Lingering Doting Marriage: Big Boss, Little Sweet Heart

Chapter 1820: Chapter 1810: Always Have Someone Follow Her

A man looking like a secretary came in, placed his hands in front of him, bowed respectfully, and reported, ”President Sinclair, the public relations department has taken over the emergency PR for Ms. Lewis. We’ve already contacted the mainstream media. They won’t intentionally track and report on Ms. Lewis’s statement. On the public opinion front, we’ve held an emergency meeting and settled on a plan to guide the public opinion towards Ms. Lewis’s genuine personality. However...”

”Speak!”

He paused, then forced himself to continue, ”But the stir caused by Ms. Lewis this time is too large, I’m afraid it’s not so easy to guide the public opinion. Even if things can be suppressed, it will likely still impact Ms. Lewis’s career to some degree.”

Publicly admitting to having a boyfriend, cooperating with the company to deceive the public for hype, and after the hype, having to ’be forced’ to reveal the truth because of a jealous boyfriend, unilaterally breaking off the cooperation and issuing a statement.

Once Olivia Lewis’s statement came out, to say nothing else, August Oliver’s fans were the first to object.

Twitter was filled with curses.

Now Olivia Lewis’s public goodwill can be said to have hit rock bottom, and no public relations can save it. All we can do is salvage what we can.𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮

”President Sinclair, we will try our best to guide the public opinion towards Ms. Lewis. But in the short term, it’s not suitable for Ms. Lewis to be too high-profile. We might need to wait for one or two good works to come out, marketing through works might be the only way.”

After speaking, he buried his head and dared not say more.

Adam Sinclair was silent for a long time before he said, ”I understand. First, try to salvage the situation, and handle it with the media where PR is possible. If it can’t be managed with PR, directly acquire them! I don’t care what’s being said online; mainstream media must keep their mouths shut!”

Online trends are just of three-minute attention spans. With new news, people’s focus will naturally divert.

His lips thinned, ”Also, arrange for it, use the paparazzi’s marketing account to timely leak some new news to divert the heat.”

He looked sharply at the people from the public relations department, saying, ”Remember! I want you to reduce the impact to the minimum at all costs! Do you understand what I mean by at all costs?”

The man quickly comprehended; President Sinclair’s words meant that the interests of all the artists under them could be sacrificed. As long as Ms. Lewis could be protected, it didn’t matter if others were sacrificed. His heart tightened, and he pondered what explosive material could be used to divert public attention while quickly responding, ”I understand, President Sinclair.”

”Also, spread the word, no need to blacklist August Oliver anymore. Let that advertiser go and talk to his manager again, just say I said it, they can continue to cooperate.”

That person didn’t understand why he suddenly decided not to blacklist August Oliver, but dared not ask, ”Yes, President Sinclair.”

”How is she?” After giving instructions, Adam Sinclair supported his head, rubbed his temples, and suddenly asked.

”Is President Sinclair asking about Ms. Lewis?” The man perceptively replied, ”Ms. Lewis sat at the bus stop outside the company for a while and then took a taxi back to the hotel. Our people are still following Ms. Lewis.”

Adam Sinclair replied with a low voice, ”Have them follow her well, and contact me immediately if there’s anything!”

”Understood.”

”You can go out now.”

”Yes.”

After that person left.

He leaned back on the swivel chair in silence for a while. The quieter it got, the more the image of that woman with reddened eyes kept floating before his eye, and his heart tightened more and more, as if it was being grasped by an invisible giant hand, nearly making it impossible to breathe...
