Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space

Chapter 1939: Chapter 1933 Parent-Child Activity

In the children’s world, they only think about playing, and don’t think too much about doing other things, because their hearts are solely focused on play.

But in the following events, Qin Xue’s previous assumptions were challenged. She originally thought children only play and don’t engage in other activities, but after observing the children’s behavior, she realized she might have overthought it.

Because the children clearly distinguish between playtime and study time—playing well when it’s time to play and studying diligently when it’s time to study—Qin Xue, after participating in this program, contemplated more than ever about how to better care for and help the children.

Thus, after collecting the prize with the children and returning to the hospital, Qin Xue began various studies and experiments, hoping for a future world where the children experience less illness and more love.

For this reason, Qin Xue believes that children’s world can’t be understood through the usual adult mindset. Now that she’s also a parent, she applies the insights from those times to her own child.

She just hopes her child can grow up happily and healthily, get married, have children, and live a joyous life. This is the greatest hope for them as mothers.

So, when Fang Xiu spoke about adults not understanding children, Qin Xue disagreed, because, no matter what, we must care about a child’s heart, asking them what they need and don’t need. This is something parents must understand clearly.

”Hello, sisters-in-law.” Xiao Qi walked in and saw Qin Xue and Fang Xiu chatting together.

”Xiao Qi, aren’t you working today? How come you have time to visit me?” Qin Xue asked Xiao Qi upon hearing his voice.

”I want to find Yingying, but I can’t locate her. Can you help me find her?” Xiao Qi initially thought Qin Xue was with Nangong Beiying, but that didn’t seem to be the case. He didn’t know where she went, and the Nangongs wouldn’t tell him, so he came to Qin Xue, hoping she could help him for the sake of Beiying.

”Isn’t Yingying at home? She didn’t mention going anywhere,” Qin Xue said, knowing that Nangong Beiying was in a special condition right now and wouldn’t run around aimlessly.

Being a pregnant woman who just came back, where else could she go? So, Xiao Qi’s words seemed somewhat off.

”I went looking for her but couldn’t find her—not at the restaurant, not at the company. I even went to their house but didn’t see her. Her subordinates wouldn’t tell me her whereabouts, so I could only come to you, big sister-in-law, pleading for your help,” Xiao Qi said. He had planned to find her in a few days, but last night he had a dream that scared him.

So, after waking up early, he went to find Nangong Beiying. However, she was nowhere to be found, and now nobody was treating him kindly, which made him even more anxious, not knowing what was going on. Why had things suddenly changed, making him uneasy?

”How is that possible, we just met yesterday,” Qin Xue thought, pondering how she had just helped Qing Teng with the antidote. How could it be that she disappeared as Xiao Qi described?

”It’s true, otherwise, I wouldn’t be urgently searching for you,” Xiao Qi’s heart sank after hearing Qin Xue’s words.

”Alright then, I’ll help you look for her tomorrow.” Qin Xue had no choice. Fang Xiu was still there, and as it was getting dark, it would be better to go tomorrow.
