Rebirth of the Godly Prodigal

Jeanswest knew that this time he was in trouble, he was in really deep shit…

He shouldn’t have captured that scene on camera just now! Originally, secretly taking pictures and videoing would let the images be more natural, this was the perfect way to capture a person’s dark side and would be able to attract a lot of eyeballs in the Merika media industry!

To outshine their fellow reporters, secret shootings was one of the best weapons available for reporters—in a place where the competition was intense such as Merika, what couldn’t these reporters do to capture the eyeballs of the viewers?

But the problem was, this matter today was very serious! It wasn’t important anymore who was the culprit, it must probably be some fanatically patriotic person. The problem was that this video was already sent out! This was the toilet stool exploding—the entire washroom was covered everywhere with a certain colored excreta. Chief Itra who was inside had it the worst, his whole body was covered with it. Outside the cubicle, Chief Salon was slightly better, but not too far off…

Both of them were covered from head to toe with a certain thing, and their mouths probably had quite a bit of it too…

Now, Jeanswest really hoped that his colleagues updating the website would act smartly, then at least the situation wouldn’t get out of hand. After all, secret shooting could only be called secret shooting if the videos were spread to the public. If it wasn’t, there wouldn’t be any problem. However, obviously, that was impossible—previously, to attract more attention, the Merika Military Newspaper had already advertised that they would be releasing some important news on the Internet today. According to the real-time number of viewers online that Jeanswest saw just now, there were about 100,000 people at the Merika Military Newspaper’s website now…

That’s 100,000 people! If those idiots really released this video, the viewers online would definitely spread the news and before long the whole Merika would know about it…

At this moment, things were really… in big trouble…

However, things didn’t happen as he expected. Chief Itra and Chief Salon actually didn’t get angry and instead laughed loudly. As they laughed, Chief Salon said, “Brouhaha, eat shit, we really ate shit! Hahaha!”

Itra laughed as well and said, “That’s right. It looks like it’s really accurate, we are really eating shit! My God, how fortunate this is! Thank you, God!”

What the heck, they are still so happy when they are eating shit. What situation is this!?

He didn’t know that Salon and Itra were so happy because of the post that the Angel of Misfortune Vincent Iverson wrote. He asked the high-ranking personals of the military to go eat shit, and they were really eating shit now. Didn’t that prove that his curses were still very effective? That was why Salon and Itra were so happy. After all, the Angel of Misfortune was always Merika’s ultimate weapon!

But the problem was that Jeanswest didn’t know this. He really had an eye-opener today…

Of course, there wa a saying that fortune and misfortune always happened twice. Just as they were acting delighted, the door of the washroom was suddenly pushed open and a large group of male reporters rushed in. Then, when they saw Itra and Salon sitting on the floor, licking their mouth and laughing at the same time, their cameras instantly took down this image. After all, the law wouldn’t punish the majority, so there wasn’t any problem this time since so many people saw this…

…

Afternoon, the whole Merika was astonished…

This time they weren’t angry anymore, but instead completely astonished. No one would expect the high-ranking personals of the military to sit in the toilet eating shit and licking their mouth while eating it. The most crucial thing was that they were still laughing!

What the heck, this was totally challenging the limits of a human’s imagination!

10 AM today, all of the news media channels in Merika posted photographs of Itra and Salon sitting in the toilet. Instantly, all of their viewer volumes spiked up sharply, completely exceeding the limits of their imagintion—this wasn’t tens of thousands of viewership anymore, but rather millions and tens of millions of viewership!

Everyone was spreading the news around, all discussing the ugly state of the high-ranking military personals. News about Itra and Salon was everywhere, sweeping through all of the media like a hurricane.

Very quickly, the higher-ups of the Merika government gave their newest response regarding this matter, claiming it to be a misunderstanding, and that it wasn’t what it appeared to be. Of course, the speed of locking down of the news was also the fastest in history. From 11 AM onwards, anything related to this topic was blocked on the Internet, all of the newspaper which was already sold was reclaimed, and anyone else still discussing this was dealt with according to the law of causing danger to society.

But obviously, they could control the news in Merika, but not outside. Such as Heavenly State…

“Hahahaha, I never thought that they would really eat shit, hahaha!” The Bureau Chief sat in the office, slapping his legs and laughing loudly. As he laughed, he said, “Merika released Lucifer and the result is to damage themselves. They must really be satisfied this time, hahaha!”

“That’s right, I really had an eye-opener this time. Their expressions in the photos looked quite satisfied…” Because Mu Huishou was the Bureau Chief’s nephew, he didn’t felt too restricted around the Bureau Chief. He also laughed and joined in the discussion. “The combination of the Angel of Misfortune and Hong Dali is really powerful. The Angel of Misfortune’s curse wasn’t this powerful previously, it didn’t have such an accurate effect on such high-ranking personals before.”

“Different, this is different!” The Bureau Chief smiled and said, “This little rascal Hong Dali, his luck is really strange and unpredictable. No one expected it to increase the power of the Angel of Misfortune’s curse. I suddenly feel that it’s better for the Angel of Misfortune to remain in our country. Hahaha, at least it’s much better than returning him to Merika!”

“I feel the same way.” Mu Huishou was full of bad ideas. “Also, we mustn’t let the two of them become friends. If not, the effect of transferring disasters and empowering the curse wouldn’t be usable anymore. Yup, I think the current state is good enough, hehe.”

Hearing Mu Huishou’s interesting idea, the Bureau Chief nodded and said, “Yup, I feel that the situation now is quite good, too. Hehe, I reckon that Merika will be having quite a bit of trouble this time. Oh right, I heard that they are planning to block our import channels for the rare metals? They also want to conduct a military exercise?”

“Yes.” Mu Huishou softly analyzed. “From the current situation, it should be that Merika wants to put pressure on us to obtain the technology for the Mechanical Man. Previously, the Minister of foreign affairs sent news that Merika and Jaban planned to use Sea Turtle Island as an exchange for the Mechanical Man’s technology plus Hong Dali and Hong Weiguo but were rejected.”

“Rejecting them was the correct decision!” The Bureau Chief slapped the sofa violently. “They want to use our stuff to exchange for our technology and people, they are dreaming! Forget about them for now, how are things with the aircraft carriers?”

“The inspections are almost done.” Mu Huishou reported. “However, there isn’t anything on them. Should we put some fighter jets or such on them?”

“We shall talk about that next time!” The Bureau Chief touched his chin and slowly said, “Let’s see what Hong Dali is planning to do first. Actually, I quite hope that he will ask for some military equipment. Then, we can go to Sea Turtle Island to bask in the sun!”

…

Shanghai Tianhai City, Door to Heaven.

In the corridor, Hong Weiguo was in a conversation with a man of about 45 or 46 years old.

“Oh my, Director Hong, it’s been a long time, how have you been!” The man’s expression was very disgusting, and he spoke in a weird tone. “To be honest, people like you who are into search engines, the profitability is really quite a lot. This really causes others to envy you!” Although he spoke of envy on the surface, even a fool could hear the sarcasm in his words.

This guy’s surname was Mo, and his full name was Mo Changfa. He had a trading company called Millennium Trading Company. He imported from Merika the rare metals that Heavenly State needed and profited quite a lot from it. His company’s net worth was 23 billion and it was considered to be one of the topmost companies in the country.

Hong Weiguo coldly laughed and said, “Boss Mo, you must be joking. My company’s size is only average, how can it be compared to a trade tycoon like you? Honestly speaking, you must have earned quite a lot working with Qian Guangzhao, right?”

“Oh my, Director Hong, you are too courteous. Your company is on the rise these few years, you must really be proud of your success.” Mo Changfa squinted his eyes. “As for me, I’m only doing average. To be honest, I still have to thank you, Director Hong. Otherwise, it would be hard to get this opportunity.”

Hong Weiguo humphed and said, “No need to be polite. Then, I shall congratulate you first.”

“Ah, hahaha!” Mo Changfa gave a dry laugh and said, “There’s nothing to congratulate me for. I also wish you the best and for you to take a step further in your business, haha!” His words were full of venom. Everyone knew that Hong Weiguo and Qian Guangzhao were enemies for this time’s Resource Chamber of Commerce. One of them would have to be completely defeated this time. This Mo Changfa was adding to his trouble talking in such a weird way.

As they spoke up to this point, both of their secretaries suddenly rushed up and spoke into their ears.

Hong Weiguo “HMed” while Mo Changfa’s face completely changed and his head was immediately covered in sweat. He anxiously said, “Really? This…”

After being shocked for a short while, Mo Changfa hurriedly walked away to go seek help from Qian Guangzhao. This time, Hong Weiguo was instead amused. “Oh my, Boss Mo, you are always very resourceful and influential, why are you in such a rush this time…”

“I… I…” Mo Changfa was completely depressed this time. He had only just ridiculed Hong Weiguo and in the blink of an eye, their positions changed. “I… Director Hong, you are a magnanimous person…”

“Oh my, as for this…” Hong Weiguo laughed and insipidly said, “I suddenly remember that I still have something to do. Boss Mo, please go settle your company’s stuff first. I shan’t keep you here anymore.”

He was practically slapping Mo Changfa directly in the face now. Mo Changfa’s faced turned white, then green, and in the end, he violently stomped his feet and angrily walked away.

Over there at Merika, something big did indeed happen.

Because of the Mechanical Man, combined with how Salon and Itra lost a lot of their face previously, they were beating down on all aspects of the enterprises that were into importing rare metals for Heavenly State.

The result was Mo Changfa’s company in Merika being detained. They cooked up lots of reasons, such as tax evasion, quality problems, documents not complete, and such. Basically, his company was half destroyed in just a short period of time. And now, with Qian Guangzhao unwilling to help, it looked like it was really over for him this time…

“I… I…” Mo Changfa’s intestines were going green from regret. “If I had known that Hong Dali’s luck would be this good, I wouldn’t have supported Qian Guangzhao!”

Of course, what happened to him was only a small issue. The real big issue was about to happen. The day that the Bureau Chief’s boss, the mysterious man, invited Hong Dali for a meal, was here…
