Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 2910: Chapter 2919: Adam Sinclair Arrives

He paused for a moment and continued, ”Miss Anderson insists that the child in her belly is Young Master Sinclair’s, and President Lawrence had a hard time dealing with it, so he had to call you.”

Renee Anderson had already completed the second examination. To ensure the results were fair, she specifically requested a new group of doctors.

But the examination results were still the same, Renee was indeed pregnant!

This was troublesome.

”Impossible!” Adam Sinclair, with a gloomy expression on his handsome face, denied it without thinking and, almost as if seeking confirmation, looked at Baron Lawrence sitting there, pursing his thin lips, ”Baron, is this true?”

Baron Lawrence rubbed his throbbing temples and stood up, ”Everything Assistant Terrence said is true. She suddenly came to me saying she was pregnant. I suspected she was lying so I didn’t notify you initially and brought her here for an examination. This hospital belongs to the Lawrence Family, no one can manipulate things here. I had someone supervise her throughout two pregnancy tests, the results were the same.”

Baron Lawrence tossed the examination report to him, ”See for yourself.”

”...” Adam Sinclair caught the report elegantly, opened it, and looked down at it.

I used two different medical teams for these two tests, even if the first team had someone from Renee’s side, the second one absolutely couldn’t have anyone connected to her!

Assistant Terrence was following that woman the whole time, she absolutely couldn’t have bribed the doctors right under his nose.

So the truth was clear — Renee was indeed pregnant.

Because this matter involved Adam Sinclair’s private affairs, aside from Renee and Assistant Terrence, there was no fourth person in this office.

He just ordered all the medical staff who helped with Renee’s pregnancy test today to keep silent!

He could keep the medical staff quiet but couldn’t silence that woman. Now she carried the ’Sinclair Family’s grandchild’ in her belly, he couldn’t do anything to her.

This belonged to Adam Sinclair’s family matters; how to deal with it depended on Adam himself.

Adam Sinclair quickly read through the examination reports, his face definitely not looking good, and tore the reports to pieces. His Peach Blossom Eyes slowly calmed down from the initial shock as he clenched his fists and insisted, ”Impossible. I shouldn’t have touched her that night, she couldn’t be pregnant.”

Whether he had touched Renee or not still awaited the results of the tests he had previously done.

Now Renee insisted she was pregnant; perhaps when his test results were out, they wouldn’t be enough, and more evidence would be needed.

Renee opened her eyes wide in disbelief, seemingly wounded, hugged her belly tightly, and said with pursed lips, ”Adam, what do you mean? Are you saying the child in my belly isn’t yours?”

”Only you would know!” Adam Sinclair’s demeanor was decisive.

His first reaction, like Baron’s, was to think she was faking the pregnancy; now the test results were out, she was indeed pregnant. His second reaction was that there was a problem with the child in her belly.

Renee’s beautiful face showed an expression of humiliation as she firmly said, ”The child in my belly is yours. I haven’t been with anyone else besides you! If you don’t believe me, you can do a DNA test!”

Adam Sinclair was even more composed and calm than she imagined, slowly walking to her, his handsome face showing no warmth, ”You think I don’t know that DNA tests can only be done after the child is born?”

He absolutely wouldn’t let her use this unknown child’s identity to make trouble and hurt Olivia Lewis!
