The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 284: Chapter 284: Three Years of Pregnancy-Induced Foolishness

”Still planning to leave?” Su Yu asked.

Han Jing...

Could she ask him what exactly he meant by this?

With him pinning her down like this, could she even sleep? And, inexplicably bringing her to his bed, was it just to let her take a nap? Han Jing felt that something was... not quite right?

But could she resist?

Han Jing had always been someone who understood the situation well. What could she do? If they fought, she couldn’t win; if they talked, she couldn’t outtalk him. If he truly acted shamelessly and didn’t let her go, she honestly couldn’t leave.

This is a case of the fish being at the mercy of the knife-wielder; she could only obediently... comply.

Han Jing immediately closed her eyes, steeled her heart, and thought, ”Forget it, just sleep then, after all, it’s still early.” As for decency, abandon it when necessary! A bit of sleep wouldn’t hurt.

He’s bullying her now, but she’ll remember it. If she doesn’t have the opportunity to get back at him now, once they’re married and spend every day together, she refuses to believe she won’t find his weaknesses! Hmph, a gentleman takes revenge even after ten years!

Consoling herself in this way, and also because she had always been cold all over, perhaps due to his embrace, she felt warm all over this time. This excessive comfort made her quickly fall asleep.

Su Yu turned over to get off Han Jing and lay beside her, holding her in his arms. He placed his palm on her back, letting his spiritual power continuously flow into her body, nourishing her gently.

Han Jing slept for about over an hour before waking up. When she did, she was still a bit confused. When her eyes met Su Yu’s beautiful eyes, so close by, she was dumbfounded.

”You, you, what did you do to me while I was asleep?” Han Jing quickly retreated.

Did she actually fall asleep? And did she even sleep soundly?

Indeed, Han Jing slept so well that she didn’t even dream, and it couldn’t have been better. Now that she’s awake, aside from feeling a bit bewildered, she’s exceptionally refreshed. Her whole body feels like it’s been soaked in a hot spring, perfectly comfortable.

She quickly sat up, looked down at her clothes, and they were intact, untouched?

She looked at Su Yu suspiciously; he was also neatly dressed, with no signs of disorder.

So, she really did fall asleep on her own? And he just held her while sleeping for a little while?

However, Han Jing was still quite puzzled. She was such a vigilant person, how was it possible that in a strange place, on a stranger’s bed, even in a stranger’s arms, she slept so soundly?

Wasn’t she losing her mind? How could this happen?

Su Yu sat up, leaned close to Han Jing’s ear, and softly asked, ”If you really want to do something, it’s not totally impossible...”

Han Jing...

She scooted back a bit, pointed at Su Yu and said, ”Don’t come any closer, if you do I’ll...”

Halfway through her words, Han Jing suddenly wanted to call herself an idiot. What could she do, really? Could she go out and tell people Su Yu harassed her? What a ridiculous joke!

She was truly being driven crazy by him, or maybe the saying that pregnancy makes you dumb for three years really isn’t something she could escape!

Han Jing’s face darkened and she deflated, feeling it was too, too much of a failure!

Su Yu looked at her disgruntled expression, found it amusing, couldn’t help but laugh softly, and then got up, put his shoes on, and stood by the bed.

Han Jing was so angry she wanted to grit her teeth.

Su Yu glanced at her, suddenly bent down.
