Daily Intelligence: Forced to Save the Beautiful President at the Beginning

216: Chapter 217 Shocking, World’s First TechnologyAt the main forum of the Geneva summit, the air seemed to freeze the moment Zhang Fan announced the opening of the patents.

When the words ”free licensing to non-hostile countries” fell, there was a brief silence in the audience, followed by a tsunami of discussion—representatives from neutral countries were shocked, tech company executives leaned forward, and even the Western media reporters, who had been watching coldly, put down their pens and stared fixedly at the demonstration equipment on the podium.

”Free licensing? That’s impossible!” shouted the CEO of a Western chip company in the crowd.

One must know that the patent licensing fees for similar chips from Aivda reached hundreds of millions of dollars annually; this move by Singularity was undoubtedly overturning the rules of the game in the global tech industry.

Mark Anderson staggered back two steps, his face as pale as paper.

He stared fixedly at the Photon Chip on the demonstration platform, as if trying to see through it—the real-time test data from just moments ago was still echoing in his mind: 1200TOPS of computing power, 92% yield, and half the cost of their rivals.

Each item was like a heavy hammer, shattering his last bit of luck.

”This is fake! It’s a magic trick!” he roared, trying to save a shred of face.

”Without ASML’s EUV lithography machines, you couldn’t possibly make chips like this!”

Zhang Fan ignored his hysteria and raised his hand to signal Zhou Yurou to start the final demonstration.

”Since Mr. Mark doesn’t believe it, let the facts speak for themselves.”

His voice was calm but highly penetrating, ”Next, we will conduct a live chip performance showdown—on one side is Singularity’s third-generation Photon Chip, and on the other is Aivda’s latest flagship chip. The test data will be released in real-time, and the entire process will be supervised by experts from the International Electrotechnical Commission.”

The technical team quickly set up the test platform.

Two white-haired international experts stepped onto the stage, carefully inspected the packaging and interfaces of both chips, and after confirming there were no tricks, nodded to signal the start.

The big screen at the venue was split in two; the left side showed the Singularity chip, and the right side showed the Aivda chip.

The test data scrolled in real-time: [AI Computing Power Test] Singularity chip: 1200TOPS, Aivda chip: 900TOPS, Gap: 33.3% lead; [Energy Consumption Test] Singularity chip: 0.05 W/TOPS, Aivda chip: 0.08 W/TOPS, Gap: 37.5% lower energy consumption; [Extreme Environment Stability Test] Simulated space low temperature (-50°C): Singularity chip operates normally, Aivda chip computing power drops by 20%; Simulated high temperature (85°C): Singularity chip maintains 95% computing power, Aivda chip experiences lag.

The announcement of each piece of data was like a bomb detonating at the scene.

When the extreme environment test ended and the Singularity chip won with an overwhelming advantage, the audience could no longer hold back; they stood up one after another and burst into thunderous applause.

An expert representative from the International Electrotechnical Commission walked onto the stage, picked up the microphone, and said excitedly, ”After our on-site supervised testing, Singularity Technology’s third-generation Photon Chip has fully surpassed current top international levels in the three core indicators of computing power, energy consumption, and stability. The test data is true and valid; there is no fraud whatsoever!”

”What is even more shocking,” the expert changed the subject, pointing to the internal structure breakdown diagram of the chip, ”is that the three-dimensional photon waveguide structure used in this chip is a globally pioneering original technology. It is fundamentally different from Aivda’s planar structure, so the accusation of ’plagiarism’ is completely unfounded!”

At this moment, Mark Anderson completely collapsed.

His legs went weak, and he slumped into his chair, holding his head in his hands, muttering repeatedly, ”It’s over, everything is over.”

The three ”industry experts” who had previously echoed him had already snuck out of the venue, fearing they would be questioned by the media.

The faces of the Western tech giants were livid, and they exchanged panicked glances—they knew clearly that Singularity’s technological breakthrough meant the era of Western monopoly over the global chip industry was about to end.

Zhang Fan raised his hand to signal everyone to be quiet, and the scene quickly returned to calm.

He walked to the big screen, pointed his finger lightly, and a global supply chain map appeared on the screen.

Red lines started from Jiangcheng, China, and connected to Germany, Southeast Asia, Africa, and other places, labeled with words like ”Photon Chip Production Base,” ”Sensor R&D Center,” and ”Core Component Factory.”

”Next, I want to announce the second major event.”

Zhang Fan’s voice carried unprecedented firmness, ”Singularity Technology has built a completely autonomous and controllable supply chain system—from chip design and sensor R&D to core component production and final assembly, we can achieve full-chain production without relying on the technology or equipment of any Western company.”

The screen simultaneously played live footage of the supply chain: in the Photon Chip R&D center in Jiangcheng, engineers were debugging the next generation of chips; in the domestic sensor factory, independently developed production lines were running at full speed; in the factory of Rhine Photonics in Germany, workers were packaging chips, and the subtitle on the side displayed ”Monthly capacity 300,000 units, yield 92%.”

”What does this mean?”

Zhang Fan’s gaze swept across the audience, his tone firm, ”It means that Western technological blockades and supply chain strangulation can no longer trap us! It means that from today on, the rules of the game in the global tech industry will no longer be dictated by a few Western giants!”

He raised his hand, and the words ”eastern technology standard” appeared on the screen, with the flags of countries around the world in the background.

”I announce that Singularity Technology will unite with tech companies from China, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, and other countries to jointly initiate the ’eastern technology standard’ initiative.”

”We will open patent licensing for core technologies such as Photon Chip, AI medical, and Star Core Engine to the world, building an open, fair, and win-win new global technology order. We welcome all countries and companies that are willing to abandon technological monopoly and pursue common development to join us!”

As his voice fell, the venue boiled over again.

A representative from the Russian Ministry of Science and Technology raised their hand first: ”Russia is willing to join the ’eastern technology standard’ system and carry out comprehensive cooperation with Singularity Technology!”

A person in charge of a new energy company from Brazil stood up: ”We request to become the first batch of partners for the Singularity Photon Chip, hoping to apply this technology to the new energy vehicle field!”

A representative of an African medical aid organization said excitedly: ”The ’brave peace and health’ anti-cancer drug has already saved countless African patients. We hope that Singularity’s AI medical equipment can enter Africa as soon as possible so that more people can benefit!”

In just ten minutes, representatives from 23 countries and 57 world-renowned companies expressed their intention to cooperate on the spot.

Watching this scene, the Western giants’ expressions became even uglier—the technological blockade they had carefully planned had ultimately become a catalyst for the rise of Singularity Technology, allowing the eastern technology standard to quickly gain global recognition.

Zhang Fan looked at the enthusiastic crowd below, feeling deeply moved.

From fighting for Li Yong’s innocence ten years ago to leading Singularity Technology to break the Western technology monopoly today, this path had been extremely difficult, but he had never given up.

He knew that today’s victory was not only Singularity’s victory but also the victory of everyone who pursued independent innovation and opposed technological monopoly.

At this time in Geneva, Switzerland, the ”Bishop” of Tianming Group was watching everything at the summit via live broadcast.

When he saw countries around the world joining the ”eastern technology standard” one after another and the Western giants in such a sorry state, he angrily smashed the teacup on the table.

”Trash! A bunch of trash!” he roared at his subordinate on the other end of the phone, ”You can’t even handle one Zhang Fan, what use are you to me!”

After hanging up the phone, the ”Bishop’s” eyes turned sinister.

He walked into a secret room and opened an encrypted file, which contained an ”Ultimate Plan” with the title: ”Kidnapping Operation: Exchange Zhang Fan’s Weakness for Core Technology.”

At the summit, the applause continued.

Zhang Fan stood on the podium, accepting the world’s attention.

He knew this victory was just a beginning; Tianming Group would never give up, and greater dangers were still waiting for them.

But he had no fear, because behind him were powerful technology, a united team, and like-minded partners around the world.

”The era belonging to Eastern Technology has arrived.”

Zhang Fan said softly, a firm light flashing in his eyes.

This shocking turnaround at the summit not only made Singularity Technology legendary in one battle but also completely rewrote the global technology landscape, opening a new era of open, fair, and win-win technology.
