Chapter 216 Legion Halo

Chapter 216 Legion Halo
Zhang Cheng was ready to figure out the establishment of the legion in a while, and after the award ceremony was over, Zhang Cheng found Alex.

”Admiral Alex, can I ask you about the fact that the second lieutenant can build a legion?”

Alex admired Zhang Cheng very much, and he patiently answered Zhang Chengdi’s question: ”Ordinary second lieutenants cannot establish an independent army, but you are still a little different...”

Zhang Cheng looked puzzled: ”Different? Where is the difference?”

”Second lieutenant is the rank of the federal army. Of course, he is usually responsible for training soldiers in the federal army. When the war comes, he is also responsible for commanding the soldiers to fight.”

”However, no matter how you say it, the soldiers under the second lieutenant belong to the Federation, and they still have to directly obey the Federation’s transfer orders.”

”As for you, under Mayor Justin’s special instructions, you are exempted from entering the army to train soldiers on a daily basis, which means that you can still move freely and do not need to perform the duties and obligations of the army. In short, your special The rank of second lieutenant is not a real power system, but more like an honor system.”

”But in order to ensure your safety and prevent infected creatures from retaliating against you, Mayor Justin specifically allows you to establish a private army.”

”This private legion is directly affiliated to you, not directly to the federation. Their main responsibility is to be responsible for your security. However, the daily maintenance of this legion is paid by the federation, which can be regarded as a kindness to you. Compensation and rewards.”

After listening to Alex’s words, Zhang Cheng finally understood the significance of establishing a legion.

The rank of second lieutenant he obtained is equivalent to a false position without real power, it is only equivalent to an honor, and the independent army he can establish is almost the same meaning.

Once he established an independent legion, the soldiers in the legion, like him, might also get the aura of increasing military rank and gain some buff effects.

”So where should I go to register and establish my legion?” Zhang Cheng asked. After he had guessed in his mind, Zhang Cheng already knew that establishing a legion might be a very powerful right.

”Go to the city hall, you can go directly to Mayor Justin.”

……

When Zhang Cheng came to the federal city hall, Justin greeted him early as if he knew he would come, and asked someone to bring Zhang Cheng in directly.

”I’ve seen Bertram, so you must know that I want you to form an independent army to protect you.”

”After all, you must be being targeted by the entire infection camp now. Ensuring your safety is a very important task. I suggest that starting today, you can reduce the time you go to the wild to avoid the risk of exposure.”

”Once your traces are discovered by infected creatures, it won’t be long before all the infected creatures around you will flock to you. For the bloodthirsty necklace, they will do whatever it takes.”

Justin looked serious, and Zhang Cheng also looked solemn: ”I understand.”

Justin nodded and said, ”You can build a legion of 100 people. As for which fighters to form the legion, it’s up to you to choose. You can choose the person you trust the most, or you can ask the Federation to arrange for you the bravest warriors.” fighter.”

”Thank you mayor, but I’ll do it myself.”

Zhang Cheng speculated that after joining his independent army, the members of the army would get additional buffs. Zhang Cheng must make good use of this. How could Justin help him arrange for federal non-player soldiers to come in?

With the increase effect of the second lieutenant’s rank as a reference, it is conceivable that the increase effect of the legion should not be too bad.

【Are you sure you want to confirm the establishment of the legion——Tiangong Affiliated Legion? 】

”Confirm the establishment.”

[Established successfully. 】

【Tiangong Affiliated Legion】

[Team Leader: Second Lieutenant Winner and Defeat Bandit]

[Number of legion members: 0/100]

Zhang Lima called all the camp members on the alliance channel and told them about his independent army.

”My God, the second lieutenant still has this privilege, isn’t that a little bit ridiculous?”

”As expected of my boss, it’s just that I’m different from others. Others are still trying their best to build a good relationship with NPCs. Our boss is already a second lieutenant of the Federation. So many big bosses are just equal to the boss.”

”But boss, do you think there is any effect in joining this legion? Or will we be dispatched by the Federation if we join the legion?”

Everyone was very interested in Zhang Cheng’s independent army. Zhang Cheng answered the camp members’ questions one by one. The members didn’t say much, and clicked to join Zhang Cheng’s army.

”Wow! Look what this is!”

Ah Hao was quick-witted, and he immediately discovered a strange thing, and shared it in the camp chat channel.

Zhang Cheng also clicked to view the content shared by Ah Hao.

【Legion Member: Good Husband】

【Military rank: Corporal】

[Military Rank Effect: Acquisition Speed of Three Experience Points +10%
Get a [-]% discount on purchasing materials in the Federal Collection Team
Possess the right to purchase some hidden formulas in the Federal Science and Technology Association
Have free repair quota in federal weapon shop and armor shop
Have a free training pet quota in the federal pet store
...]

really!

Zhang Cheng nodded secretly. After joining his army, all the members of the camp had the same boosting effect as he did.

Although it is only the rank of non-commissioned officer of a corporal, the horror of its increase effect is already very exaggerated.

The additional acquisition speed of the three experiences increases by 40%. If a certain piece of jewelry equipment can have this attribute, it is estimated that it can be sold for an alliance point of [-] million!
After all, Zhang Cheng’s white jade pendant only has an additional bonus of 5.00%. As for the white jade pendant, other players besides Zhang Cheng would have to spend 10,000+ alliances to obtain it. ordered.

The additional gain of more than twice the experience value of the white jade pendant is more valuable than two white jade pendants.
After all, players can’t equip two white jade pendants at the same time, and even if they can equip two white jade pendants, it is equivalent to wasting one more accessory equipment slot.

Furthermore, the increase effect of military rank has always been stable, unlike the white jade pendant, which also has the consumption of durability wear and tear.

Although the accessories and equipment in the game generally do not drop the durability value, when the player dies in the wild, the durability value of all the equipment on his body will be deducted partly.

The same is true for accessories and equipment.

So although the durability of accessories and equipment is generally consumed very little, there is always something wrong.

So just this attribute increase alone is already worth hundreds of thousands of alliance points!
