In a short while, watching Wang Hao stagger away with a desolate back, Ling Er restrained the smile on her face.

A top-tier Human prodigy, carrying an unknown weapon and even an inheritance, was not good news for Misty Mountains.

Fortunately, he was already crippled for the most part.

Even if he used Spirit Treasures to heal his injuries, it would be difficult for him to regain his damaged foundation.

In other words, China had lost a top Human prodigy.

Unfortunately, there were too many people, making it inconvenient for Ling Er to make a move on him.

Of course, this did not mean Wang Hao was safe.

As if thinking of something, a sly smile appeared on Ling Er’s lips, revealing a hint of chilling intent.

“I hope Kerry can put up a fight,” Ling Er said in her mind, a playful look appeared on her face, looking in the direction Wang Hao had left.

While the Vampire, Kerrym had just become a Tier-2 Transcendent, with his strange Innate Talent, when in collaboration with the Otherkins, hunting a half-crippled should not be difficult.

This was the reason why Ling Er supported Otherkins, a newly emerging race that was neither accepted by the Mutant Beast nor by Humans.

Real Humans were not trustworthy. After all, if there were some unsavory tasks that should not be brought to light, Ling Er’s risks of exposure would increase exponentially if Humans were sent to do them.

Whereas this new race, Otherkin, despised by Humans themselves, were different. If she used them well, they could be great pawns. And when necessary, they could also be treated as expendable pawns.

…

Meanwhile, in a remote mountainous area, where towering trees reached the sky, blocking out the sun, and even the bright moonlight struggled to penetrate through it…

Each tree was like a giant umbrella, with branches and leaves stacked layer upon layer, only allowing scattered moonlight to filter through.

However, this faint moonlight not only did not illuminate the deep mountains, but instead made the forest even more gloomy and terrifying.

Every now and then, a gust of cold night wind would blow, causing goosebumps to rise uncontrollably.

Right at this moment…

With a swoosh, a terrifying several meters tall figure, with the head of a Bull and the body of a Human, like a devil straight from Hell, shot over from a distance.

*Bang…* Bull Demon kicked the ground once again and shot into the sky like a bird, as if he was unaffected by gravity, flying straight towards the dense forest.

This was the unconventional use of the Gravity Field by Bull Demon, resisting the Earth’s gravity and making himself as light as a Swallow.

It was precisely, because of this, no one had been able to catch Bull Demon even after such a long time.

However, the noteworthy thing here was that it was only possible because it was Bull Demon. Had it been any other Mutant Beast or even Human prodigy, they would not have been able to last such a prolonged chase.

If one looked at the pursuers behind him, he or she would see that both Humans and Titanoboa’s breathing were ragged.

As for Bull Demon, apart from a slightly flushed face, everything else was usual.

This was Bull Demon, capable of lasting a long-distance pursuit thanks to his enduring strength.

In terms of endurance, Bull Demon was confident that he would not lose to any Mutant Beast.

Be that as it may, Bull Demon was not completely satisfied with this.

As one of the nine Great Beasts recognized by the Divine Tree, he could easily defeat each of the pursuers behind him.

Even if it was top Human prodigy, Zhao Jiao, after having become aware of his weakness, Bull Demon could suppress and ruthlessly smash him.

Moreover, Bull Demon did not mind taking on two or even three opponents alone.

Except, there were not just three Tier-2 Transcendents behind Bull Demon anymore…

The number of Tier-2 Transcendents had reached a whopping eight or nine, approaching double digits! Furthermore, there were also as many as forty to fifty Tier-1 Transcendents, whom Bull Demon could easily slap to death with a single move…

[Well… Not to mention me, even if Elder Sister was here, she might have to run. Only Old Ninth might be able to take on this crowd. After all, Old Ninth got a thick skin. These Tier-1 Transcendents would not be able to break through his defenses. As for Tier-2 Transcendents, aside from a few attacks that need attention, he could selectively ignore the majority of the attacks.] Thinking this, Bull Demon could not help but envy Brewmaster’s Innate Talent.

“Haaaa, if only I had tough skin and thick flesh like Old Ninth, I wouldn’t need to run…” While Bull Demon muttered in a helpless voice, he felt his heart suddenly tightened.

He subconsciously tilted his head…

The next moment, with a swoosh, a golden arrow brushed past his ear.

Moments later, with a deafening boom, rocks shattered into pieces before a tens of meters deep crater appeared not far away from Bull Demon.

“Hmph!” A cold snort, as if filled with suppressed anger, echoed in the forest.

“You got quite a quick reaction!” Saying so, No.9 of the Dragon Guards raised the golden longbow in his hand.

“Damn… if you were alone, your life would have been in my hands,” Bull Demon turned his head and shouted at the top of his voice, feeling aggrieved.

Normally, the Nine Great Beasts worked together to suppress external enemies. He had never thought that there would come a day when he would be chased by a bunch of people.

Thinking this, Bull Demon could not help but reminisce about his Brothers and Sisters.

[Not to mention Old Ninth, even if Elder Sister, Nine Tails was here, with the two of us working together, we would not be in such a sorry state.]

After all, his ability – Gravity Field was no joke. At full power, the terrifying gravity could easily suppress all the Tier-1 Transcendents.

As for Tier-2 Transcendents, with Nine Tails strength, and his help, they could have easily taken care of them.

Unfortunately, he was all alone.

If he activated the Gravity Field at full power, the Tier-2 Transcendents would not let this opportunity pass, and presumably, he would be hit by the first fatal blow. At that point, it would be a miracle if Bull Demon could withstand it.

[As Divine Tree always said, two fists can’t match four hands. No wonder Divine Tree often exhorted us to move together. Today, I, myself, am partly to blame for the trouble I’m in.]

*Haaaa…* Bull Demon heaved a long, deep breath, helpless.

The next moment, he kicked the ground and shot towards the direction of Misty Mountains at even faster speed.

[Faster… I need to be even Faster. As long as I’m back at Misty Mountains, with our combat power, it should be enough to deal with these pursuers.] Thinking of this, a cruel and ruthless gleam flashed in Bull Demon’s eyes.

[Once I’m back in Misty Mountains, it wouldn’t be these Humans and Mutant Beasts chasing me, instead, it would be me, Bull Demon, who would butcher them.]

However, just at that moment, an anxious voice suddenly rang in Bull Demon’s mind, “Be careful!”

Hearing the Spirit Flower’s voice, Bull Demon instinctively raised his guards.

However, just a moment later…

*Nay, nay…* Accompanied by shrill neighs, a green storm struck Bull Demon in the blink of an eye.

A thunderous crash reverberated through the forest as even someone as powerful as Bull Demon was sent flying the green storm.

*Boom, boom, boom…” One crash after another, Bull Demon smashed through the trees and flew into the distance like a kite with a broken string.
