Chapter 773: The Blood Race Will Ultimately Become the Ruler of the World

Meng Anwen reached out and grabbed the person wearing the Shenxia military uniform. He was a Shenxia soldier, or rather, he used to be a Shenxia soldier. Now, for some unknown reason, he had lost his sanity, his eyes filled with madness, attacking his own country.

His mouth had also grown a pair of sharp fangs. Although controlled by Meng Anwen, the ferocity in his eyes remained unchanged, and he opened his mouth as if to bite Meng Anwen.

Ning Tairan’s face turned extremely grim, “What happened to him?”

Meng Anwen examined him carefully and finally found a pair of wounds on his neck. The wounds were not large but very peculiar. Judging by their size and distance, they matched the sharp fangs in his mouth. “This wound should be from a bite.”

“He must have turned into this after being bitten.”

Hearing Meng Anwen’s words, Ning Tairan scanned the area and saw several other people wearing Shenxia uniforms. He grabbed them and found similar wounds on each of them.

Meng Anwen then captured a few people from other forces and found no such wounds on them.

After some assessment, Meng Anwen was almost certain that the Shenxia people had turned into such beasts due to being bitten.

As for why people from other forces had turned into beasts, the reason was still unknown.

As long as the Shenxia people were not bitten, they would not turn into such mad beasts.

Meng Anwen immediately issued an order: no one was to leave the formation or engage in combat.

In the face of an unknown situation, the first priority was to reduce casualties.

With the Eternal Great Wall, there would be no problem in the short term.

Meng Anwen said, “Ning Lao, take these people to find Yao Lao and see if he can find a way to restore them.”

With that, Meng Anwen activated the teleportation array and sent them away.

Meng Anwen quickly teleported between several cities to assess the situation.

The situation was similar in each city; the foreign forces had gone mad.

Some small countries, even without powerful professionals, had joined the attack on the Shenxia Empire.

These people seemed mad, lacking reason, but their goal was clear: to attack Shenxia.

Or rather, they saw themselves as the same kind and viewed the Shenxia people as outsiders.

Meng Anwen’s face darkened as the Shenxia Tower wove a massive formation, opening a passage to the Dragon World. Meng Anwen returned to the Dragon World, quickly locating Bai Yiyuan and teleporting to him. With the Shenxia Tower, Meng Anwen could move quickly, arriving instantly as long as he could pinpoint the location. The Dragon World did not have the Eternal Great Wall, making the situation much worse.

Enemies were coming from all directions, and those from various forces had gone mad, crazily besieging the Shenxia people.

The Shenxia people gathered together, forming legions for defense.

In the Dragon World, there were many battlefields.

The Shenxia people were being besieged and harmed.

Bai Yiyuan, Feng Xiu, Mo Xinghai, and several other god-level powerhouses were scattered, constantly moving back and forth.

Bai Yiyuan punched out, the laws roared, and a giant phantom fist descended from the sky, smashing into the ground like a meteor.

A hundred-meter radius was leveled, killing hundreds of people with one punch.

Bai Yiyuan’s killing intent surged; in just a short time, thousands had died by his hand.

Behind him was a thousand-strong Shenxia team.

The team had suffered significant casualties, and without Bai Yiyuan’s intervention, they would have been besieged and killed.

“Old Bai, how’s the situation?” Meng Anwen asked urgently.

Bai Yiyuan shook his head, “Not good. Our teams are too scattered and are being besieged everywhere.” As he spoke, the Shenxia Tower emitted a myriad of rays, enveloping all the humans present and bringing them into the Shenxia Tower. Although the Shenxia Tower did not have the vast space of the Trial Tower, it could still accommodate tens of thousands of people. Meng Anwen quickly devised a plan, “Let’s split up to find people. Once you find them, inform me of their location.”

“Alright! How’s the situation in the Empire?” Bai Yiyuan asked urgently.

“The Eternal Great Wall is up; the Empire is fine for now,” Meng Anwen replied quickly, not stopping his actions.

The Shenxia Tower wove a teleportation array, taking Meng Anwen away.

Time was of the essence; before understanding the situation, they needed to save people first.

Every moment of delay would result in more casualties.

The two split up, with Bai Yiyuan searching for people.

Meng Anwen took people and teleported outside the Dragon Emperor’s city.

The Dragon Emperor’s city was now in ruins, with twelve cross-realm teleportation arrays set up outside, identical to those in the human world.

During each rotation, these teleportation arrays would be activated.

Usually, the Shenxia Empire stationed troops here to guard the teleportation arrays.

Now, this place had also become a battlefield.

Corpses littered the ground.

Most of the corpses were from other forces, with few Shenxia soldiers.

These corpses had mostly been decapitated, their heads separated from their bodies.

Meng Anwen immediately recognized Feng Xiu’s handiwork. Feng Xiu might seem impulsive, but he was not foolish.

He had first secured the teleportation arrays, killing all the enemies attacking them.

Securing the teleportation arrays and leaving a retreat route was the right move.

Meng Anwen released the people he had brought, gave a few instructions, and left again.

In the following time, Meng Anwen moved quickly across the Dragon World, bringing wave after wave of people back to the teleportation array.

Bai Yiyuan, Feng Xiu, Mo Xinghai, and other god-level powerhouses of the Shenxia Empire fully cooperated with Meng Anwen.

Two days later, almost 99% of the Shenxia people in the Dragon World had been found and brought back to the teleportation array area.

As they returned, the battlefield’s center also shifted towards the teleportation array.

These people seemed able to sense the Shenxia people’s location, quickly tracking them down.

But with Feng Xiu and others guarding the area, they formed the strongest defense line.

“Have you counted?” Bai Yiyuan asked loudly, having just killed over a thousand people and returned with killing intent. Meng Anwen was preparing to activate the teleportation array while simultaneously counting the numbers.

“Last rotation, we had ten million people from the Shenxia Empire enter.”

“This time, only eight million are returning.”

Bai Yiyuan clenched his fist, “The losses are too great. What happened to those guys? They’ve all turned into beasts.”

Meng Anwen shook his head lightly.

He still hadn’t fully figured out the problem.

He had a vague suspicion but wasn’t certain.

Bai Yiyuan said, “I know you have some ideas. Tell me.”

Meng Anwen continued his work, looking up at the sky, “I suspect it’s related to the outside.”

Bai Yiyuan was slightly stunned, “Are you sure?”

“Almost. Otherwise, it wouldn’t have happened so suddenly.”

Bai Yiyuan felt a chill but then anger.

He clenched his fists, “No matter who it is, if they dare target Shenxia, I’ll smash their heads!”

In the human world, the former capital of the Eagle Nation.

A grand banquet was being held, attended by a group of powerful individuals.

They came from different forces, including the Eagle Nation, the Holy Church, and Western Europe.

More than twenty god-level powerhouses gathered, exuding immense power.

All of them had sharp fangs at the corners of their mouths and a cold, bloodthirsty look in their eyes.

However, they had not lost their sanity.

Their attire was uniform, wearing black robes with black capes.

They looked like an evil cult, intimidating to behold.

One of them, a god-level powerhouse who had reached level 94, was the leader.

“The master’s order is to start the second phase.”

Everyone’s eyes lit up with excitement, “Really?”

“Yes, start the second phase, start the blood feast.”

“Start the blood feast.”

“Let’s revel, the blood race will ultimately become the ruler of this world!”

“To the master!”

“To the master!”

They raised their glasses high, filled not with wine but with blood, the blood of Shenxia people.
