Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

The Majority was clearly on the side of the Aristocratic Faction. Elder Milo and Aaron looked at each other. They couldn’t help but smile.

“Not bad,” Aaron thought. Elder Bob is Milo’s trump card.

Aaron didn’t expect it. Because Elder Bob is affiliated with another Aristocratic Family. Which is not either Perry or Clonius. Because only these 2 Family’s interests were affected because of Vincent Carey’s appearance.

So Elder Bob’s support surprised him greatly. He couldn’t help but think, is there any secret deal involved in this? He then looks at Elder Milo with a new gaze.

The person he thought stupid was turned out to be a sly fox.

Right at this time, it was the turn of Elder Stella to speak up.

“I don’t know why everyone started voting. It’s just the case about breaking rules. There is no need for a dignified half-step supreme to interrogate a level-6 Wizard who just recently breakthrough.”

“If you want to find the culprit, I can find out the truth as well,” Stella said in a neither arrogant nor humble tone.

But her words are like cold water poured on the heads of Elder Bob, Milo and Aaron. For a second, they thought they heard it wrong.

“Elder Stella, what do you mean?” Elder Bob asked, his expression turned serious. He didn’t expect someone to go against his words.

“It’s exactly what I mean. I don’t think you must interrogate the person who has filed a complaint in the Rule and Order Department, First.”

“You are supposed to take his case and start investigating those Beast Tamers. Besides, there is no need for this council meeting in this first place”

“I have already checked the site. No mana signature was found. So basically, Elder Milo’s words were a falsehood,” She added.

Gasp!

Even the dignified level-9 Wizards couldn’t help but gasp. What happened to the neutral department? Elder Stella is taking sides.

Bob’s eyes turned cold. He figured out the ins and outs quickly after listening to Elder Stella’s words. He didn’t expect someone from the opposite side to file a complaint first.

Old Man Alec’s face regains some color.

“Ha…Ha…Ha…, why haven’t I thought of this before?”

“Bob, I came here because of the complaint filed by Elder Paul Lin from the Special Mage Department,” Alec said with a smile.

This time he is not going to make it easy for Bob.

Milo found the piercing gaze of Elder Bob met his eyes. He was not aware of the complaint as well. He thought he acted first by calling for this meeting to take place.

Most importantly, he was terrified by the fact that Elder Stella personally went to investigate the place. A cold sweat bead appears on his forehead.

“Looks like Elder Stella has already found some answers,” Bob said. His tone was calm. But people can tell that he was pissed off. His face was lost here.

Since the Intelligence Department has made a move. He thinks that they had evidence as well. He doesn’t want to lose more face by digging up further.

Besides, he knew Milo and Beast Taming Department’s Members were wrong. So he silently left the place.

“I guess the meeting was over. Since Elder Stella has said it. We can drop this matter. Elder Milo didn’t waste our time by calling again,” Old man Alec said.

Milo felt his face was burning. He gritted his teeth and stared at Elder Paul Lin. He wasn’t able to speak. But his eyes were a torch and they were conveying some meaning.

“Humph,” Paul Lin snorted before leaving the place.

Shortly afterwards,

He returns to the Special Mage Department with a smile on his face.

“Yesterday’s gamble worked out,” Paul Lin said to himself.

After returning to the room, he sat back in his seat and recalled the scenes that happened at the meeting in his mind.

He told Elder Stella about Supreme Wizard’s Phylia backing up Vincent Carey, yesterday. Hoping that she would support Vincent Carey during the meeting.

His guess turned out to be right. Not only had she shown support but she also saved Vincent’s ass this time.

If not, Elder Bob would have taken this to an end. Thinking about it, he feels a headache.

“But again, what happened to Elder Reenie?” He asked in his heart. It was not ordinary news. A level-9 Wizard and Head of the Department won’t leave just like that.

He plans to gather information regarding this slowly.

Buzz!

Suddenly, he receives a message from Elder Stella.

After reading the message, his mouth curves into an arc. He then summons Vincent Carey to his office room.

Meanwhile,

“I have never seen an idiot like you. When did the Special Mage Department and Intelligence Department become close,” Aaron shouted at Milo.

He has been going through a reversal of mood today. Not long ago, he praised Milo for bringing out his trump card. He became disappointed after knowing that the trump card was a failure.

“Elder Stella’s decision made me stunned as well. I don’t know why she is supporting them all of a sudden,” Milo muttered to himself.

While they were discussing it privately. One more person appears. The person is none other than Elder Bob.

“I think Elder Stella wants the help of this kid.”

His voice startled two of them. When they saw the person. Their eyes flash with surprise.

“Help?” Aaron muttered.

“Yes, I read the reports as well. Elder Stella is currently investigating the Transmutation Wizard. She might need his help,” Elder Bob said.

Hearing that both of them felt right.

“I guess the kid should die at the hands of the Transmutation Wizard,” Milo said with anger.

“We don’t know whether he is in our territory or not,” Aaron shakes his head.

“I have an idea. Spread the word in the main Market. Leak the kid’s identity by saying a newcomer from the Special Mage Department has taken the task to find out the murderer,” Bob said.

“But there are other freshers enrolled this year,” Milo said. He knew there were 20 new members in the Special Mage Department this year.

“If we directly spread the name, then we would be exposed. The killer should seek out that kid,” Bob said.

Hearing that Milo agreed. Then they laughed and talked about other things.
