Global Cataclysm: Starting with a 1000-acre survival base

Chapter 2 Simple Survival Base

”Ding, congratulations to the host for obtaining 10 billion survival points!”

”Ding, congratulations to the host for obtaining a 1000-acre survival base!”

”Ding, congratulations to the host for being a survival steward!”

……

A series of rewards from the system sounded in Su Yuan’s mind. At the same time, on the palm of his left hand, the golden galaxy-shaped totem became hotter and hotter.

He raised his left hand involuntarily, and a golden light shot out from the totem, falling three meters away. When he fixed his eyes, he saw a cute little robot more than 30 centimeters tall and wearing a white skirt, exactly like a real person.

Su Yuan looked at the little robot in surprise, and the little robot said:
”Master, I am Xiaoyu, your survival steward. Do you want to start building a survival base now?”

”Of course, start right away!” Su Yuan said excitedly.

With his own survival base, Su Yuan is no longer willing to go back to T Company, sleep in a dormitory, and eat big pot meals.

”Master, you need to choose a place as soon as possible as your survival base!”

”How should I choose?” Su Yuan looked at Xiaoyu suspiciously.

Xiaoyu moved forward slightly with her finger, and the projection of a planet was displayed, and the planet was marked with three different colors of red, yellow, and green.

”Master, you can choose a place on the map as your living territory.”

”The red area represents the high incidence of extreme weather, the yellow area, relatively speaking, the frequency of extreme weather is less, and the green area is relatively safe!”

”There are already many survival bases in the green area. If you choose a green area, it will easily conflict with other survival bases!” Xiaoyu reminded.

Su Yuan glanced at the virtual map, he didn’t bother to think so much, ”Xiaoyu, help me choose!”

”Okay, the area I selected, Master, is surrounded by five private survival bases, but the chance of disaster happening here is the lowest!”

Xiaoyu put her finger on the map and drew a golden circle, representing the selected place. Outside the golden circle, there were five red dots, representing five private survival bases.

Su Yuan took a look, felt that there was no problem, and nodded.

Ding!Congratulations to the host for choosing the survival base, please be prepared, the system will directly transfer the host to the survival base!

Count down five seconds.

five!
Four!
three!
two!
One!

Su Yuan’s eyes flickered, he was dizzy for a while, and then he fixed his eyes, and there was a vast expanse of white snow in front of him!
When the cold wind blew, Su Yuan’s whole body shivered from the cold.

Su Yuan was stunned.

”Why is it so cold here, Xiaoyu?”

Su Yuan looked at Xiaoyu suspiciously.

Xiaoyu, the survival housekeeper, is very smart, and said seriously:

”Master, this is a plateau glacier, it’s a bit colder, but don’t worry about being submerged by tsunami floods, and there are abundant resources here, if you build a survival base here, the survival index will increase by at least ten percent!”

”Ah! It doesn’t matter if it’s cold! Then what do I need to do next?” Su Yuan sneezed, his mouth and tongue were so cold that he couldn’t use it, and he said in a trembling voice.

”Master, the golden totem on your left hand can communicate with the survival base system. There is a novice gift package issued by the system to the master. Use it directly to build a survival base!”

Su Yuan focused his attention on the golden totem on his left hand, and a virtual golden screen popped up on the golden totem.

A golden screen floated on the palm of the left hand, displaying several main menus such as base, shopping mall, recycling, experiment, development, lottery, backpack, etc.

Su Yuan clicked on the base, and the icon description popped up immediately.

【Zero Survival Base】

【Host: Su Yuan】

【Name: Unnamed】

[Area: 1000 mu of land]

[Equipment: a zero-grade thatched cottage, a zero-grade water supply equipment, a zero-grade heating equipment, a zero-grade wooden fence, a multi-functional radio, a multi-functional stove, a wooden bed, a wooden table, etc.]

Ding, is the host building a survival base now?
”Build!” Su Yuan said silently in his heart.

Immediately, a thatched cottage, a pressurized well, a plugged-in warm baby, a multifunctional radio, a multifunctional stove, as well as daily necessities such as wooden beds and wooden tables fell in front of Su Yuan out of thin air.

The wooden fence encloses the 1000 mu of land in front of Su Yuan.

Su Yuan stared dumbfounded at a thatched shed supported by a few broken logs.

Muddy horse, what are these things, why not go back to T company to live in a dormitory.

And this pressurized well, this is a plateau, it’s so cold, so it’s strange that water can come out?
And the warm baby plugged in, let me use love to generate electricity.

Su Yuan looked at Xiaoyu with a pale face.

”Xiaoyu, this is not a survival base! Is this a slum at all?”

”Master, don’t worry, you can use survival points to upgrade all equipment!”

Su Yuan pointed to the thatched hut, and silently thought about upgrading.

[Thatched Cottage: Level Zero]

[Area: five square meters]

[Upgrading to level 1 requires 10 survival points, or 10 thatch, 5 wood]

With 10 billion survival points in Su Yuan’s hands, he doesn’t care about 10 survival points at all.

”upgrade!”

”Upgrade again!”

”Upgrade again...”

[Thatched Cottage: Level 9]

[Area: 120 square meters]

[Upgrading to level 1 brick house requires 1 survival points, or 1000 bricks]

In a blink of an eye, the thatched shed in front of Su Yuan turned into a brick and tile suite with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.

But Su Yuan was still not satisfied, and raised the brick house to a concrete fortress.

[Concrete Fortress: Level 9]

[Area: 360 square meters]

[Wall thickness: 1 meter]

[Features, anti-cold current, anti-earthquake, can withstand the attack of ordinary beasts]

[To upgrade to level 1 multifunctional survival house, 2 million survival points are required]

Looking at the white concrete fortress in front of him, Su Yuan felt more at ease, and when he walked directly into the fortress, he felt much warmer.

The concrete fortress is divided into three floors, one above ground and two underground. The fly in the ointment is that there is no equipment and it is empty.

Next, Su Yuan upgraded the wooden fence to a log fence, and then upgraded the log fence to a steel fence with a thickness of [-] centimeters and a height of three meters.

And daily necessities such as wooden beds and wooden stools were moved into the concrete fortress.

The concrete fortress has taken on a homely look, too.

Su Yuan checked the points. After upgrading the thatched cottage and the wooden fence, a total of 5 million survival points were spent. Su Yuan also wanted to install power equipment, water circulation equipment, upgrade water supply equipment, and heat preservation equipment, etc.

Most importantly, he’s hungry and needs to eat.

”Xiaoyu, how do you earn survival points? It’s not a problem to spend them all the time!”

”Master, as long as you live an extra day, you will be rewarded with 10000 survival points by twelve noon, and you can also recycle various resources in exchange for survival points.”

”The owner can choose to attack other survival bases, or develop mineral resources, or grow food and obtain resources by himself!”

It’s fine to attack other survival bases. Su Yuan doesn’t have the strength now, and there is no one to develop minerals. For the time being, he can only grow food.

Su Yuan turned on the system, clicked on the mall, searched for food, and found nothing.

The system mall does not sell food!
