Reincarnation of the Strongest Healer

Chapter 1029: Flaws Everywhere

Kailey was unsure why the Guild Leader was willing to let their enemy experience their training hall, but she knew he must have a plan.

Therefore, she followed and obeyed the command without fail.

Sure enough, she managed to witness how a haughty person was rendered speechless and became no different than any regular player.

So what if you have a high ranking in some other affiliations?

In front of the Vanguard Guild, you are still nothing!

Kailey might not have been with the guild for a long time, but her loyalty had only increased and never faltered. Unlike other guilds that played favoritism, the Vanguard Guild was truly fair and just in their promotion and opportunity given to loyal members.

She was able to completely ditch her real-world job and become a full-time Divine World player.

Her salary in the Vanguard Guild was even higher than what she would earn in 3 months working her tedious and trashy job in the real world.

Moreover, she didn’t need to face any discrimination or sexual harassment remarks in the office.

’Let’s see what Nathan’s progress is. He was able to assist my mission repeatedly, so I should repay the favor.’ Kailey thought to herself and turned her attention to his chamber.

Initially, she thought he would be struggling at first like Natasha.

But to her astonishment, he was actually breezing through the Illusory Sparring Chamber as if he were taking a walk in the park.

”How did he do that?” Dumbfounded, Kailey hurriedly browsed through the replay feature and her face quickly turned serious.

For someone who had experienced the chamber before, Kailey understood what Nathan did could only be accomplished by someone who was already familiar with the process.

’Could it be that there’s an unknown organization who got their hands on this item?’ Kailey was alarmed and swiftly relayed the discovery to the Guild Leader.

This chamber and other specialized chambers were their greatest chip to surpass the other guilds. If it was no longer capable of monopolization, then it wouldn’t be long before their guild would descend in revenue and influence.

Meanwhile, in Xu Feng’s chamber, he was baffled when Kailey suddenly sent him an emergency message.

’Did Natasha mess up already?’ Curious, Xu Feng continued to confront the illusory figure in front of him while opening his message. This wasn’t training for him but merely a small practice to ensure he wouldn’t go rusty.

Hence, he was able to casually multi-task and notice his action had inadvertently caused a misunderstanding.

’I guessed I overdid it a little bit.’ Xu Feng paused the simulation and realized Kailey had mistaken his feat for a major crisis.

He really couldn’t blame Kailey for holding such thoughts either.

In fact, he was actually satisfied with her swift response upon making such a discovery.

Although he could resolve the misunderstanding by coming clean with his identity, Xu Feng had no intention of doing so. The ”Nathan” he used was something he planned on having zero connection with the Vanguard Guild.

His appearance in the training hall would be solely for his curiosity and interest in the rumored combat experience to the public.

After pondering a few moments, Xu Feng resumed the simulation while discreetly responding to Kailey.

Lin Feng: Keep a close eye on Nathan. Since he’s unaffiliated, there’s no need to provoke the latter. I’ll inform my boss and let him decide.

Outside the chamber, Kailey was struck in a daze momentarily. The boss that her Guild Leader referred to was naturally the mysterious and elusive Eclipse Nova, who hadn’t shown his presence for a long time.

While she realized her duty was technically done, her expression soon brightened up when Xu Feng sent her another message.

Lin Feng: Good work on your mission and the discovery. 1,000 Vanguard Guild Merit Points have been deposited into your account.

Without hesitation, Kailey hurriedly composed herself and replied professionally.

Kailey: Thank you, Guild Leader. I’m only doing my duty as an elite member of the Star Team.

Lin Feng: Haha, I bet Blue Star must be gleeful to have you as a member. To think you would be promoting her team.

Kailey: A little bit of shamelessness is alright.

Lin Feng: That’s the spirit of my Vanguard Guild member!

Shortly after the conversation ended, Kailey’s face still couldn’t stop smiling.

Chatting with her Guild Leader was never traumatizing or pressuring.

Instead, she felt as if she was conversing with a fellow good friend who could laugh and joke. This was the kind of Guild Leader that every player wished to have.

While Kailey concentrated on Xu Feng’s disguised chamber, back at Natasha’s chamber, she was starting to contemplate her life.

She scratched her head and wondered if she was the one with problems or if the Illuminati had a problem with their training sets. Most of her combat experience was learned and trained by the set conducted by the experts from Illuminati.

Yet now she was being informed by the system’s analysis that at least over 70% of what she learned was incorrect or filled with flaws. These flaws were even stated as significant enough to incur negative impacts in the future and should be mended as soon as possible.

’Could this be a lie?’ Natasha wondered silently. She seriously couldn’t accept the analysis and wanted to believe the Vanguard Guild was controlling something behind the scenes to ruin her foundation.

However, if that was truly the case, then such an in-depth analysis to deceive her was very well made. After all, she had come to terms with the majority of what the system’s analysis had stated.

Shaking her head, Natasha clenched her fist.

”Maybe it was because the illusory figure was my first fight. I won’t get caught off-guard again.” She murmured and determination soon filled her eyes.

Without hesitation, she resumed the fight and commenced the second round of confronting the generated illusory figure.

She was prepared this time. ”Come at me, you damn illusory figure. Watch how I’ll decimate you into nothingness!”
