*Boom, boom, boom…*  The earth shook as two thick roots emerged from the ground.

After a moment, these two roots landed not far from the Panda and Qing Gang.

“Come up. As for the name, I’ll think of a name for you later,” stated Yu Zi Yu as his root shook a little, gesturing to get on.

Carrying the passengers on his root was quite an efficient method. At least, Yu Zi Yu had already planned to carry people on roots to receive very esteemed guests.

However, Qing Gang, looked at the two nearby roots, and decisively shook his head.

“Thank you Lord Divine Tree, but I’ll walk by myself.”

Saying so, Qing Gang glanced at the hesitant Panda and quickly added, “Since it’s Lord Divine Tree’s invitation, you should take it. Trust me, you’ll experience something really different.”

“Experience something different?” The Panda was slightly stunned, and a little intrigued as well.

But at this moment, another root emerged from the ground.

The very next moment, it shot out from beneath his feet.

“Let’s go.” Yu Zi Yu let out a hearty laughter before his consciousness returned to the heart of North Canyon.

Meanwhile…

In the distance, the Panda was tightly holding onto the root.

Howling winds ruffled his fur, while the ever-changing scenery receded into the distance.

This root was carrying him toward North Canyon at a very astonishing speed.

What left the Panda even more dumbfounded was that, while maintaining such high speed, the root was gradually ascending.

Before long, it disappeared into the clouds.

The entire sight looked like a swordsman flying on the sword.

“This is so thrilling…” The Panda gulped hard as he gazed down at the forest shrouded in mist below, a surge of excitement surging within him.

He could not help but admit that this was indeed a different experience.

Now, through the clouds, looking at the excited Panda in the night sky, Yu Zi Yu could not help but secretly praise in his heart, chuckling, [This guy is not bad.]

Saying so, Yu Zi Yu’s gaze shifted to the root carrying the Panda.

[If hundreds or thousands of roots soared into the night sky carrying Mutant Beasts, that would be quite a spectacular sight.

It would look like hundreds and thousands of Sword Immortals flying through the clouds.]

Except, the spectacle Yu Zi Yu was picturing would be far more terrifying.

After all, the countless roots rising from the ground would resemble a waterfall, one that was continuously ascending higher and higher, and getting faster and faster.

[It would not only be spectacular but will also terrify most of our enemies, I assume.] With these strange thoughts, Yu Zi Yu shifted his gaze toward the nearby Ling Er who was still trying to tame the Giant Black Eagle.

“Ling Er, we are having a guest, prepare to receive him.”

“Guest?” Ling Er was slightly surprised, but without a single moment of delay, she turned around and headed straight for Yu Zi Yu’s main body.

Although she had not hosted guests in North Canyon before, having spent many years in the Human world, she still understood the basic etiquettes. As such, she had already picked some Spirit Flowers and Spirit Fruits, and even fetched a bowl of water from the Spirit Pond.

At this moment, witnessing Ling Er’s preparations, Yu Zi Yu felt it necessary to remind her that the guest liked to eat bamboo.

However, after giving it another thought, he decided against it.

While Misty Mountains was vast, there were no bamboo groves.

Another day, he could consider planting a bamboo forest for the Panda, and not just any bamboo, but high-quality Spirit Bamboo.

After all, a Tier-2 Transcendent was joining them.

Just the thought of it made Yu Zi Yu filled with anticipation.

…

Not long after, within the stunned gazes of various Mutant Beasts, a towering root split the clouds, heading straight for North Canyon.

“Wait a minute, is that someone on it?” Exclaiming, White Tiger leaped to a high vantage point.

After a moment, a stout and chubby Panda entered his sight.

“Hmm!?” White Tiger was filled with doubt, unable to immediately identify the species.

“That’s a Panda, the national animal of China. It’s famous for its cuteness,” explained Thorns, which she rarely did, as she slowly emerged from the depths of the forest.

Except, a strange expression involuntarily took over her face.

[How can a Panda appear here!?] It should be noted that while there were many Pandas, having a population in four digits, they had always been under China’s strict control. Especially after the resurgence of Spiritual Energy, Pandas had become a top-secret matter for China and were not known to outsiders.

And it was reasonable too. After all, it was impossible for China to release a Mutant Beast such as Panda, which looked very adorable but was actually a formidable beast, into the wild.

More importantly, this Panda looked terrifying.

——

Meanwhile, high above the clouds…

“Is this North Canyon that Big Guy was talking about?”

“Mhmm.”

Yu Zi Yu slightly nodded, and before he could speak, the Panda pursed his lips into a wide grin before laughing uproariously, saying, “Then I’ll go down first.”

Saying so, his body contracted as he turned into a round and plump ball.

The next moment, the Panda fell toward North Canyon like a shooting star.

However, flames started flickering around his body as if his body was rubbing against the air.

And as he descended further and further, the flames on his body grew more and more intense. In the blink of an eye, his entire body transformed into a hot ball of fire.

“Look at me, Great Fireball!” With a hearty laugh, his Spiritual Energy started surging.

Under the stunned gazes of various Mutant Beasts, the sky was engulfed in flames. And amidst this swathe of flames was a fireball akin to a sun, but much more terrible.

*Rumble…* In just a moment, the fireball had expanded to half the size of North Canyon itself, and along with it, the temperature of the canyon soared rapidly.

However, at this moment, a cry suddenly came from the sky.

“Hey hey, I can’t control it! Run quickly…”

The Panda’s voice carried a hint of nervousness. There was also a baffled look on his face.

Who could explain to him why his body temperature was rising as he descended at high speed, to such an extent that even the Spiritual Energy within him was raging like a storm?

No, it was not that the Spiritual Energy had gone rampant. Instead, it was because he had consumed too many Fire-Attribute Spirit Stones, and his body was filled with an excessive amount of  Fire-Attribute Spiritual Energy.

Fire-Attribute Spiritual Energy was naturally violent, and with the current stimulation, it had completely spiraled out of control.

“Ahhhhhhhhhh…” Feeling frustrated, the Panda now realized that it had made a big mistake.

With the momentum it had generated, if it were to crash down, the entire North Canyon would be razed to the ground. It might even destroy a large portion of Misty Mountains.

“I think it might not be a bad idea to send you in future battles like this.” A faint chuckle rang in the Panda’s mind, taking him aback. The next moment, the Panda saw the mist part ways, revealing a towering tree.

At this moment, this towering tree was glittering like a crystal, as if it were adorned with starlight. Suddenly, vast and abundant Spiritual Energy surged.

“Advent of the Tree World.”
