“So, you’re the one controlling the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil?” The True Spirit of the Imperial Artifact, who looked like a child, naive and innocent, voiced his amusement.

However, if took a closer look at him, a hint of surprise could be discerned in his gaze.

Manipulating the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil without him getting unnoticed, and that too right under his nose, was not something just anyone could achieve.

Moments later, as if struck by realization, the childlike figure’s expression shifted to one of understanding. “Ah, I see… You’ve gained the ability to command all trees by awakening the power of the Progenitor of Trees after ascending to such heights in the Hierarchy of Life from Tier-1.”

After realizing dawned upon him, the True Spirit’s gaze toward Yu Zi Yu grew even more vibrant with admiration. He was truly taken aback by the existence of someone as talented as Yu Zi Yu in this world. If this were a world where Spiritual Energy had flourished for thousands or even tens of thousands of years, the emergence of such a prodigy would not be surprising.

However, it had only been a few decades since the resurgence of Spiritual Energy, and yet, in this brief span, a Sixth Order Tier-6 Overlord had already been born.

The True Spirit’s expression grew increasingly peculiar.

[Incredible!] As the True Spirit marveled to himself, he noticed Yu Zi Yu’s youthful figure slowly approaching.

With a gentle smile, Yu Zi Yu responded, “I merely awakened another aspect of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

And now, with good and evil united, he has become the true Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.”

As Yu Zi Yu’s words fell, a vortex of Spiritual Energy began to gather above the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

*Boooom, boooom…* Amid the increasing loud and dense rumbles, thunderclouds rolled in, engulfing more than half the sky.

This was the Heavenly Tribulation of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

However, it was not the Tribulation of advancing to Tier-6. Rather, it was the Bloodline Tribulation caused by the awakening of the Bloodline that had been dormant within his body.

Before this, the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil could only be classified as a ‘Spirit Tree.’ However, after this Tribulation, he would transform into a true Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

In terms of both power and mystique, he would surpass his past self by leaps and bounds.

It should be noted that the Spirit Trees were categorized into different levels: Ordinary Trees, Spirit Trees, Divine Trees, and Primordial Divine Trees that stood above the clouds.

Each level signified a qualitative leap in the Hierarchy of Life.

Previously, the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil could only be called a Top-Grade Spirit Tree. However, now, with his Bloodline awakened, if he survived the Tribulation, he would become a Divine Tree. Though only a Low-Grade Divine Tree, he would still be remarkable.

As for Yu Zi Yu’s True Form, the Immortal Tree…

At this thought, a faint smile tugged at the corner of Yu Zi Yu’s lips, revealing a touch of pride.

Having reached Sixth Order of Tier-6, his Hierarchy of Life had undergone significant improvements. After six metamorphoses, he could already be called an Upper-Grade Divine Tree, just a step away from becoming a Top-Grade Divine Tree.

{Ashish: FYI, general grade ranking is Low < Intermediate < Upper < Top.}

When he reached Tier-6, Seventh Order, and ultimately proved his Dao to become a Hegemon, Yu Zi Yu would ascend to the legendary ranks of the Primordial Divine Tree.

A Primordial Divine Tree was nothing short of peerless treasure, one that not even Half-Step Hegemons would vie for, but even Eternals would be eager to get their hands on it.

Take, for instance, the renowned Primordial Bodhi Tree or the Primordial Phoenix Tree, each was renowned across the universe.

Rumor had it that obtaining just one Primordial Divine Tree might provide a chance to achieve Eternity.

Although the chances were minuscule, for countless beings who could not even touch the threshold of the Realm of Hegemony, this represented an alternative path to enlightenment.

…

At this moment, while the vortex of Spiritual Energy above the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil continued to swirl, and the Tribulation clouds loomed in the sky, the True Spirit of the Imperial Artifact couldn’t help but curl his lips. Then, he leaped down from the swing and landed on the island. With him present in the vicinity of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, the Tribulation clouds dared not descend.

After all, such an entity commanded respect even from the Heavens and Earth.

This was the might of an Imperial Artifact.

It could be said that these beings were among the most ‘noble’ in existence under the Heavens.

“Enough…” Clapping his hands softly, the True Spirit of the Imperial Artifact wasted no time. He swiftly locked his gaze on Yu Zi Yu, as well as Avril and the others, and asked in a deep tone, “Speak… What is it that brought you to seek me out?”

The fact that they sneaked into the Garden of Eden, and headed straight to where he resided as soon as they entered the Small World, it was evident that Yu Zi Yu’s goal was him, the True Spirit.

In fact, he had already guessed Yu Zi Yu’s intentions.

“Another one who covets the power of the Imperial Artifact, huh…” Sighing in his head, the True Spirit of the Imperial Artifact remained unfazed.

The strength of an Imperial Artifact was well-known to all.

Naturally, countless beings yearned for it. Be that as it may, gaining his approval was another matter entirely.

More importantly, to this day, he had never once acknowledged an outsider.

As the True Spirit’s voice echoed, Yu Zi Yu took a deep breath.

*Hooooo…* Suppressing the tension in his heart, Yu Zi Yu lifted his gaze, locking eyes with the figure before him—a childlike being with six radiant wings, exuding an overwhelming sacred aura.

Golden hair cascaded down his back, shimmering like liquid sunlight, while the six wings behind him radiated an unmistakable presence of grace and divinity.

Upon closer inspection, ten additional ethereal wings flickered faintly near the primary six. The six tangible wings were his main wings, while the more illusory ones were auxiliary wings.

However, due to being damaged, the Imperial Artifact had yet to fully condense all ten auxiliary wings.

“This time, I’ve come to invite you, esteemed Imperial Artifact, for a change of scenery,” Yu Zi Yu said with a faint smile, his voice gentle and tactful.

Before the True Spirit could respond, Yu Zi Yu raised his right hand.

*Boooooom, boooooom…* Suddenly, energy surged as two streams of profound Black and White Energies appeared in his palm.

“This is Primordial Yin and Yang Energies, a small token of my respect for the esteemed Imperial Artifact…”

“Primordial Yin and Yang Energies… a small token?” The corners of the True Spirit’s eyes twitched, while expression changed slightly.

This Yin and Yang Energies was a true treasure, extremely valuable even to beings like it.

Long-term nourishment with Yin and Yang Energies would significantly accelerate the restoration of his physical form.

And now, such a treasure was being offered as a mere token?

However, before the True Spirit could fully process its astonishment, Yu Zi Yu waved his hand again.

*Boom…* With a roar, ripples spread in space, as it rippled like a calm lake.

In the next moment, under the somewhat dumbfounded gaze of the True Spirit, a pile of blood-stained, faintly glowing metal emerged.

“Phoenix-Blood Purple Gold…” Taken aback, the True Spirit’s pupils contracted.

Phoenix-Blood Purple Gold was one of the nine Divine Metals of the Universe. It possessed self-repairing properties and was an extraordinarily powerful indestructible material.

Such Divine Metal was also highly beneficial for his recovery.

At this moment, two treasures, both capable of significantly accelerating his restoration, had appeared right before the True Spirit’s eyes.

“Uh…” His expression froze, his gaze kept shifting back and forth between the Yin and Yang Energies and the Phoenix-Blood Purple Gold.
