Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 1953: Chapter 1947: The Grand Gesture of Qin Xue

Qin Xue is now looking for a major customer who can digest her herbal medicine. But amidst the vast sea of people, she doesn’t know anyone, so she has no choice. What she wants now is to buy a house, open a shop, and then use her medical knowledge to research and make skincare products. Surely she can make money from that, right?

”Qin Xue, why are you so obsessed with buying a house?” An Hao didn’t understand what Qin Xue was thinking at all.

”Intuition. Just tell me, do you believe in me or not?” How could Qin Xue explain to her that the real estate trend is coming and that buying now won’t lead to a loss? She feared she’d be seen as a monster if she said it out loud.

”Of course I believe you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have opened a store when you asked me to.” An Hao trusted Qin Xue, so she did as she said when Qin Xue talked about these things.

”Then stop wasting time. I’ve already said that when no one buys your house, you can come to me, and I’ll buy it. This way, you don’t have any worries. Come with me, let’s go check out some houses together.” Actually, Qin Xue didn’t have much money to buy a lot of houses, but she could manage one or two.

This time, when she returned, her brother gave her a savings passbook. She had no idea how he managed to earn so much money, so she realized she could buy a house. Combined with the money from the clothing store and factory, she had no problem at all.

She knew too well the principle of not revealing one’s wealth, which is why she didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. Otherwise, she would have wanted to buy everything up directly. Luckily, no one here knew her. Otherwise, people would’ve questioned where she got so much money.

So, when Qin Xue was doing all of this, she was very calculated. She wouldn’t stand out too much, but she had to make money.

”Alright, I get it. I’ll go with you, and I’ll buy one too, is that okay?” An Hao eventually relented to Qin Xue’s insistence. The money she’d earned these days, plus what she originally had, was barely enough to buy a house. After all, her several brothers gave her money when she got married, along with her uncles, grandparents, and grandma and grandpa, so it all added up to a fair amount.

So, when Qin Xue asked her to buy a house, she was hesitating not about whether she had enough money, but about whether to buy one at all.

The two sisters went to the sales office and found out there would soon be a development near the market. Qin Xue was tempted. In the end, Qin Xue bought the one next to An Hao’s and they also reserved a storefront in the new market. Holding the deed, Qin Xue sighed. She was a pauper once again.

She was originally a millionaire, but with this move, she’d returned to pre-liberation days, as broke as ever.

”Qin Xue, you’re really going all out, buying two houses at once. Don’t you need to ask Molin?” Even after leaving, An Hao hadn’t recovered from the shock. Qin Xue was amazing, to have the courage to buy so many and yet can’t live in them all. At a time when she really had no money, she didn’t hesitate for a moment. It was just too damn thrilling.

Speaking of this, An Hao felt she was nothing compared to Qin Xue. Qin Xue was so full of guts, while she was just a small shrimp.

”I won’t. Don’t worry. He listens to me.” Qin Xue wasn’t lying. According to Chu Molin, a wife is married to be cherished, not to suffer. As long as she’s happy, it’s fine. Money can be earned again, but if she’s unhappy, he won’t be happy either.

Besides, Qin Xue wasn’t buying houses just for fun. She had her own plans, so naturally, Chu Molin wouldn’t say anything about it. He knew Qin Xue was prudent, so he wasn’t worried at all.
