New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 597 - Summoning Scroll

Ajax carefully studied the halographic screen in front of him about his new mission and it didnʼt take much time to understand the systemʼs motive behind the newly generated system.

ʼSo, it wants me to increase the strength of my allies like Edmond, Udo, Lewis, and others,ʼ

Ajax felt funny regarding the new mission in which the reward section was empty.

ʼDing,

Mission name:- Build the strengths of the allies.

Mission details:- Help the trusted allies in increasing their strength.

Requirements:- 1) For the younger generation, it should be at least the General realm.

2) For Edmondʼs generation, it should be at least the Elite general realm.

Rewards:- ….

System Note:- There is definitely a reward for this mission.

Ajax once again looked at the mission details; however, there was no clear idea regarding the missions; however, one thing was sure, all he had to do was increase the strength of people around him.

ʼBut...ʼ

Even though he didnʼt mind increasing their strengths; however, he didnʼt want others to be involved in his revenge.

From this mission, Ajax could clearly see that the system was trying to involve Edmond and others in his revenge. So, he felt a little hesitant regarding this mission.

ʼIf something happens to them, I canʼt forgive myself,ʼ

Ajax didnʼt want someone to lose their life for his sake and if Edmond and others got involved in the fight against the assassin sect, then his chances of winning against the assassin sect would definitely increase to 100 percent; however, the losses would also increase along with it.

ʼI think itʼs better to act alone as I will be more comfortable when I act alone with my summons,ʼ

Ajax already had a rough plan on how to take down the assassin sect and it would only work if he acted alone. As for now, he decided to increase their strength but he didnʼt have any plans of taking Edmond and othersʼ help to fight against the assassin sect.

ʼAs for the rewards, they are the bonus,ʼ

Ajax didnʼt think much about the rewards for this mission as he didnʼt even think much about the mission itself because he had already thought about using his alchemy skills to increase their strengths.

”Anyway, I will have to wait until the recruitment-test from the ʼSix Vagrant cultivatorsʼ,” Ajax stopped thinking about the mission and the related things as he once again started checking his rewards from the battle tower.

ʼThere will be still two more rewards,ʼ

In the battle tower, Ajax had cleared a total of four halls including the special dream hall which was not within Ajaxʼs expectations; nevertheless, he got a reward in that hall too.

From each hall, he got a special reward excluding the Elegant walkerʼs hall. Where he got more than 2 special additional rewards, which he had an idea of those rewards except for one reward which he got from clearing the hall in the first attempt.

Since he had already seen two rewards, it leaves 2 more special rewards, he had yet to check. So, he asked the system to show the remaining two special rewards without wasting any more time.

ʼDing,

A one-time summoning scroll from the Elegant walkerʼs hall.

ʼDing,

A Special ʼDream-resistant pillʼ from the ʼSpecial Dream Hallʼ.

As soon as he said that, the system immediately revealed the two special rewards from the two halls.

”Good,”

Ajax nodded his head because this time the system revealed the two items at once making him see what the rewards from the battle tower were.

Soon, he focused on the item names and more information on them started appearing in front of him on the holographic screen.

ʼDing,

Item name:- A summoning scroll (One-time use)

Effect:- When used, it can summon an Elegant walker that signed on that scroll with peak elite walker general realm strength and follows the userʼs orders for five minutes before disappearing.

ʼDing,

Item name:- Dream-resistant pill (rank 4)

Effects:- 1) The spirit consciousness is increased by 1000 units of the spirit consciousness capacity.

2) Can increase the resistance against any dream and spirit-type attacks and any of those types of attacks below the general realm will not have any effect on the consumer.

”Holy heavens! The last items are wonderful,”

Ajax didnʼt have words to express how he was currently feeling after seeing the detailed information about the last two items and only said one word after taking some time.

ʼMaybe, the beautiful lady will come when I use the summoning scroll but I canʼt use it to take revenge on her because if I used this summoning scroll correctly, then it will change the tides of a fight,ʼ

After reading the effect of the summoning scroll, Ajax could guess who would come out of the summoning scroll. It was the beautiful lady from the hall who hated Ajax to her core.

At the same time, Ajax also had some anger on her; but he knew when to use the summoning scroll. So, he controlled his anger.

ʼPeak elite walker general realm is equivalent to the peak elite general realm which is considered as the powerhouse of the Zorchester province. So, I can start my plan now,ʼ

Ajax felt excited and he wanted to start his plan of taking down the assassin sect as soon as possible because now he had a very valuable trump card that could save his life if anything goes wrong with his plan.

ʼSighʼ

All of a sudden, he sighed to himself as he remembered something as he continued, ”There are few things I need to do in a couple of days. I can start it after those things are completed.”

In three more days, he had to attend the disciple-selection ceremony conducted by the ʼSix Vagrant Cultivatorsʼ and even more important thing that he had to meet Keshe in the middle section of the Cursed wilderness. So, he decided to start his plan of taking down the assassin sect after completing these two events.
