Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 2159: Chapter 2153: Helping to Find People

Qin Xue believed in this the most, because before, no one had ever talked to her about these things, but she had come this far step by step. Her major achievements were largely due to her independence in her past life, so here, she becomes more determined about what she can do herself. She didn’t want to be like in her past life, haggling over every little benefit.

Once this mindset changed, even the biggest issues became no big deal.

Now that An Hao could let it go, Qin Xue felt she hadn’t misjudged her, because no matter what, Chen Lei was still her mother-in-law. As long as she stayed with Li Zhao, she had no choice.

In both actions and thoughts, he had to be considered, because only in this way could she understand the meaning of family.

”I don’t know anyone, but I can go back and ask my grandmother; she knows a lot of people, and she also understands this field. I think with her help, it will be much better.” An Hao couldn’t do these things herself, but she could find a way. So after listening to Qin Xue, she did not refuse her immediately, but thought of a solution.

”That’s fine, as you can see, I haven’t opened yet, so if you have the time, please help me check it out. However, the pay won’t be very high—I will pay based on the quality of their work. When you ask around, make sure to mention this first. I welcome anyone who is willing to come, but I won’t force those who don’t want to.” Qin Xue had no objections to this, after all, people are different.

Just like those mentioned by Dongfang Li, Qin Xue only observed their working styles and didn’t go into deep discussions with them.

Because others had said she didn’t want to come, persuading further would be futile.

Now that An Hao is helping her find people, she must first make others understand her intention. If they are willing to come, that’s the best. If they feel coming here lowers their status, then they shouldn’t bother.

Qin Xue doesn’t lack those few people, but she is thinking about doing better things. If she can help, she will help, but only she knows if she can seize the opportunity.

Not entirely, those who’ve known her for years understand, like Nangong Beiying and Qing Zhu. They’ve spent quite a bit of time with her, so Qin Xue didn’t elaborate further.

”Okay, I will definitely convey your intentions, but are you sure you want to hire people?” An Hao still couldn’t quite believe that Qin Xue would just do it as soon as she mentioned it; she’s a real action-taker.

”When have you ever seen me joking around? Rest assured, as long as they are skilled, I want as many as you can find. Of course, character is the most important; otherwise, don’t think I’m ruthless if I end up not hiring them after calling them here.” Qin Xue gave a heads-up, with other matters to address later.

”I will definitely do what I promise. I won’t let anyone unsuitable come.” An Hao is now a shop owner herself, so she knows how powerful goodwill can be and how such matters can reveal someone’s true character.

What they need to do is to hire more skilled personnel who are genuinely good at heart. Once they get started, wanting to take a break or entertain other thoughts becomes very challenging.

These matters depend on what is on their minds because a little more trust between people is always better.
