Global Cataclysm: Starting with a 1000-acre survival base

Chapter 35 The Coming of Meteorite Rain

Now as long as the nuclear energy is filled up, the nuclear power plant can provide sufficient power, and then the fully automatic large-scale ion thruster can start to operate and move the entire survival base.

Su Yuan clicked on the system and searched for nuclear energy.

Ordinary nuclear energy, 1 kg, 100 million survival points.

High-quality nuclear energy, 1 million survival points per kilogram.

High-concentration nuclear energy, 1 million survival points per kilogram.

……

Su Yuan had 28.3 billion survival points in his hand, and he directly spent 20 billion to buy 20 kilograms of high-concentration nuclear energy, which is enough to use a nuclear power plant for 20 days.

”Hahaha, I finally don’t have to worry about meteorite rain!”

After the upgrade was completed, Su Yuan’s tense mood for the past few days was instantly relaxed, and he fell straight on the sofa and giggled.

Xiaoyu also giggled.

”By the way, master, meteorite rain will not only bring disasters, but may also bring high-quality metals. Master can collect high-quality metals in exchange for survival points.”

”High quality metal?”

”Yes master, there are many high-quality metals in the universe, and Blue Star doesn’t have them. For example, Zhenjin, Blue Star doesn’t have them!”

Su Yuan thinks this is okay. When others are in a hurry to avoid meteorites, he can move the survival base to collect meteorites, and maybe he can get a lot of high-quality metals.

He only has 8.3 million survival points in his hand now, which is not enough to continue upgrading the survival base.

For example, the automatic dome is a bit outdated and needs to be upgraded to an automatic solar power dome.

The two automatic wind energy generators need to be relocated, or simply recycled.

In addition, the water storage tank is too small. If the survival base moves, the multi-functional deep water well cannot be used, and a large amount of water needs to be stored.

There is also an intelligent survival cabin, which requires additional power equipment, otherwise it will be impossible to escape in times of crisis.

It was already past eleven o’clock in the evening, and the crisp noodles had already harvested the first wave of grain at night, and ran to the fourth basement floor.

”Meow!” Gan Jianmian came to Su Yuan, wagging his tail.

Su Yuan patted the hair on the back of the crispy noodles, and put more than 90 kilograms of grain on the virtual mall.

Once again, it caused a mad rush.

Now it is time for Midu to make lunch at noon, and almost everyone has exchanged all the supplies in their hands for food, hoping to have a full meal with their families at the last moment.

Su Yuan yawned, a little sleepy, and got into bed to sleep.

The next day, before five o’clock, Su Yuan got up from the bed, wanting to see if the meteorite had been crushed.

Su Yuan turned on the multi-function computer and let the multi-function satellite display the picture of launching missiles from launch points around the world.

There are still 10 minutes before the launch time, and all launch equipment is ready, and the last inspection before launch is being done.

People in Huadu, Midu, Hongdu and other survival bases around the world did not sleep, and those who had access to the Internet learned about the launch situation through the Internet.

The homeless, most ordinary people who do not have access to the Internet, use radio, telephone and other communication devices to understand the situation.

On the computer screen in front of Su Yuan, it was switched to 10 small screens, corresponding to 10 main launch points.

Ten minutes passed in a blink of an eye, all launch points were ignited simultaneously, and the missiles carrying nuclear warheads rose into the sky, carrying everyone’s hopes, flying into the sky and shooting towards the meteorite that was about to hit the blue star.

Outside the blue star, dense meteorites swept in.

These meteorites, gathered together, are like a shattered giant planet, hitting the blue star.

Among them, the largest meteorite has a diameter of more than 10000 meters, and the smallest one is less than the size of a fist.

This is a rare astronomical spectacle for countless years.

And this is just the first meteorite shower.

According to the latest data from Huadu Tianyan Observation, there are at least four more waves of meteorites behind this wave of meteorite rain.

The number of meteorites in each wave exceeds tens of thousands.

Blue Star has never been hit by so many meteorites.

Dozens of missiles, carrying hundreds of nuclear warheads, hit a meteorite with a diameter of more than 5000 meters.

An explosive fireball rises and lights up the sky, a thousand times brighter than the brightest North Star.

A meteorite was successfully destroyed.

Suddenly, the whole world cheered and celebrated.

Immediately afterwards, there was another violent explosion, and a meteorite with a diameter of more than 5300 meters was blown up.

Su Yuan saw through the multifunctional satellite that meteorites exploded one after another.

A dozen meteorites were blown up almost instantly.

After 1 minute, most of the meteorites that threatened humans were destroyed.

However, the crisis has not been resolved.

The largest meteorite with a diameter of more than 10000 meters was not completely destroyed after being bombed by nuclear warheads carried by hundreds of missiles.

The three major survival bases hastily launched a backup plan.

The second wave of 100 missiles carrying nuclear warheads was launched urgently.

This meteorite quickly entered the atmosphere, its speed is getting faster and faster, and its current diameter remains at more than 4800 meters, which is enough to destroy human beings.

After it, there are dozens of meteorites with a diameter of more than 1000 meters.

People have only one chance. If the nuclear warheads carried by these 100 missiles cannot destroy these meteorites, mankind will be finished.

At this time, many people walked out of the survival base and looked at the sky with their families.

”Dad, do we still have tomorrow?” The little girl raised her head and asked Zheng Feng.

Zheng Feng held his daughter Duoduo and didn’t know how to answer.

He clenched his fists and cursed in his heart:

”Damn it, can’t we give humans more time?”

He knew about the Ark project that accompanied Huadu, and at the same time started the Firework project.

The fire plan is to select outstanding Huadu people from all the survival bases on the land of Huadu as kindling, and enter the ark to live.

But whether it is the construction of the ark or the fire plan, it will take time, at least three months.

Huadu’s leadership has adjusted the ark plan, concentrating all efforts to build an ark first, and then build a second ark after the first ark is completed.

With millions of people working 24 hours a day, the first ark will take more than two months to complete.

Midu, Locke looked up at the sky and roared like a beast.

His current body can swell to a height of more than 5 meters, which is more terrifying than an aggressive beast. His whole body is covered with green scales, like a monster.

”Come on! Come on, as long as I don’t die, I can become stronger!”

Locke has always believed that humans can evolve.

Standing next to Locke, a black woman, Lena, was not only not afraid, but adored.

She is also a supernatural person. On the surface, she looks like a normal person, but she has a scorpion-like tail behind her buttocks, which can easily kill aggressive monsters.

In Dongdu, Tanaka was furious and overturned the desk in front of him.

”Baga, God, are you going to destroy my Dongdu family?”

According to supercomputer calculations, several meteorites will fall into the East China Sea, setting off monstrous waves, and the entire land of Dongdu will be submerged.

Knowing that the Dongdu Survival Base might not be able to keep it, Tanaka quickly concentrated his forces and mobilized 15 submarines, preparing to transfer to the land of Hongdu near the North Pole.
