Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 330: Inventory of Hantang Science and Technology Revenue
Chapter 330 Inventory of Han and Tang Science and Technology Income

So Lin Xuan, who frowned slightly, was thinking about the income of his company.

At present, Hantang Technology has several major profitable projects. The first one is the super tempered glass business of Hantang Optical Company.

The second is the Hantang mobile phone business. The Hantang mobile phone business mainly sells accessories such as Tangfeng chip platform and OIS optical image stabilization lens, wireless light, WIPI integrated communication module, etc. In addition, the profit of other people’s OEM mobile phones is also included.

The third thing is the field of set-top boxes, in which Hantang Technology still maintains its dominant position.

This is the fourth Hantang Semiconductor Company. Hantang Semiconductor is currently manufacturing chips for many subsidiaries of Hantang Technology and other companies such as Weisheng Electronics.

The fifth important profitable project is the field of wireless optical communication. In this field, wireless optical communication equipment and product projects have begun to take shape after several months of brewing.

Among the profits in the field of wireless optical communication, Hantang Technology’s profit is mainly from the sale of wireless optical communication equipment products and corresponding chips for profit.

Finally, there is a profit worth mentioning, which is the profit of patent fees.

In terms of profit from patent fees, Hantang Technology can bring huge profits to Hantang Technology by doing nothing. At present, it can receive nearly 60 million US dollars in patent fees every month.

The sixth profitable project is the Hantang computer project!

Hantang computer project is mainly divided into the production of core equipment such as Hantang CPU processor, Hantang graphics card, Hantang motherboard, Hantang memory, etc.

In addition, on Hantang Computer, Hantang Technology also collects patent fees from other companies in the form of patent fees!

After calculating the current major income of Hantang Technology, Lin Xuan looked at a financial statement, which is a summary of Hantang Technology’s major business income.

The first Hantang optical business income: 1.02 billion Xia Yuan, 174 million US dollars.

Compared with the 700 million Xia Yuan a few months ago, in these few months, super tempered glass has gradually opened up two super markets, the construction industry and super tempered glass poles, so the current monthly income of Hantang Optical can be $174 million!

Second mobile phone business revenue: 1.7 billion Xiayuan, or 242 million U.S. dollars.

The US$242 million is mainly the income of mobile phone OEMs, mobile phone accessories and related patent fees.

This mobile phone accessories are mainly Tangfeng chip platform, OIS optical image stabilization, WIPI/wireless optical integrated wireless communication module and other mobile phone accessories.

The third set-top box business income: 650 million Xia Yuan, 92 million US dollars.

In the past few months, as Hantang Technology lowered the price of set-top boxes and adopted the routine of making money from hardware without making money from software like Rice TV, the sales of smart set-top boxes ushered in explosive growth.

Although the ultra-low price of the smart set-top box has greatly reduced the hardware income, it can be said that it does not lose money but only earns hard money.

However, the long-term revenue from software has increased significantly. At present, the revenue from the smart set-top box business in the global market has reached 650 million Xiayuan, which is 92 million U.S. dollars!

The fourth is the wireless optical communication business. The revenue of this business is 2.5 billion Xia Yuan, or 357 million US dollars!

This business is mainly the comprehensive income from the sale of wireless optical communication equipment, silicon optical communication chips and patent fees.

In addition, because many countries are currently building wireless optical communication facilities, it is necessary to purchase equipment and a large number of silicon optical communication chips.

The wireless optical communication business brings the largest profit to Hantang Technology. At present, it can bring Hantang Technology a monthly income of 357 million U.S. dollars, and this 357 million U.S. dollars is not fixed and is still in the process of gradually increasing.

This is a large communication market worth hundreds of billions of dollars, and there is still a lot of room for exploration in the future, so the revenue of wireless optical communication services can continue to skyrocket in the future.

The fifth is the income of Hantang Semiconductor.

Because Hantang Semiconductor mainly manufactures for its own company, the OEM for others only accounts for part of the production capacity.

So its profits are not high. If the current monthly income is converted into US dollars, it is actually only a mere 20 million yuan per month.

The sixth is the income from the Hantang computer business. The income from the Hantang computer business is not as much as outsiders imagined.

In Hantang Computer, Hantang Technology has established its own software and hardware ecosystem in order to defeat the deeply solid X86 computer system, let its user number rapidly expand in the shortest possible time.

Hantang Technology adopts the strategy of low price and high performance, so the profit earned by Hantang Computer due to low price is not as much as expected.

Among them, on the computer operating system, Hantang Technology actually does not earn a penny but has to keep paying in. It needs to hire a large number of employees to maintain the Hantang system, develop new functions and develop next-generation computer systems, etc.

So Hantang Technology not only failed to make money on the Hantang system, but was in a state of serious loss of money.

At present, the total number of employees of Hantang Technology that specializes in serving Hantang computer systems has reached more than 800 people. These 800 people are all senior programmers who need to pay a lot of money.

The salary of such a senior programmer can often match the salary of several ordinary workers, so although the number of these 800 people is small, they are actually big beasts that swallow money.

Hantang Technology needs to pay a lot of money for them every month. The successful development of the project or the BOU needs to be rewarded, as well as overtime pay, wages, overtime food rewards...

Finally converted, Hantang Technology’s monthly expenditure on the computer system reached nearly 7.6 million yuan.

So in a speech at the beginning, Lin Xuan lamented that the most profitable profession for ordinary people in this era is the profession of programmer!

Back to the topic, the computer system of the Han and Tang Dynasties did not make money, and the next step is the hardware.

In terms of hardware, due to the low-price strategy adopted, the profit of Hantang Technology is actually not optimistic.

Moreover, there are many things in the Hantang Computer launched this time that Lin Xuan is no longer the only one to complete, so the Hantang Computer is actually a product of the joint research and development of Hantang Technology employees.

In this, Lin Xuan only plays an auxiliary role, a mentor.

Because of Lin Xuan, they avoided many detours and were able to go straight to the road of success. Lin Xuan only played a supporting role.

Among them, the team of scientific researchers of Hantang Technology is also constantly expanding, so the calculation of the cost of computer hardware for this sale is included.

It is necessary to calculate the cost of scientific research and development, the salary of scientific research personnel, dividends and rewards, and the production of chip factories to make profits. In addition, the profits of supporting the computer system of the Han and Tang Dynasties must be converted, and finally domestic and foreign customs taxes are added...

So Hantang CPU and graphics cards, motherboards, memory and other hardware really did not make a lot of money, but only a small profit.

Take the low-end CPU as an example. The price of the low-end CPU in China is 299. Overseas, because customs taxes and long-distance transportation fees have to be paid, the price is higher than the local price.

As for the customs tax and transportation fee, Hantang Technology will naturally not let itself bear it, but will hand over the additional expenses such as transportation fee and customs tax to overseas consumers, so the price of overseas CPUs exceeds that of domestic consumers.

Among them, Hantang Technology does not discriminate against overseas consumers, because the profits earned by Hantang Technology are close to the same as those of local consumers.

Among them, the Hantang A3 processor priced at 299 Xiayuan, Hantang Technology can make a profit of 70 Xiayuan each, and the Hantang A5 processor Hantang Technology earns a little more.
