Chapter 238 Sale Plan
Come to the city hall in the D0101 area. The city hall in the D0101 area has not been lost. After all, this is also the most important and core area of the entire area.

Zhang Cheng hopes to find the relevant person in charge of the federation, and then he can hand over the qualification certificate written by Justin to the federation in D0101 area, and then ask the federation in D0101 area to help him issue a notice.

In this way, all old and new players in the D0101 area know that Zhang Cheng’s legion is officially certified by the federation, and the legion’s qualifications, legion restrictions and other terms will also be notified to other players by the federation.

As long as this is done, Zhang Cheng’s plan to sell his federal army corps can be regarded as a big step forward.

With the qualification certificate shown to Zhang Cheng by Justin, Zhang Cheng easily found a responsible staff member in the federal city hall.

Here, Lieutenant Zhang Cheng’s rank also played a very important role. At least Zhang Cheng didn’t need to expend a lot of effort, and the matter about his legion qualifications had already been settled.

Soon, Zhang Cheng got the legion qualification certificate he wanted, and walked out of the gate of the city hall.

Then, Zhang Cheng quickly sent the qualification certificate issued to him by the Urban Federation to the regional chat channel. With this information, other players can believe what Zhang Cheng said.

The Federation is of course the most authoritative and convincing institution here, and there is no way for players to forge the official qualification certificate.

Therefore, these elite players from various regions dared to completely believe everything that Zhang Cheng had preached before.

The first problem is solved, and then there is the problem of money.

Others are no better than Zhang Cheng, who now has the courage to say that he can directly take out 100 million alliance points in one go?
So even though many people are very tempted by Zhang Cheng’s army quota, they still can only stay away.

Some players also approached Zhang Cheng and asked Zhang Cheng in a private message if he could issue an IOU with him. They will slowly return the 100 million to Zhang Cheng in the form of installments.

Of course, they all expressed their willingness to pay a certain amount of interest.

Zhang Cheng didn’t expect that things would evolve to such an extent. Now he is going to become a loan lender?

This can’t be blamed on him, it’s just that his personal game progress has surpassed other players too much, and things like legion quotas are simply not what should appear at this stage.

Relying on his own ability, Zhang Cheng brought something beyond the purchasing power of the current players to the present, so the players had no choice but to choose to pay in installments.

Among these players, there were few who bargained with Zhang Cheng, because they also knew that Zhang Cheng’s army quota was indeed not expensive.

The ranks of the legion are life-long benefits. Joining the legion is equivalent to having the identity and status of a military rank, and the rank is not static. In the future, they can find ways to improve their rank.

Compared with some temporarily useful weapons and equipment, such things as military rank and identity will undoubtedly be more valuable.

After making some decisions, Zhang Cheng simply agreed to the installment payment requests of some players.

Although this will prevent Zhang Cheng from getting so much cash flow for the time being, but the money will be in place one day, and he is not in a hurry to get so many alliance points now.

And Zhang Cheng thought about it, these players may not be able to prepare so many alliance points at once, and if they want to sell their legion places, paying in installments may indeed be the best way.

Zhang Cheng is not worried that they will renege on their debts, because they can carry out this transaction under the supervision of the federal government.

With the federation supervising the transaction, this transaction is equivalent to being witnessed by the federation, so players cannot cheat if they want.

If the payment is not returned after the due date, the player will be punished with a warning and an increase in interest. If the default continues, there may be more serious consequences.

Zhang Cheng added a new item to the regional channel, explaining that his legion quota can be paid in installments, but the first payment must not be less than 50 alliance points, and the remaining arrears must be paid back by the player within one month.

The interest on the arrears is not high, and there will not be much interest generated within a month. The interest is set just for fun.

One month is not a long time. The reason why Zhang Cheng made the repayment time so tight was because he knew that the alliance points in the game would depreciate very quickly.

At the moment of entering the game, each player only has an initial currency of [-] alliance points.

But now, every time a player takes a task, it may be a reward of nearly [-] alliance points.

As for Zhang Cheng, he can earn more than [-] alliance points a day just by making and selling equipment.

One month later, the players will definitely be stronger than they are now, and the alliance points will also increase accordingly, so Zhang Cheng wants to collect all the final payment in the shortest possible time.

Although many elite players can’t afford 100 million alliance points now, in fact their total assets add up to more than 100 million alliance points.

Because there are many illiquid assets in their manor, such as a lot of supplies and materials they have hoarded, a lot of medicine, food, some equipment ready for use, etc.

And their manor buildings must have invested a lot of money in their construction.

So if they are ruthless, they can actually collect 100 million alliance points immediately, but they need to sell some assets as soon as possible.

Like Ji Shengyu and He Shengliang, although he can spend 150 million alliance points, he still needs to pay a certain price and need to sell some hoarded materials.

The price of the legion quota Zhang Cheng is currently selling is set at 100 million alliance points, so he feels a little sorry that he can’t live up to his reputation.

For this legion quota, Ji Shengyu and He Shengliang had to sell some of his background!
When Zhang Cheng told Ji Shengyu and He Shengliang that he didn’t need to pay the remaining 50 alliance points, Ji Shengyu and He Shengliang refused.

He said bluntly that because of Zhang Cheng’s quota in the legion, he started a hidden mission, and he had already gained a lot of benefits from this hidden mission.

This task is not over yet, and he doesn’t know what rewards are waiting for him in the future, he only knows that the result will not be bad.

So he also told Zhang Cheng that the value of his 150 million flowers, and the current army quota is different from his army quota at that time. At that time, it was earlier and he could directly enter this hidden mission, so he was not blocked. The other players give the first.

So that legion quota is much more precious to him than the current 100 million legion quota.
