Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 1395: Sunrise Inner City Part 12

Two days later...

Haven Wind Town, Vanguard Guild Residence

Many Vanguard Guild members were gathered at the guild residence, with conversations happening in multiple areas.

And most of these members who were previously stuck at session 3.0 from the Training Hall had officially passed session 3.1 under the constant review footage from Xu Feng’s demonstration video.

”I’ve finally surpassed this hell!”

”No more being bounced around like some ping pong ball!”

”To hell with these puppets! I can now dodge them with my eyes closed!”

”Oh, really? Then do it! Let us witness your impeccable ability!”

”Shut up!”

The member was naturally bragging. He had barely passed it with a fraction of his health left. As if he would really do the test blindfolded.

Just when laughter consumed the scene at their banter, a member finally appeared from the upper floors.

In that moment, the chattering subtly went away, with many eyeing this elite member.

Although this elite member was similar in rank to some, they didn’t dare to be rude to her.

After all, she was not just an elite member, but also a member of the Star Team, as well as a helper to their Guild Captain, Kailey.

Kailey was a top Gun Knight within the guild, and some even began to discuss her being suitable to be a team leader herself. Alas, it was just a pity that Kailey remained loyal to Blue Star because the latter had taught her a lot.

Not to mention, they were all in the same guild.

There was no need to keep swapping around, especially when the Vanguard Guild despised classification or obnoxious behavior within the guild.

”Everyone must have waited for quite a while.” Kailey lightly greeted everyone with a friendly smile. Her gentle and sweet tone instantly caused the atmosphere to relax as many felt at ease with her in taking control.

Shortly after greeting them, Kailey walked toward the big bulletin board and pasted a large notice.

[Recruitment Threshold for the upcoming dungeon raid led by Guild Leader Lin Feng!]

The title was large enough for everyone to know what this was about.

But then again, they had all gathered here because they wanted to see what the requirement threshold was to be enlisted. Everyone here, including those in elite teams, was not exempt.

A raid led by Xu Feng... who would want to miss it?

Everyone rushed to pass session 3.1 just to get to the threshold.

No way they would be giving up now!

Once the notice was posted, Kailey cleared her throat. ”First of all, congrats to those who passed the hellish session 3.1 and met the minimum threshold requirement.”

Cheers quickly erupted after Kailey congratulated them.

But it lasted for just a few seconds because everyone knew the real challenge was now.

Sure enough, everyone’s body tensed up terribly when Kailey began to recite the requirement.

”First, you need to have a set amount of overall GMP. Keep in mind that this is the total GMP you’ve earned throughout the duration from the guild, and not your current count.”

”Second, you need to have participated in assisting a certain threshold revolving the Vanguard Guild’s business. It’s any type of business, so whether you contributed raw materials or some other thing, they all count.”

”Third, you need to sign a strict confidential contract and pass a combat experience test because this raid isn’t going to be easy.”

”Last but not least, your behavior and reputation within the guild. Although the Guild Leader believes no one has done anything offensive, a procedure screening is still required to maintain our guild’s policy of being fair and just.”

Once the last requirement was stated, Kailey clasped her hands and patiently waited.

She was positive that some might have questions regarding the last question. After all, the first, second, and third were pretty obvious. But the last one was a bit abnormal.

What determines one’s good reputation and behavior?

This kind of calculation was something that varied depending on the person.

To them, it was nearly impossible to calculate unless they had a formula.

”No offense, but how do I know if I’m doing well or badly?”

”Yeah, some of us do PvP in neutral or PvP zones. Does it mean we can’t kill indiscriminately anymore?”

At the end of the day, the Divine World was still treated as an MMO by many. If they couldn’t kill others in maps designed for PK, then what was the fun in it to grow stronger?

They might as well go to solo games, where it is strictly player versus environment, if they don’t want to play a player-versus-player game.

”Haha, I understand everyone’s concern, but fret not. The behavior and reputation are unlocked in your guild feature. Everything is listed there.” Kailey announced and activated the feature.

To be honest, when she first learned about this feature, she was taken aback.

However, everything was cleared up once she realized one of the perks of being a high noble in the empire was to trigger the hidden reputation and fame amongst his guild.

’The Guild Leader always brings out fascinating things that shock us to the core.’ Kailey was certain that those who made an enemy out of her guild leader were destined to be toyed with.

Sometime later, almost everyone present met the requirement, with a few just narrowly missing the threshold of a good citizen.

What made them utterly helpless was the reason for their lower reputation value.

”Damn it... I simply didn’t buy their potatoes, and they lowered me?” A member cried in agony.

”Shut up! I was knocked back by another player and destroyed a cabbage stall. That old man kept screaming, ”Not my cabbages”, so I offered to compensate, but they hated me. They said it’s not the first time it happened from fellow Immortals, so they gave me a complaint to the guards.” Another hissed and felt like they were collateral damage caused by some other players.

Overall, the gist was that some were relieved while some were disgruntled that NPCs were the cause of their disqualification.
