Global Lords: Starting with Halving Recruitment Costs

Chapter 90: Thoughts on Optimal Arrangement of Labor

Chapter 90: Thoughts on Optimal Arrangement of Labor
In addition to these [-], there are also [-] small stone resource points in the south of the territory, and the small iron mine at the troll camp ruins is another [-].

In addition, today he arranged [-] to go to the crystal mine resource point, and [-] went to the miniature stone and miniature iron ore resource points near the man lord of the shady man respectively.

In this way, together with the [-] labors arranged just now, when it comes to the current stone resource point, the labor force will not be enough.

Guo Xiuwen thought for a while, and could only look at the half-elf archers of the twelve black iron steps.

After a while of communication, the half-elf archer did not disappoint him. Although the other party was a little reluctant, he could still work as a labor force.

On the contrary, when Guo Xiuwen asked about the skeleton shooter and skeleton warrior, he found that they could not enter the resource point as a labor force to work.

As early as the beginning, Guo Xiuwen guessed that he might encounter a labor shortage in the future, but he did not expect that the time would be so fast.

It was only the eighth day of advent, and there were not enough manpower to mine resources on our side.

Glancing at the cute Alia, he thought he couldn’t let the other party mine resources.

He had no choice but to arrange for Gnoll Broken Bones to bring fifteen goblins and twelve half-elf archers, plus the next three goblins who had finished building the mining workshop, with the best labor force. Run five workshops, and supplement other workshops according to the situation.

The reason for this is that when this kind of workshop is running, the first five laborers can produce one hundred units of basic resources per day.

However, the output of the last five laborers who entered the workshop was only half of that of the first five, that is, they produced [-] units of basic resources per day.

Thinking of this, Guo Xiuwen thought for a while, and suddenly found another more efficient mining method.

That is to let the goblins build more logging cabins in the forest, and then arrange only five laborers in each workshop.

In this way, although each workshop produces only [-] units of resources, ten laborers can operate two workshops.

Compared with the current situation where ten laborers can only produce 750 units of resources, the efficiency has increased by 25%.

Even if some workshop blueprints have a 10% output bonus, the efficiency can be increased by 21%. After all, the five laborers who are still working can also get an increase in output.

Thinking of this, Guo Xiuwen simply left only 25 laborers on the site, and then asked the goblins to remember to come back after building the workshop.

Before that, he was not in a hurry to go to other resource points to call back the manpower.

After his tossing back and forth, even if there is a straight road to reduce the time spent on the road, it is already afternoon before he knows it.

He didn’t plan to make such a fuss today, but wanted to let his men finish mining today and restart work tomorrow.

Thinking that the resource output could be increased by 21% again after tomorrow, Guo Xiuwen couldn’t suppress his smile.

After confirming that there was nothing wrong with the team, Guo Xiuwen first raised the levels of Big Green and Broken Bone to LV5.

The two of them came out of the trial space as early as, and their level has been raised to the full level of LV3.

After getting compensation for the early end of the novice period, the level came to LV4 (300/400).

After a few battles just now, the experience can already be upgraded to LV5.

After the upgrade, since Big Green is only an ordinary soldier, his level has already reached the peak.

On the contrary, it was the Gnoll Broken Bone, because he was an elite soldier, and LV5 was just considered an adult.

However, Guo Xiuwen did not upgrade the opponent, but used the remaining 4 experience points of the opponent to upgrade the opponent’s fighter profession by two levels, so that the opponent’s fighter profession level came to LV100 (400/[-]).

With [-] experience points, whether it is Aliya or elite soldiers such as Frost Giant Wolf and Golden Tiger, they can actually be upgraded.

But Guo Xiuwen was not in a hurry to upgrade them, not because of the lack of such resources.

It’s the benefit of upgrading to restore all states, which can save lives if you use it when you are in battle.

After the jackal was upgraded, Guo Xiuwen took out the advanced card that he had reserved for the other party before, and clicked to use it directly.

【Gnoll】【Bonebreaker】

【Smart Race】【Bronze】【Elite】

Introduction: Take a position. Look back and dig out. Huh. So small!

Consumption: 15 units of food/day!
It can be seen from the attributes of the wolf man that he is also of the Bronze rank, even if the broken bone has mastered the warrior profession, in fact, compared to other Bronze rank soldiers under him, he is only a little stronger than the skeleton warrior.

For this point, Guo Xiuwen has long been mentally prepared.

After all, the powerful attack from the Elemental Tower and the Arrow Tower before was actually a Bronze-level full blow, and he already knew it clearly.

Even if the ranks of soldiers are the same, the difference in combat effectiveness is obviously huge.

However, although the wolf man’s combat power is not strong, his skills are quite effective.

Not only does it have displacement, but it also has interrupt skills. If it is used for group fights, the effect should be good.

What’s more, the other party has followed me for so long, so there is hard work if there is no credit.

After dealing with the four newly emerged resource points, Guo Xiuwen led the team back to the territory.

Guo Xiuwen didn’t do other things, but came to the market immediately and asked 007.

The reason why he looked for 007 instead of Mei Mei, who seemed to be more friendly to him, Guo Xiuwen said from the bottom of his heart was that he was a little overwhelmed when he looked at Mei Mei.

More importantly, he was worried about the other party asking about the progress of his mission.

”You want to know why you couldn’t get soul crystals and materials when you killed undead creatures before, but now you can get them?”

Hearing his reason for coming, 007 also confirmed his question first.

”Correct.”

Guo Xiuwen nodded.

”It’s very simple. The barren forest is a cemetery force. If any undead creature dies, everything will return to the base camp, but you are a member of the forest camp.

After killing enemies of the opposing faction, of course you can dispose of your loot. ”

007’s words are similar to Guo Xiuwen’s own guess.

He was also skeptical before, because this situation happened because he chose the forest camp.

”I see, is there any harm in doing this?”

Guo Xiuwen does not believe that a thing has only advantages and no disadvantages.

”You are sober, wait until you slaughter more enemies from the enemy faction, and people from the surrounding cemetery factions will attack you and your territory later.”

007’s words were like a wake-up call hanging directly above his head.

Killing too many enemies of the opposing faction will attract the attacks of surrounding enemies.
