barbarianʼs actions which didnʼt suit him at all, Ajax laughed as he followed without asking anything.

Soon, he was taken to a place where it was completely filled with many rank 6 spirit beasts that emitted powerful auras.

ʼSo many.ʼ

Ajax already had a rough estimation of how many battle beasts would have been created until now; however, he was completely shocked to see nearly double what he had estimated.

”Master, this is the place. There are a total of 97 battle beasts and only three more needed to reach 100.”

Darbaudr replied with a slight smile on his face because he knew his young master would be surprised to see so many battle beasts once.

”What happened exactly? How could you have so many battle beasts?”

Suppressing his shock, Ajax looked at the battle beasts in front of him and asked Darbaudr about it.
