Global Cataclysm: Starting with a 1000-acre survival base

Chapter 5 Encountering Several Strange Beasts

Su Yuan directly set up the grill, turned on the multifunctional stove, and grilled corn.

Being bored, Su Yuan went back to the living room, took the multifunction radio to the kitchen and turned it on to listen to the radio.

The multifunctional radio is also a daily necessities obtained in the novice spree, it can receive broadcasts from the whole world.

Su Yuan chose a channel at random, and heard a familiar voice.

”Welcome to T Company Survival Base, broadcast at noon.”

”Last night, in a cold snap, 6 colleagues sacrificed their lives to repair power equipment, and more than 30 colleagues were frostbitten...”

Su Yuan frowned.

Did you have a cold snap last night?

I didn’t feel cold at all!
He forgot that he had turned on the air conditioner, and was covered with a thick velvet quilt, so it was fine if he didn’t sweat.

Hearing the sacrifice of his colleague, Su Yuan was a little sad.

Although he may not know each other, but he also lived in T company, and maybe they met each other on the way to and from get off work.

The host of the broadcast, after reading a bunch of heavy names, began to reward the injured colleagues.

”For all injured colleagues, give the best treatment, and reward each person with 30 catties of corn!”

Su Yuan glanced at the sizzling corn in front of him.

In the survival base of T Company, it is rare for ordinary people to eat corn.

Now, Su Yuan can eat as much roasted corn as he wants, and there will be a wave of Erhuang and instant noodles in a while.

”So much corn, it’s a pity that no one shares it!”

Su Yuan sighed.

Ten minutes later, the corn is roasted.

Su Yuan was so hungry that he didn’t mind burning his mouth, so he gnawed on the corn cobs.

After nibbling a few corns, Su Yuan boiled a pot of boiling water to drink.

Unfortunately, there is no tea.

After eating and drinking enough, Su Yuan narrowed his eyes for a while.

I can’t even imagine living in T company’s survival base these days.

Back on the ground, looking at the corn that was about to ripen, Su Yuan smiled.

Mud horse, my good day has finally begun.

”Instant noodles, start harvesting corn!”

Su Yuan pointed to the first batch of mature corn.

”Meow meow!”

Instant noodles screamed and rushed directly to the cornfield.

Watching instant noodles picking corn.

Su Yuan wondered whether he should grow something else tomorrow, such as potatoes, or raise some fish or chickens and ducks.

Not only must he be fed, but he must also live happily in the age of catastrophe.

呖呖......

At this time, there were bursts of birdsong in the sky.

Su Yuan looked up and saw more than a dozen strange beasts flying over.

It is bigger than an eagle, and its sharp claws can easily catch a sheep to death.

”Master, this is an ordinary level 2 alien beast, Ma Ying. It will eat anything, so go back to the multifunctional survival house!”

Xiaoyu said hurriedly.

Su Yuan felt that the jackals were more powerful than yesterday’s jackals, and there were still more than a dozen of them. He didn’t have a shotgun in his hand, so he hurried into the multi-functional living room with Xiaoyu.

As soon as the 2-ton titanium alloy door was closed, a crash was heard.

The eagle hits the automatic titanium alloy door crazily,

bang bang bang...

Although Su Yuan’s hand was placed on the automatic titanium alloy door, he only felt a slight shaking, but he still had lingering fears.

Grandma, I’m going to buy some weapons and take care of you guys.

”Xiaoyu, what is the best weapon to deal with alien beasts?”

”Master, of course it’s an intelligent attack robot!”

Su Yuan immediately opened the mall and searched for intelligent robots.

[Intelligent attack robot: driven by electric energy, equipped with laser guns and laser cannons, can fight in water, land and air, with 15 billion survival points. 】

I go, can’t afford it!

Su Yuan decided to do it himself, spent 1000 million survival points to buy a laser gun, and spent another 1 million survival points to buy a multifunctional protective mechanical exoskeleton.

[Laser gun: fully charged, can be fired 150 times! 】

[Multifunctional protective mechanical exoskeleton: Titanium alloy bulletproof shell, the claws of ordinary beasts can never tear through the defense, carbon fiber nano-skeleton, only 10 kg in weight! 】

Su Yuan charged the laser gun for 15 minutes, which can be fired 30 times, and then put on the protective mechanical exoskeleton, just like wearing a black armor.

The whole body is covered by a protective mechanical exoskeleton, and the transparent bulletproof tempered glass mask makes Su Yuan’s vision unaffected in the slightest.

What surprised him the most was that there was an auxiliary function on the mask, which could display the distance of the items he saw, as well as the surrounding wind speed, temperature and other indicators.

This is simply for snipers.

Su Yuan opened the automatic titanium alloy gate, and saw a dozen or so hawks eating corn. Erhuang and instant noodles had no attack ability, so they could only choose to play dead.

Seemingly hearing the sound of the automatic titanium alloy door opening, all the eagles stopped eating corn cobs, turned their heads to look at Su Yuan, and rushed over one after another.

Su Yuan picked up the laser gun and shot at the eyes of a sparrow eagle.

The golden laser shot directly through Ma Ying’s head, and Ma Ying immediately fell to the ground.

The other hawks were frightened, flapped their wings, and were about to run away.

Su Yuan quickly seized the opportunity and fired several shots.

Five more hawks were shot to death by lasers.

The other hawks escaped.

Su Yuan walked in front of Ma Ying’s body, looking at the sharp claws that were sharper than knives, and the feathers that were like steel sheets, he secretly rejoiced.

If you are caught by a hawk or slapped by a wing, you will be seriously injured if you are not dead.

”Wang Wang...”

”Meow meow……”

Erhuang and Instant Noodles ran up to Su Yuan pitifully.

Su Yuan saw that a large piece of hair fell off Erhuang and Instant Noodles, exposing the metal shell.

Obviously Ma Ying also attacked Erhuang and Instant Noodles.

I found that I couldn’t eat it, so I let go of Erhuang and instant noodles who pretended to be dead.

”Xiaoyu, how can I repair Erhuang and instant noodles!”

”Master, you can buy a maintenance robot!”

Su Yuan immediately spent 6 million survival points to buy an automatic maintenance machine house. Erhuang and instant noodles can be repaired when they walk in.

【Automatic repair machine house: It can automatically repair the general damage of the robot! 】

Su Yuan originally wanted to buy an intelligent maintenance robot like Erhuang and Instant Noodles, but 3 million survival points are too expensive, and he can’t afford it now.

After repairing Erhuang and instant noodles, Su Yuan continued to let the instant noodles pick corn cobs.

Although he was eaten by Maying several hundred catties, he also harvested 49 kilograms of corn.

Su Yuan took out part of the corn cobs and saved them for dinner and breakfast tomorrow morning. The rest of the corn cobs were recycled by the system and gained more than 4900 million survival points.

After deducting the survival points used to buy seeds, growth acceleration potions, and maintenance robots, Su Yuan still has more than 1 million survival points in his hand.

”Xiaoyu, can the system recover the corpses of the horse eagles?” Su Yuan frowned and looked at the dead bodies of the six horse eagles on the ground.

The meat of the alien beast is not only unpalatable, but also poisonous if eaten, which will cause the body to mutate.

Su Yuan didn’t dare to eat it, making himself inhuman.

”Master, the carcass of an ordinary level 2 alien beast, the system recovers 2 survival points for each one.”

”Actually, there is no need for the master to recover the dead body of the horse eagle. You can try to draw a lottery. If you have the opportunity to obtain the land of power, the master can extract the power of the horse eagle!”
