Why Would an Aircraft Carrier Be Dispatched to Escort His Fishing Boat?

135: Chapter 135 The Belt and Road Initiative: A Joke for All NationsThe Dragon Kingdom’s official authorities provided a brand-new explanation for the Belt and Road Initiative.

The ’Belt’.

Refers to the Eurasian land belt. This landmass accounts for three-quarters of the entire planet’s population and has the largest land area.

The ’Road’.

Refers to the Antarctic continent.

Starting from Zhujiang Port, with Penglai Port as the second transit station.

Sri Lanka serves as the third transit station.

Following the 79th meridian east from Sri Lanka, heading straight south to the entry point of the Antarctic continent, which serves as the fourth transit station.

The final destination is the scientific research station after the entry point.

The Dragon Kingdom plans to develop the resources of the Antarctic continent over the next ten years in coordination with the Nantianmen Project.

The Eastern Land Continent is the sole designated developer; other nations may apply to join the Belt and Road Initiative cooperation.

If this announcement had been released previously, many countries would likely have treated it as a joke.

After all.

The United States’ aircraft carriers were still flaunting their might on the ocean surface.

But following the news of the South Indian Ocean aircraft carrier incident, the high-level officials of many major powers already knew the outcome.

[Judging by the number of aircraft carriers, the United States has lost its absolute hegemony over the global oceans.]

This was the conclusion reached by many countries.

Seeing the Dragon Kingdom’s ambitious preparations to develop the resources of the Antarctic continent, many countries that originally belonged to the Lighthouse World were also beginning to stir.

Especially after seeing the United States respond with only a simple protest on principle.

The Kimchi Country was the first to take the initiative to register a Weibo account to respond to this Belt and Road Initiative proposal.

ID Sinosphere Kimchi Branch: [My Kimchi Country is the first to join, and we are sending a hundred trucks of kimchi as a token of our sincerity.]

With the Kimchi Country being the first to defect, Japan could no longer sit still.

ID Princess Yingya Waner: [I am the Princess of Japan, and I wish to find an ideal husband in the Dragon Kingdom to symbolize the friendship between our two nations.]

As the Kimchi Country and Japan vied to show favor and publicly flirted with the Dragon Kingdom, more and more countries that originally belonged to the Lighthouse World began to privately message the Dragon Kingdom.

The only ones still holding their ground and remaining steadfast in the Lighthouse World were the Five Eyes alliance...

...and the Clean & Sanitary Country.

”A disgrace!”

”An absolute disgrace!”

”The dignified overlord of East Asia, yet two major aircraft carriers were actually taken by the Dragon Kingdom.”

”And they even dared to hang up on me.”

The King of the Clean & Sanitary Country, King Ghandi, was barefoot and cursing loudly.

After learning that the aircraft carriers had been towed away by Sister Li, he was so anxious that he called to demand them back.

In the end, Commander Tang Ze gave him the run-around with some Tai Chi talk.

[I am already aware of the situation, but regarding the specifics, we must look at the actual circumstances. So, based on the current situation, the situation is much the same as the situation you described.]

He talked for a long time.

Until Commander Tang Ze hung up the phone.

King Ghandi still didn’t know what the hell the situation actually was.

”My King, what should we do?”

His subordinates all knew that King Ghandi had been toyed with by the Dragon Kingdom.

But now that the aircraft carriers had been towed away, if they wanted to attack, they could only go through Mount Everest.

However, that hellish path...

...whoever wanted to go could go.

”To defeat the Dragon Kingdom, why is war necessary?”

”Pass down my order: a total blockade of the Dragon Kingdom!”

King Ghandi spoke with majesty, his tone brooking no argument.

The subordinates’ expressions instantly turned excited: ”Blockade? A blockade is good, a blockade is wonderful... but, what do we use to blockade them?”

Everyone looked at each other.

Chips?

Cars?

Mechas?

Or Carbon-9 Molecules?

King Ghandi’s voice faltered.

Damn.

It seemed he had nothing he could actually blockade.

After scratching his head for a long while.

He suddenly remembered something.

He shouted: ”Ban the export of Masala!!!”

”Uh, our country’s Masala exports to the Dragon Kingdom are less than 10 million,” the head of the Export Department said awkwardly.

King Ghandi said: ”What do you know? Even if it’s 10 million, they won’t be able to bear it.”

”Uh, alright then.”

The head of the Export Department went to announce it.

[The Clean & Sanitary Country officially announces a ban on Masala exports to the Dragon Kingdom. We hope the Dragon Kingdom knows what’s best for itself.]

However.

When this news broke.

It only drew international ridicule.

[Pfft! Hahaha, this is so funny. Are all the people in the Clean & Sanitary Country this humorous?]

[They must be joking. On the surface they ban Masala exports, but are they actually showing favor?]

[This amazing mental gymnastics...]

Seeing that they had become an international laughingstock.

The head of the Export Department of the Clean & Sanitary Country silently deleted the announcement.

Seeing more and more countries joining the Eastern Land and the Lighthouse World remaining silent, King Ghandi finally realized the tide had turned.

He sighed: ”I didn’t expect that the position of East Asian overlord would still have to be given up.”

After saying that.

He had someone privately apply to the Dragon Kingdom to join the Belt and Road Initiative.

However.

He didn’t expect.

The Dragon Kingdom replied publicly.

[We have received the Clean & Sanitary Country’s application for the Belt and Road Initiative, but please wait in line. There are more than a dozen countries ahead of yours.]

King Ghandi’s face turned extremely embarrassed.

The Kimchi Country was the first to jump out: [Old man King Ghandi, don’t you know the rules?]

Japan also said: [Young man, pay attention to the queue, otherwise I’ll bite. Woof!]

The application period for the Belt and Road Initiative was only given one week.

During this week, ninety percent of the countries that originally belonged to the Lighthouse World chose to join the Eastern Land Continent.

Only Western Europe and the United States chose not to join.

And at this time.

The Dragon Kingdom’s official authorities also announced the list of developers for the Eastern Land Continent.

[According to the Eastern Land Continent Developer Agreement, the Dragon Kingdom is the lead developer, named as a ’Nation’.]

[Following that, the tiers are: Province, City, Town, Village, and Group.]

[The ranking goes from high to low. Those in lower tiers cannot overstep their authority to develop.]

Once this rule came out, some countries were dissatisfied.

They couldn’t even keep their national titles.

[Those unwilling to follow the rules can withdraw at any time, but will be permanently barred from rejoining.]

The Dragon Kingdom was the first to announce the Kimchi Country’s rank.

[Kimchi Town! Its core authority is to produce kimchi on the Antarctic continent; other authorities are not yet open.]

Seeing this, Japan and the Clean & Sanitary Country secretly rejoiced: It seems our country will at least be at the City level.

Just then.

Japan’s rank also came out.

[Sakura Village! Its core authority is to vigorously develop the adult entertainment industry on the Antarctic continent.]

Kimchi Town laughed: You brat, you’re even worse off than me!

And at this moment.

Princess Yingya Waner was also following the Belt and Road Initiative announcement.

As the United States’ watchdog, Japan naturally had to find a new master once the lighthouse stopped shining.

Even Princess Yingya Waner herself was clear on this point.

However.

She completely did not expect.

That Japan’s authority in the Belt and Road Initiative would only be a ’Sakura Village’.

She smiled bitterly: ”So, I, a dignified Princess, have become a village belle?”

As the announcements continued.

The Clean & Sanitary Country stopped laughing.

Because they finally realized that the Dragon Kingdom seemed to be announcing from the top down.

Just then.

The Dragon Kingdom announced the Clean & Sanitary Country’s authority.

[Clean & Sanitary Group! Specialized in cleaning, logistics, and freight. Serving the transit stations and loading/unloading cargo for aircraft carriers.]

The previously depressed Kimchi Town and Sakura Village were instantly delighted: Hahahahahaha! This one is the weakest of all.
