Global Lords: Starting with Halving Recruitment Costs

Chapter 83 The Benefits of the Superior Side

Chapter 83 The Benefits of the Superior Side
Guo Xiuwen walked back to the territory, then summoned two goblins, and asked them to pass through the straight road to bring a letter to the wolf man, and asked them to come back first with yesterday’s resources.

In addition to leading to the small iron ore resource point, this straight road just passed the miniature iron ore resource point that he had mined for six days.

The reserve of the micro resource point is only 10000 units. According to his current mining progress, it can be mined in a little over twelve days.

However, with the talent bonus of his Son of Nature, he can mine for thirteen days.

After finishing this straight road, Guo Xiuwen did not stop, but turned his head and came to the opposite side.

This is the small stone resource point that he found in the Gnoll den.

This resource point is very close to his territory, only a little over three kilometers away. Guo Xiuwen opened this straight road after consuming 450 units of basic resources.

After driving these two straight roads, his eyes fell on the west.

On this side, in addition to a rare crystal mine resource point, there is also a lord’s territory halfway.

But unfortunately, these two positions do not completely coincide on a straight line.

Guo Xiuwen did not hesitate and directly chose to target that lord’s territory first and build a straight road in the middle.

This time, he didn’t build directly to the gate of the opponent’s territory, but bypassed a little bit.

At the same time, he chose to build one kilometer by one kilometer, and besides Jin Jinhu and Ban Lei, he brought other bronze-rank soldiers who were still in the territory with him.

After building a straight road of ten kilometers, Guo Xiuwen walked to the end of the straight road and saw the territory.

However, the difference from what I saw two times before is that there are many more skeletons inside the territory.

”It’s you!”

And when he reached the end of the straight road, there was a man with a sullen face standing in the territory not far away.

Behind the man were two half-elf archers and a full ten skeleton archers.

”Shoot the arrow and shoot him to death!”

The first moment the shady man saw Guo Xiuwen, he was taken aback for a moment, and then gave the order with a happy face.

Because Guo Xiuwen walked in the front alone this time, he wanted to take the opportunity to kill him.

bang bang bang-

In an instant, all fourteen arrows shot at Guo Xiuwen’s body at close range.

Unfortunately, all the arrows were ejected.

Guo Xiuwen had a pair of armored boots on him, and this pair of shoes gave him a full 20 points of defense.

In addition, there are nature elves that increase the defense of all members of the territory by 10 points.

30 points of defense alone doesn’t seem like much of a concept, but in fact, as far as Guo Xiuwen has learned these days, an ordinary soldier of the Black Iron Rank generally does not have more than 20 points of attack power.

In other words, with his current defense power, even if he stood still, the lord’s subordinates would not be able to hurt him.

”You, you, what kind of power is this?”

Seeing that the arrow that was shot was bounced away, the sinister man was stunned.

”Damn, damn, damn!”

”why!”

”Why are you so strong!”

”It’s also a lord, why did your strength improve so quickly?”

”I’m not reconciled, all this should be mine, why don’t you just die!”

After seeing the arrow flying, but Guo Xiuwen was unharmed, the shady man suddenly became irritable.

Guo Xiuwen ignored the opponent, and following the skills and arrows of Alia and several bronze-ranked skeleton archers flying, the ten black-iron-ranked skeleton archers on the opposite side smashed and fell to the ground in an instant.

Two of them also triggered the undead feature, stood up and got killed again.

[Ding, two half-elf archers admire your strength and want to surrender to you, do you accept it! 】

After killing ten skeleton shooters, Guo Xiuwen also got a surprise.

That is, the only remaining two half-elf archers of this lord chose to surrender to him.

Although there was no shortage of two black iron-level soldiers, Guo Xiuwen still nodded in agreement.

”No! No! No!”

Watching the last two half-elf archers leave him, the shady man stood there, holding his head in his hands, squatting on the ground for a while unable to accept the reality.

Guo Xiuwen ignored the opponent and walked directly to the opponent’s territory.

This time there was no barrier of light to protect him, so he walked in easily.

Compared with Guo Xiuwen’s territory, the opponent’s territory is simply too crude.

Except for a dilapidated lord’s mansion, there is only a mound of mud and bones.

[Boneyard - Archer]

It turned out to be a black iron rank barracks burial ground.

”Hey, after you chose the cemetery camp, you even changed the initial barracks. Where did you get the resources to recruit ten skeleton shooters?”

There are only two buildings in the opponent’s territory, which is exactly the same as when he arrived.

Guo Xiuwen couldn’t help being a little curious, so he asked the other party about the situation.

”You, you don’t kill me. I surrender, I listen to you.”

Originally, the vicious man was already squatting on the ground waiting to die.

He was frightened for several days, and his whole body had a nervous breakdown.

Listening to what Guo Xiuwen said now, it seems that he is not going to pursue the fact that he wanted to kill him several times, and the light of hope once again bloomed on his face.

Guo Xiuwen was noncommittal, but just looked at him quietly.

”Yes, I, after I chose the faction, I got a prompt, whether to change the initial barracks.

I happened to be out of food for a long time, so I chose to switch, and then the system reminded me that because of my choice, the cemetery camp rewarded me with ten free skeleton shooters. ”

Seeing the hope of being alive, the man immediately became honest and told the news he knew.

”Tsk tsk! Is this the reward for the dominant side?”

Guo Xiuwen didn’t expect that there would be a week’s worth of free soldiers who chose the cemetery faction.

He couldn’t help but wonder if he could recruit ten free Bronze rank soldiers if he also chose the cemetery faction.

”Are there any other benefits?”

After thinking about it, as the disadvantaged party, he has a very good compensation, and he feels that the advantaged party must have more than this little benefit.

”It’s also said that I will be exempted from the bone tax around me, and then I can go to the towns of the cemetery camp to recruit soldiers. The first ten bronze-rank soldiers can get a [-]% discount.”

What the man said almost surprised Guo Xiuwen.

”Wait a minute, are you saying that after you got the news, you can go to the towns in the cemetery camp to recruit soldiers, or are they bronze level ones?”

Guo Xiuwen felt tightness in his chest, and felt that his future had become bleak.

”It can only be recruited once, and there are only ten quantities.”

The man saw that Guo Xiuwen seemed to be in a bad mood, so he chose to explain carefully.

”Do you know the map of the town and how far it is from your territory?”
