Chapter 2430: Chapter 2430: Fired From The Role

”Then, can I kiss you?” Xiaoliu asked Xiaohua.

”Do you love me?” Xiaohua asked Xiaoliu back.

Xiaoliu went silent for a moment. It seemed he was thinking about something.

”I think I love you.” Xiaoliu nodded.

”You can kiss me,” Xiaohua said.

Xiaoliu leaned over and kissed Xiaohua on her lips.

Yu Qi and Long Hui, who watched their interactions, were speechless. These two creatures really went for it.

Long Hui pulled Yu Qi to her room.

”Brother Hui, how do they reproduce? Do you know about it?” Yu Qi suddenly asked Long Hui when Long Hui was about to kiss her.

Long Hui stopped halfway and was speechless with the sudden question. It seemed Yu Qi was more interested in their contracted beasts’ reproduction system.

”Do they reproduce like human beings?” Yu Qi asked again.

Long Hui rolled his eyes and kissed Yu Qi until she was almost breathless. Only Long Hui let her go.

”You can ask them later. Right now, you need to focus on me. We are going to do the deed.” Long Hui whispered to Yu Qi’s ear.

....

The next day, Xie Jinhai announced to his media social that he had signed to be Wang World’s artist. Everyone was shocked by the news. They knew that Xie Jinhai was a newbie actor who might win the newbie best actor award.

The fans already thought that Qiaosu Entertainment Company mistreated Xie Jinhai. That was why Xie Jinhai quit being an artist at Qiaosu Entertainment Company. Xie Jinhai also did not say anything about his old management, making others believe it was Qiaosu Entertainment Company’s fault.

Wang World welcomed Xie Jinhai with open arms. Since Xie Jinhai was already fully packaged with resources and a little fame, Wang World offered a 40/60 relationship with Xie Jinhai.

40 was for Xie Jinhai, while Wang World would take 60. Xie Jinhai signed the contract.

Xie Jinhai’s old manager called Xie Jinhai to confirm the news.

”Are you really signed to be Wang World’s artist?” The manager asked.

”Of course. Why do I need to fake it? You might also see that the Wang World welcomed me with open arms.” Xie Jinhai said.

”Jinhai, Wang World is not good for you. There are a lot of companies which good for their artists.” The manager advised.

”What are you talking about? Wang World is good for their artists, too. I hope you don’t slander my company. Otherwise, I will have my company sue you for defamation. I don’t think Qiaosu Entertainment will protect you.” Xie Jinhai said.

”Jinhai...” The manager wanted to say more.

”Jinhai, let’s go briefing.” Another voice called Xie Jinhai.

”Wait a minute. I will finish this phone call.” Xie Jinhai responded. ”I already moved on. I also already have my new manager. So, goodbye and let’s never meet again.” He stated to his old manager.

Xie Jinhai hung up when the manager was about to respond. Xie Jinhai followed his new manager to get familiar with the work. Xie Jinhai told his new manager that he had two new works coming up.

When the new manager asked about Qiaosu Entertainment’s involvement in the work, Xie Jinhai told him that it was none. He got the position by interviewing. The new manager was pleased when he heard it.

Because Qiaosu Entertainment did not respond to Xie Jinhai’s fans, the fans already thought Qiaosu Entertainment felt guilty. The fans became brave and attacked Qiaosu Entertainment more.

Qiaosu Entertainment’s PR department only responded once by telling Xie Jinhai to control his fans. Otherwise, they would be forced to do something.

When Xie Jinhai saw the response, he immediately told his fan club that they should not do anything anymore. He was saved, and that was what mattered.

Xie Jinhai went to the set where he was about to start shooting for his new drama. When the director saw him at the set, he raised his eyebrow in confusion. The director did not understand why Xie Jinhai was here.

”Good morning, Director Ming. This is my new manager, Su Cao.” Xie Jinhai introduced Director Ming to his new manager.

”Nice to meet you, Director Ming.” Su Cao, the manager, shook his hand with Director Ming.

”Oh... Nice to meet you.” Director Ming said to Su Cao, then he turned to Xie Jinhai. ”By the way, why are you here?”

”Director Ming, are you joking with me? Of course, I am here to work, shooting the new drama with you.” Xie Jinhai said, smilingly.

”The contract is already void.” Director Ming said.

”Why?” Xie Jinhai was shocked.

”This drama is funded by Qiaosu Entertainment Company. Also, in your contract, also stated, when you jump into another company, you will be fired from the role.” Director Ming explained the situation to Xie Jinhai

”What? I don’t know about that at all.” Xie Jinhai said.

”You should read the contract carefully next time.” Director Ming said.

Director Ming sighed. There was nothing he could do to help Xie Jinhai. The contract was iron-clad. Qiaosu Entertainment was already through with their contract.

Xie Jinhai was stunned. He, indeed, did not read the contract. The one who reviewed the contract was his old manager. His old manager told him there was nothing wrong with the contract. That was why he signed his name. And now, he was told that he was terminated from the roles because he moved to another company. What fhe fuck!
