2182  Chapter 2182: Someone Came To Pick Up Them

”Nope. I am with my fiance.” Long Hui said. ”Well, I am really curious about your choice of going on a date at a place like that.” Huang Lan Guan said.

”How long it take for your people to come?” Long Hui asked.

”Probably 45 minutes to one hour.” Huang Lan Guan said. ”Okay. Thank you, First Brother.” Long Hui cut the call.

Huang Lan Guan stared at the phone in disbelief. Lin Ming Shu, who had just come out of the kitchen, noticed that her husband was staring at his phone resentfully. ”What happens? Why are you staring at your phone like that?” Lin Ming Shu asked her husband. ”Scolding someone who asks for our help but still ungrateful.” Huang Lan Guan said.

”What? Then, we should not help them.” Lin Ming Shu said.

”But that person is Second Brother.” Huang Guan Lan stated.

Lin Ming Shu immediately changed her tone. ”Second Brother is probably in serious problem. We should help him.” Huang Guan Lan was speechless when he saw Lin Ming Shu change her attitude as soon as she heard Long Huiʼs name. Lin Ming Shu realized Huang Guan Lanʼs speechless look. ”Second Brother rarely asks for our help. He must be in big trouble right now.” ”He was stranded at the foothill of the nearby mountain with her fiance. He asked me to send someone to pick them up.” Huang Guan Lan explained.

”Huh? What are they doing there? Donʼt tell me that they are having a date there?” Lin Ming Shu was speechless.

”That is what I am thinking. When I wanted to ask for it, he suddenly hung up on me.” Huang Guan Lan said.

”You can ask him when you see him later. Have you called someone to go and pick them up?” Lin Ming Shu asked.

”Ah... I forget. I will call someone.” Huang Guan Lan called another person. Long Hui and Yu Qi were staying in the cafe at the foothills of the mountain. Since this mountain was famous for hiking spot, some people took the opportunity to open some businesses. It worked very well especially when involving food and beverages. Yu Qi and Long Hui ordered some tea and muffins. Only Yu Qi ate the muffins. ”You can eat them too.” Yu Qi said.

”No need. You can eat them.” Long Hui said.

”You donʼt want it?” Yu Qi asked while bringing the muffin close to Long Huiʼs mouth. Seeing Yu Qiʼs expecting look, Long Hui opened his mouth and bit some of the muffins. It tasted so sweet. Yu Qi brought the half-bitten muffins and ate them. Since it was still in the morning, there were not many customers in the cafe. The employees of the cafe were watching the coupleʼs interaction and giggling at each other. One of them recorded the video. A woman fed her boyfriend a muffin. The boyfriend probably did not like eating sweets. However, because of his girlfriend, he forced himself to take a bit. So sweet. Yu Qi and Long Hui stayed at the cafe for almost one hour. Then, a call came through Long Huiʼs phone.

”Mr Long, I am the person who Mr Huang arranged to pick you up. I have arrived in a black car. Where are you?” The person said through the call.

”I am at the cafe. Please wait a moment.” Long Hui said.

”Yes.” The person nodded.

”Our pick up has arrived. Letʼs go.” Long Hui said.

Long Hui went to the counter and paid for the bill. Both of them left the cafe and searched for the black car. They immediately spotted the car. They entered the car. ”Mr Huang asks me to bring you to his house.” The driver said.

”Sure.” Long Hui said. ”This must be my first time going to the First Brotherʼs house.” Yu Qi said.

”Me too.” Long Hui said.

”Eh, you havenʼt been to his house before?” Yu Qi was surprised.

”He moved into a house that he built for his marriage. I havenʼt been there before. He hosted a welcoming party before at the house. But I did not attend that because of work.” Long Hui said. ”I see...” Yu Qi said.

The trip was smooth. They arrived at Huang Guan Lanʼs house. Lin Ming Shu welcomed them with a smile.

”Yu Qi... Long time no see.” Lin Ming Shu hugged Yu Qi. ”You are still as beautiful as ever.” ”Sister Ming Shu.” Yu Qi smiled hugging Lin Ming Shu back.

”Come in... Second Brother.” Lin Ming Shu said to Long Hui.

Long Hui nodded. Lin Ming Shu did not mind Long Huiʼs attitude. She knew that he was always like this. ”You guys must be tired. You can go and take a shower first. You can rest for a while. I will call you guys for lunch later.” Lin Ming Shu said.

”Where is First Brother?” Long Hui asked.

”Oh... He went out for a moment. He will be back.” Lin Ming Shu said.

Speaking of the devil, Huang Guan Lan returned. ”You are here.” Huang Guan Lan said.

”Qi Qi, you can go and take a shower first. I want to take with First Brother.” Long Hui said.

”Okay.” Yu Qi nodded. Lin Ming Shu asked a maid to bring Yu Qi to a guest room. Yu Qi thanked the maid. She took a shower and changed into new clothes. Lin Ming Shu told her that she could get but she was not tired. So, she went downstairs. ***Thank you, from, your shameless author, ZerahNeko***
