The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 286: Chapter 286: The Aloof Male God

Han Jing incredulously pressed her hand against her face again, it was truly bizarre... It must be said, a person feeling warmth on themselves for the first time, that sensation is probably akin to a thousand-year-old zombie or a ten-thousand-year-old vampire suddenly discovering they are alive and becoming human, both exciting and eerie.

She carried this wonderful feeling into Yao Xiang Pavilion, extending her hand to Yun Feng: ”Check my pulse.”

Yun Feng put down the herbs in his hand, reached over to hold Han Jing’s wrist, and asked: ”Are you feeling unwell?”

Han Jing shook her head: ”No.”

Yun Feng...

After checking for a long time, confirming her body was splendidly healthy, without any issues at all, and even much better than before. Yun Feng could almost conclude that Su Yu must have given Han Jing special care.

It’s really frustrating to compare oneself to others; if those senior and junior sisters in the Spirit Flame Sect knew their aloof senior brother would one day be so worried about a woman, they would probably collectively cry and pass out in the restroom.

Yun Feng withdrew his hand: ”No problem, your body is incredibly healthy now, not a single issue.”

Han Jing...

”Pfft, Mirror, are you alright? Why are you checking your pulse right after a date? Could it be...” An Chuxue looked at Han Jing with a knowing expression, thinking about how she and Su Yu had hidden away at Liuxian Pavilion for two or three hours, what exactly were they up to all that time... heh heh, no need to say more.

Yun Feng had quietly told her that Su Yu was planning to marry Han Jing, haha, she knew it from the moment she first saw Su Yu, he definitely had a thing for Han Jing. Based on her experience, for a cool guy like Su Yu, if he wasn’t interested in a woman, he wouldn’t give her a second glance. It’s truly heartbreaking, like how she comes to Yao Xiang Pavilion every day and occasionally runs into Su Yu, but he’s always so indifferent.

In Yun Feng’s words, Su Yu was already giving Han Jing face, otherwise, ordinary women wouldn’t even be able to linger in his sight.

So, relying on her woman’s intuition, she could completely affirm that Su Yu likes Han Jing.

Han Jing rolled her eyes at her, what kind of look was that? Could it be that everyone knows Su Yu is going to marry her? Otherwise, why would Yun Feng purposely create chances for her and Su Yu every time, and why would An’an always act so knowingly?

However, she still had something she wanted to ask Yun Feng.

”Uncle Yun, how long have you known Su Yu?” In the past, she didn’t care what kind of person Su Yu was, nor did she care about his story or identity, after all, she only had a slight fondness for Su Yu, even her decision to marry him was influenced by the terms he offered. She wasn’t planning on marrying anyone anyway; marrying Su Yu had so many benefits, why wouldn’t she?

But today, just because Su Yu helped her put on shoes, she suddenly felt she needed to understand him a bit. She couldn’t be fooled by his appearance, after all, if an aloof person who seems like an iceberg is so considerate to you, there must be an ulterior motive!

”A long time... a long time, I guess? About fifteen or sixteen years?” Yun Feng couldn’t quite remember when he specifically met Su Yu, because when he met him, Su Yu was already in the Spirit Flame Sect, and had already become the chief disciple of the Sect Leader.
