Eternal Thief

Chapter 1368: Tying Up Loose Ends! (4)

At this moment, within a beautiful courtyard, a hooded figure appeared before her body started to morph, and her dark outfit also transformed with her body. Her tall figure became petite, and her black outfit changed into a long magenta robe while her hood slid off her head and turned into an imposing draconic runic symbol imprinted on her robe.

A small yet beautiful face with purple skin was revealed, with a hint of poisonous charm, especially because of her snake pupils. Her long black hair was tied in a high knot.

ʼAnd here I thought I would be the first one to create a storm…just a little while longer, and I couldʼve gotten ʼthatʼ bloodline!ʼ She lamented with a hint of bitterness.

But it only lasted for a moment before she snorted while mumbling, ”Heh, Iʼll be back at Illustrative Feral Monastery!”

The next moment, her expression became disgruntled slightly as she impassively called out loud, ”Elria!”

After a few seconds, another figure in similar robes appeared. Her appearance was fierce, like that of a lioness with a long golden mane. Her skin was tanned, and some parts of it were covered in runic markings.

Her most striking feature was a single black horn protruding from the edge of her forehead, and two long fangs were visible slightly from her mouth. However, despite her somewhat menacing appearance, she was quite charming and sexy.

The moment Elria saw the disguised Winter, she directly jumped towards Winter with somewhat teary eyes as if a cat united with her owner, running her lioness-like image instantly.

”Wahhhh, I missed you to death, Darling!” Shocking words filled with forbidden emotions reverberated in the courtyard.

But this touching scene was instantly ruined when Winter winced her brows with exasperation and threw a fist right at Elriaʼs incoming face, ”Greet my fist perverted bitch!”

Winterʼs punch sent Elria flying, but strangely, a perfectly aligned mark of lips was imprinted on Winterʼs knuckles.

Winterʼs demeanor crumbled when she felt the wet sensation on her knuckles. She found the ʼmarkʼ and shuddered. Goosebumps rose all over her body as she looked at Elria, who was crawling up with a dreamy yet disconcerting look in her eyes.

The moment Elriaʼs eyes met with Winterʼs, the former flashed a luscious smile as she licked her lips, and Winter felt the rising goosebumps.

”Love always wins bitch!” Elria declared as she raised her chin and flashed her big chest, which seemed to burst out from her tight robes at any moment.

”Do you really want to die so bad, you crazy bitch!?” Winter cursed as she never felt so angry in her life except for a few moments, especially with Ace.

But even Ace didnʼt dare to tease her as Elria does. It was to the point that Winter, who should have absolute command over her ʼFaceless Thief Acolyte,ʼ was somewhat afraid of her and to rub salt in the wounds. Winter knew it was all her fault!

”Hihi~ kill me, and my love shall become eternal, and I shall haunt you till we unite after death!” Elria declared righteously, and the crazy look in her eyes clearly wasnʼt something someone afraid of death should have, and this is precisely where Winterʼs problem lies.

The most infuriating thing was that even if Winter desperately wanted to get rid of this perverted beast, Elria was crucial to her plans, and this crazy woman was too talented and loyal to waste.

So, all Winter could do was endure and hope to ʼreeducateʼ her somehow. She was even searching for a method to brainwash Elria by seeking Freyaʼs help.

Controlling her urge to strangle that crazy woman, Winter coldly stated with a meaningful look in her eyes, ”We are leaving the Monastery for an extended period of time.”

Elriaʼs eyes suddenly flickered as her love-stick expression instantly switched with a calculative one, appearing like a completely different person.

”Is this about that ʼmeetingʼ with your ʼfriendsʼ? How long are we talking about it, and since youʼre telling me this, does it mean Iʼm going as well? How about the other two cuties?”

Winterʼs lip twitched as she pretended not to hear the last part and said, ”We all need to go for a minimum of a few decades and a maximum of one and a half centuries. Or I could all be over within a decade. I canʼt reveal details here.”

A hint of surprise flashed past Elriaʼs eyes, and she became stern, ”Even if I pull some strings, the maximum I can get us is 50 years. After fifty years, weʼll be declared traitors, and the Monastery will issue a Red-level warrant throughout the Mortal Ascension Heaven.

”And you know even those six powers will jump at the chance to have the Monastery owe them a small favor like this. So, unless weʼre planning never to come back, which we both know is impossible, thatʼs why you need to either end it all in 50 years or be ready to start over. Whatever you choose, weʼll follow you.” Elria solemnly stated, and somehow, she was holding Winterʼs hands as if it were the most natural thing.

Winter cringed as she slapped Elriaʼs hand away before she said, ”Itʼs not a problem. Fifty should be more than enough if everyone gives their all, especially since it involved someone our gallant leader deeply cared about.”

A hint of chillness crept in Winterʼs eyes behind her Faceless Mask at this moment before it instantly vanished.

Elriaʼs expression changed ever so slightly, ”So, I finally got to meet the big man behind the scenes, huh? Did I have to seduce him to marry you as well? Iʼm totally fine as long as you give…”

”Fuck off!” Winterʼs murderous spiritual pressure instantly gushed out before Elria could finish her words.

But Elria seemed to be prepared, and before Winterʼs spiritual pressure could be locked on her, she instantly vanished as her joyous giggles drifted into Winterʼs ears.

Winter gritted her teeth as she muttered, ”I need to sew that bitchʼs bloody mouth!”
